Wingstop

If you're craving Wings at a fair price, then you should give this place a try. Their simple but expanding menu has a variety of different flavors and varying intensities give plenty of options that will satisfy. I've had a few different things off their menu and have yet to be disappointed. My only negative is the wait but I love the fresh hot food that is delivered. If you're fiending for some wings and don't mind about a 30 minute wait I'd like to recommend this place, I'm sure you'll be satisfied.

The food here is consistent and always tasty. Lots of high school kids visit right after school. Easy parking and open late at night.

Why order online ahead of time when they make you wait almost 30 minutes or more then the time they tell you it’s supposed to be ready ? The wait times have been crazy

Thier huwain wings were. Horrible, thiere fries were totaly soaked in oil, thiere fried corn was horribly cooked. The First & TheLast time i order from here. I told my wife that it seems like the cooks here put no love in thiere cooking. They. Just slop together meals. Food was horrible. Sorry Wingstop but the Porterville Wingstop for Me, was definitely not worth the buck nor decent standerds.. the food was just dripping in soaked oil..

Food was cold and it wasn't even made until I got there to pick it up. Fries were stale. Not enough sauce on some wings, while others were almost buried in it. No ice in drink machine to get cold beverages. I guess I should be happy they at least had the sauces I wanted? Oh wait, I asked for blue cheese and got Ranch. Damn ...

I did “pick up” for my order this saturday. Once i got home i was missing a lot of ítems since i did a big order i didnt check there at the restaurant. Called the number they have online over 5 times and no one picks up. I already messaged their customer service and no one has reached back to me . Very unacceptable, i need a refund asap.

Part of my delivery order was incorrect. Instead of Wingstop providing me with a refund, I was asked to drive to the store to exchange the incorrect order for the correct one. If you’re considering placing a delivery order, don’t. Waste of time and money.

Don't waste your money on them they got our order wrong. This the second time they have. The first time they made it right above and beyond but the second time they were rude and accusive to me. The worker, manger, cooks all had different stories. All I will say to this store is get it together. Will not go to this one again and has lost my business because of this.

Porterville location has the worst wings I ever bought. The wings had no flavor pretty much just plain. I won't be going back!

Scheduled to pick up a order at 7:30pm I arrived at 7:35 and they couldn’t find the order anywhere. After almost 10 minutes of waiting they told me it would take 15 minutes for the food to be out. They’re very unorganized and sloppy.

Hell nah. So I been calling them @ 11pm they close @ 12am. I called them 7 times and no one picked up. So I was like ok let me order to go in person and asked them in person. I was hey I been calling you. And the answer was: we been busy and we don’t answer around that time ? Ok. So now you know they won’t pick up even they close 1 hours before. I am cool. Every time I order cheese fries from the wing stop from porterville, they always forget to put cheese on the fries?!??!!! This has happened two times!!!! Yet I don’t get my money back. Especially from DoorDash because they only offer DoorDash credit which doesn’t solve anything.

Just got my order and pretty disappointed on how bad they messed it up, ordered tenders and classic wings and got no tenders what so ever. Got classic for my wife's order and only got one flavor right. This isn't the first time this has happend.

Hi they will let you stand on the counter for 30 minutes like if you ain't there then you call to finally get your oder in but then they will tell you only online or walk in lol but they don't even take your order the food would be done and they will let it set while your inside waiting for it another thing there super unorganized if you try to complain to the manager witch she's the one running it she will be rude to you and act she don't care about it it's frustrating to see people work there jobs like that and the rest busting it and more when you paying some one to make your food right it's just Tiring tho you guys fixed it

I dont understand how it takes 40 minutes to make a 10 piece wing combo. Staff wasnt doing anything and there were only 4 other customers in store already eating. Buffalo wild wings is much better and quicker.

Bad bad bad service. Placed an online order for 11:30, as did many other people, and everyone just stood around waiting. This is ridiculous and unacceptable. Don't tell us the order will be ready at a certain time then don't bring it out for another 30 minutes! I had to walk out or else I'd be late to work. Will NEVER eat at this location again. Do better Wingstop.

If I could give 0 stars I would because I ordered my food over an hour ago and then when I showed up at the restaurant I waited another 45 minutes and when I asked how much longer they told me 3 minutes and then I waited an additional 25 minutes so therefore I asked for a refund because the workers in the back were just messing around and workers would go on break and order food and they would get it before the customers. Wingstop you guys really need to get it together. Worst experience ever!!!

This place will give you the runs. No sauce on wings and they tasted like water which definitely wasn’t a good sign. Everyone who ate them got sick.🤢 They weren’t understaffed or busy…at least 6 people working. Eat something else.

I'm hoping corporate works on this beacuse this is horrible service and food is terrible and not worth the purchase or being a loyal customer like I once was. This time will definitely be my last purchase from any Wingstop they are no longer worth it🤬

My family ordered food for dinner and there was a mistake in our order. We only realized this once we drove 20 minutes to our home. We called and were instructed to come back with the bag of food. After waiting on hold for 15 minutes my kids were hungry and ate. When we arrived the cashier was nice but the lady in the kitchen was so rude to her and never spoke to us directly. She went through the bag and spoke loudly. We got the bag back with the missing wings but she had thrown out the fries and corn and consolidated the rest of the wings. This was such an unpleasant experience I felt so bad for the cashier that I didn’t want to make it a bigger deal at the time. This was poor customer service to say the least. I really hope she was not the manager, she seemed like a disgruntled supervisor who does not know how to talk to people. I am definitely not returning to this wing stop.

It’s understandable that weekend days will be busy and there might be a wait time even for mobile orders but I had to wait for 45+ minutes for my mobile order even after it was supposed to be ready. I asked twice what the wait time was and they kept on saying that they’re “bagging” it…why does it take 10+ minutes to bag it? What does “bagging” mean if it’s not that I’m going to have my food in my hands within the next 2-4 minutes? When I did get “my” order, I checked the bag and it was not my order so I went and told them to which they finally gave me my order. The customer service was not it, and my food is now cold.

Order took an hour over estimated time. Arrived and then waited an hour over the estimated 38 minute wait. Employee quoted me they were 15 minutes behind when I first arrived…would appreciate honesty not a bogus estimate.

But when I get to the store to pick up my order my order is not ready and I end up waiting another 30 minutes. Making that a full one hour of waiting for my order to be finished.

I come here pretty often and the service is usually OK, unfortunately for today it was a different experience. I had ordered thighs online and was waiting for a hot minute already and then they tell me that they ran out of the thighs, so I asked if I can just exchange them for wings and they flat out told me NO. They said that I will be refunded in 2-3 Business days. I asked if I can just get the refund in cash, and they said they don't do that. I then asked that if I was to order again will my wait time be even longer? They said that their wait time was 45 min - 1 hour. I was already waiting for my food for 30 minutes before they even told me that they didn't have the thighs and they practically told me that I had to go in the back of the line. It was such a horrible experience and unacceptable. They didn't apologize for the inconvenience and it was so disappointing. I was here around 10:30 PM on 10/24/21. The people working used to be understanding and compassionate. WHAT HAPPENED?? I hope I end up getting my refund, I will not be returning to this location.
