You know, when Domino started a long time God, I remember when he started, there was a double Eagle Pizza. There was a other kinds of 2 for 1 Pizza, places and Domino started up. And um, uh, they had good Pizza. They're good prices, and they've really grown now. Domino's is like one of the premiere Pizza places and you know when you go to order Pizza and you know what I like smokes right now. The most thing I like at Domino's. Is there barbecue sauce Pizza? That's so good. It's like eating a barbecue sandwich. Try it
I will only leave this single picture I purchased a pizza from them last night 1 the pizza was late the driver didn't even bother to call me 2 pizza was drenched in butter or oil not sure food was inedible 3 my thin was dry(I know its a thin crust) 4 garlic knots were more like garlic pucks This morning I called to speak with a manager or whatnot and what I got was an extra ultra sassy male telling me how I'm wrong and this and that very rude and unprofessional I do not recommend and I personally won't be ordering from them again
Got the wrong item. I asked for cheesy bread sticks with jalapeños, but got parmesan bread twists instead. Asked to use restroom, but likely because of Covid precautions, I was declined. Entry isn't permitted at all either (wasn't even given a receipt). Had been waiting outside only to be in a rush, because of my "looming emergency". This is a location that I don't recommend. And word to the wise... Always check your purchase -- even if you really, really need to *flushes toilet*

The Cashier was very helpful but the assistant manager not so much. I ask to please ask one of the employees to wear a hair net since his hair on a ponytail for the reason been he has lots of hair while handling the pizza dough she refused completely.
I went to this location all the time, but they are very nice. The service is very good, but Pizza is very small And hard The weekend pizza is not good. First I would like to say if I could I mf would give this place NO STARS ! I never in my LIFE been disrespectful nor disgusted by someone cooking my first time ever having this happened and I am absolutely unhappy with this nasty mess hair in my food not knowing until I used my fork to eat y’all need to be CLOSE FOR GOOD!
I ordered a pizza with extra cheese it's and when I picked it up not only it didn't have extra cheese but it barely had any cheese and the cashier was it was like this is how they come!!! Their extra cheese pizza is full of bald spots, it was COLD, and tasted terrible!! Now i see the difference between this and Roundtable,,,Never again!🙄
Was given a pizza with essentially zero cheese, not joking. When asked if they could add more, a overweight guy with a scruffy beard said it’d be $2 extra. Bad customer service, not a helpful minimum wage worker.
Yall need to learn to actually cut pizza. Not put fake lines on it. Why is every dominos suck trash service. Never fails. Every single time.
I ordered the cinnamon bread bites, It did not come with a side of of sweet icing. A week later the same thing happen again. I ask the delivery driver about it, he said they did not come with it anymore. I checked the web site, this is what it said." Handmade from fresh buttery tasting pan dough, drizzled with cinnamon and sugar. Oven baked to perfection. Served with a side of sweet icing for dipping or drizzling." I think they need to change this misconception. I filed a complaint with them a few months ago and I have not heard anything back, so i'm guessing they do not care.
I’ve been ordering for some time and quality is getting worse. But last Saturday i ordered one pizza with half without cheese and they gave me one pizza with half empty! . I called and they didn’t fix the issue. So my wife was left without dinner
This was my first time ordering from this location. I wish I had read the reviews first. My pizza was ready quickly but when I got it home, it looked like someone had taken a couple of bites out of it! So gross! There's absolutely no quality control there! I'm definitely calling Corporate!
Ordered pick up. First and last time at this location. Arrived to a dirty, unsafe parking lot. Immediately greeted by vector vermin control boxes in front of the store, alerting me to the fact that the store has a roach/rodent problem. Walked into the store; no one was around. A minute later, a male employee (delivery driver) walked out of the bathroom with the sound of a flushing toilet in the background; his hands were bone dry--unwashed. He went straight from the toilet to the counter. He picked up a pizza box from the counter, placed it into a delivery bag, and off he went to deliver someone a wee-wee-hands pizza pie. After several minutes of enduring loud Banda, a sweaty little troll came over to demand my name and ask, "You pay already?" No greeting or characteristic "Welcome to Dominoes!" As I handed over payment, I observed wisps of hair on the dirty counter. At home, I opened the box to reveal a heavily greasy pizza with droopy slices, weighed down by a moist and messy mixture of tart, vinegary sauce and low quality cheese. I didn't expect authenticity or a 5-star experience, but clean and decent aren't too much to ask for an $18 pie. I doubled up on my prayers and vitamins. If my prayers are answered, I won't have to spend the upcoming weekend puking and being treated with antibiotics pushed through an IV.
I ordered medium pizza, it says 12", looked smaller to me, I measured it is 10" (photo attached). I order regularly with Domino's and Pazza Hut, today's look like Little Ceasers. I order Hand Toss, my order came like thin crunch. Store can do much better.

