Abe's on Lincoln

The Pizza was very good! Make a fresh pizza and took it home to eat. My Mom and I and my friend enjoyed it very much. This is the former Benny's pizza in Poughkeepsie NY. I would recommend it to family and friends. I give it five star ⭐. Thank you, Robert Hufnagel Poughkeepsie NY.

Wonderful place! Went and had a slice of pizza a while back and it was extremely good - and I say this as somebody who lives in Italy. The staff was extremely pleasant and lovely to talk to.

Was turned on to this place by my guy can't get enough of the food is good good good just wish they were open on the weekends when we ride our bikes we love to stop. With our friends but maybe someday they'll be open on the weekends and just to say about the people who work here very friendly always polite and they recognize you when you come in

We enjoyed the scrumptious Poutine and philly cheese steak rolls. The food was fresh and piping hot. The brisket melted in our mouths. What a reasonably priced meal. Love the staff and the food is great.

Needed a quick bite to eat while in Poughkeepsie NY , Abe’s on Lincoln did not disappoint. Got a sausage egg and cheese and it was fresh and tasty. Plenty of parking and the staff was friendly.

I’ve been a few times with my boyfriend. Even order Uber eats once and the food is beyond amazing. So worth it. Loved Bennys as a kid but love Abe’s as an adult. Highly, highly recommend!!!

Great place for anything else you might want fresh salad Fresh Foods awesome home baked cookies love that spot anytime I'm in the area with my client at the hospital I always stop there for lunch. Prices are great you can even get dinner to go and a very friendly staff with good pricing

This place is great!! It will always be Benny’s to me, but some things in life unfortunately come to an end. The menu has changed a bit, for the better I may add, but everything is so fresh and delish, with no expense spared. Highly recommended!

Variety, affordable, delicious every time. Whatever you are craving Benny probably has it on the menu. Great staff, friendly owners. I've been eating here since 1987! Poughkeepsie's hidden gem. No indoor seating so I eat on the picnic tables in good weather, or take it to go, and they deliver. My all-time favorites are the Philly cheesesteak, fried clams, delicious thin crust Pizza, tuna melt, and the fish dinners.

Great food but the hours are a hit or miss. Sometimes they open at eight but sometimes they don’t. I even called in an order and when I arrived they were closed and it was way past 8am. Shame they can’t find reliable workers to begin their shift 30 min- 1 hr before opening to set up and to open the doors at 8am.

Could use a makeover - new flooring and a coat of paint. Food is just OK. Fine for a burger. Locals seem to consider this place as "legendary". As a new transplant to the area, I'd say, "meh".

Not sure why it changed Used to be a 5 star in my opinion. Menu was cut in half, prices went up, no longer give a side of chips with sandwiches. I ordered a sandwich with roast beef and it came instead with a chopped burger patty. Salad was very meh

The Pizza is now horrible ! Used to bring my kids there for Benny's pizza my whole family loved it . This was like buying it from stop & shop horrible . They may have kept the name but definitely didn't keep the recipes. It's sad

Benny's use to have some of the best food, and especially pizza, around. Since the new owners took over, the pizza might as well be a frozen store bought pie. It's terrible, the taste is gone, the texture is awkward, its just not very good. Its a shame.
