I had to wait to have breakfast here first before I would give it a full review. The place is great. My favorite items are the house wings, any burrito or taco, and all the breakfast items. So basically the entire menu. The service is always great and we really appreciate that the first time we came for dinner and the first time we came for breakfast that the staff was patient with us and helped us understand the menu and options. The only knock I have is that the amazing corn and chicken chowder, refried beans, and guacamole are not consistent. The soup can be thick and creamy one day and the next time we have it is very thin. The same has happened with the beans and the guacamole. Make sure you sign up for their rewards program. We will be back.

Told me to wait till 630pm to order full moon tacos . Sitting waiting 15 mins then she took the orders of 2 other customers 625pm without even telling me it’s ok to order.

Looks so much better than it used to, but took close to 40 minutes for my wife to order and get her to go food and friend, idk why all the hold up.. and also the order was partly wrong so will be sure to check it in the parking lot before we leave next time, not sure if I'd have time to wait for it to be fixed.. 😢

Butterless Toast

Went to eat one night and ordered a carne asada bowl and a garden burrito and it came out to 12 but I always tip so the total was 15 and change. As I finished my bowl I realized they gave me a carne asada taco instead of the garden burrito I ordered. It annoyed me especially because it was dead inside and I tipped and they managed to screw up my order. Also I called on a Tuesday a little after 10pm because that’s when the discounted burritos are available, they tell me to hold and then they hang up. I called again and the line was disconnected, not sure if the workers are annoyed of people calling for takeout after 10pm but they’re loosing out on tips. Been eating there since they opened and it’s not what it used to be.

The place and the food are good, but there's a problem: if you arrive late when they're closing, even if you spend money on food, they won't let you use the restroom. They say the owner has forbidden it.

The service was terrible. I ordered a bowl, and the cashier was very rude and took my order incorrectly they really need to take better care of their customer service, because it leaves a lot to be desired.

probably my worst experience here, chicken tasted cold, and half of the tacos barely had meat. they also didn’t put in the sauce that come on the crispy chicken. tried calling ahead to place the order as well only to be put on hold; I walked in and there was no line, told them i was left on hold and didn’t offer an apology or anything.

So I'm at the store to pick up my Uber Eats order that said my order should be done by 1030pm. My order was 2 tacos. My order was done 1050 pm 20 minutes later. Yes, it was busy. I waited in line to order some extra stuff that I've ordered on various occasions previously. To end up being overcharged $36 for 1 large black beans & 1 large refried beans. I canceled my bean order. How does a button on your register disappear? I've always been charged $6 a piece for large beans. Which is also the price of an order of rice & beans posted in store. There are plenty of ways to accommodate & provide customer service if motivated. Is this because of new employees or lack of training or just not giving a flying fudge? I honestly love this establishment, I hope this is a rare occasion (holidays) of just a bad day. I had proof of large beans previously purchased, my picture, which I showed to the employee, she basically rolled her eyes, not giving any.... Beanless nights!

Ordered a shrimp burrito, all the shrimp had shells. I asked about it at the counter, and they said "that's just how we do it" like I was asking for something crazy. I guess you're supposed to pick it apart with knife and fork, individually shell all your sauce covered shrimp and then put it back together? Insane.