The employee had a condescending, and highly offensive attitude from the begining of our interaction and only got WORSE. he refused to give me his name and if course it wasn't on the Receipt that I had to ask multiple times to even get. I had to beg Him to give me the dipping sauces that I had paid for because even though it listed them as paid for on my order and on the receipt i finally convinced him to hand over, he accused me of lying and said I wasnt gonna get them... He also replied with get out of my store when I said "have a good night!" Why are employees ALLOWED to treat customers like this? Why does this person even have a job when this is how he behaves and he's getting paid for it??! Insanity! He was propably late 20s to mid 30s, white, had acne scars all iver his face his hair was unkempt and left oked unwashed and over grown sticking out everywhere under his dominos hat, and he wore no hair net. The cinnamon twist had little to No cinnamon on them and the bottom of the Pizza was burnt and hard. I would like to be contacted back about this experience.
This is the absolute WORST place. Diego the “manager” refused to give me a refund when they delivered the wrong order to my house. I called and told them they delivered the wrong order and he then hung up on me. When I called back, ALL the employees that answered had no idea why I was calling and refused to help. After another call, they lied to me saying they did deliver my order and demanded that return the wrong order to them. Diego had no idea what he is doing, terrible customer service and extremely rude. DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE.
I placed a pizza order online using my mobile app, but somehow, the order was sent to an address where I lived five years ago. I called the store, and a person named Diego answered. He was extremely rude and unprofessional. I told him that my address had changed and asked him to either send the order to my new address or cancel it. I spent ten minutes trying to give him my new address, but he couldn't write it down. He rudely said that he couldn't cancel the order and that if I wanted to speak to the manager, I should call back tomorrow at 10 AM, then he hung up the phone. Don't they train their staff on how to talk to customers? Hasn't this man learned how to keep customers happy and satisfied? I'm very disappointed in Domino's for having such an employee.
Wish I can give 0 stats they lack worth ethic all of them they have like 4 people waiting on pizzas that are already ready
Worst Domino’s ever. Food is always cold and it is always delayed. Domino’s should give customers option to order from other stores too because I really don’t want to order food from this store ever again.
I am so sad of this incident because I had been a customer from Canoga Park store for years. There was a new female cashier with a really bad attitude. She took my order but when she did a mistake like not giving me a condiment and one of the items (the cheesy bread) that already paid, she stated that I gave my order incorrectly but my receipt didn’t lie. No apologies and only the excuse that she was by herself. 3 men were cooking. Since her, I decided to go to a different location under a different owner and a fantastic crew. This location will disappear soon due to the bad service and incorrect attitude.
On September 1rst, I placed a pickup order through the app at 9:45 PM and received a notification at 10:00 PM stating that my order was complete and ready for pickup. When I arrived at 10:12 PM, I was told that my order of a single Bacon Chicken Ranch Oven Baked Sandwich had not even been started yet, and I would need to wait an additional 20 minutes. I politely asked the cashier if they could provide compensation given the circumstances, as this seemed like a reasonable request. He said he contacted his manager but ultimately informed me that no compensation would be offered. This was disappointing and reflects very poor customer service. Not only was the app inaccurate in confirming my order was ready when it wasn’t, but the store also made no effort to correct the situation or acknowledge the inconvenience. For such a simple order, I expected a much better response. One would think Domino’s would put the customer first. Unfortunately, the Sherman Way & Desoto location proved otherwise. Poor management, poor service. There’s another Domino’s down the street on Roscoe and Desoto. I recommend them instead. They clearly value their customers.

Their restroom is closed, you can’t get in there. They say it’s just a storage room, although there is a sign on the door that says ‘Restroom.’ It looks like they just don’t really like their customers
