I love Carl’s Jr. I don’t eat fast food often but I enjoy the western bacon cheeseburger and zucchini/onion ring w/ranch combo.

The customer support was great at this Carls Jr. Location. They helped me with the app and we're very patient .

I was on my way to California from Vegas and we stopped for food on 13 February 2020. It was around 2PM. The young man were extremely courteous and eager to assist us. One young man brought over extra catchup and ask if needed anything else. They were always cleaning when they sisters have customers. Food was delicious. I had a beyond burger and it taste soooooo good.

My food was the freshest I have ever had for Carl's Jr and the place was the cleanest I have ever been too! Good work!!! Very friendly accommodating staff.

I thoroughly enjoyed the food, and the service was outstanding. Isabella was incredibly helpful!

I just have to say that during my trip today I may have seen the nicest employee not only at any Carl's Jr I've seen but any fast food joint I've ever been too. She was complimenting everyone working and had a smile the entire time and even went around with a tray of condiments making sure everyone had what they needed. I need more people like her in my life.

I lost my heart in LV. Nothing beats a solid burger on that drive of shame across state lines. You can even reflect on your life choices while observing the unique post-urban art!

We flew in with our large family (8 kids) from SC and really needed a good place to eat. A lot of fast food restaurants are visibly annoyed when they see all of us coming, but not this place. The people were SO nice, the food was great, the dining room was clean and decorated for Christmas… Just awesome. Definitely will try to stop back by later in our trip!

Manager is very nice and takes pride of this location. Bathroom and dining was very clean. Passed 2 years it's been the same. Great service all due to that Manager on day shift Friday and the weekends.

Just came thru on Friday 11-3-2023 and WOW DAVID YES IN CAPS absolutely amazing personality, Outstanding customer service and just really solid. I haven't experienced this type of service in Years. And the food good and hot. Thank you David its nice to see and receive the type and quality of CS that you bring to the job. You as a person i can tell are great.

We stop here on our way home on Mon or Tues returning from Vegas. Use your coupon and look for advertised sales they may have going. Service is great when you drive thru on your way home. Hamburger 🍔 are near and fresh. Service with a smile 😁 Mary O

The last time I came here was when my parents were working at the three casinos here at Primm - in the fall of 2013 as I remembered (that time we stop here to get food on the way or eat it here). As always, the food at Carl's Jr is delicious. I also remember the music it was playing that had me nostalgic about it years later. It was called "Human" by The Human League, which I honestly remember why I love coming to Carl's Jr for the food and the music. Definitely worth visiting.👌👍

Was on my way to Utah and we decided to stop by and get some CJ for brunch. The Angus burger was cooked perfectly and the guy at the register was super friendly. The angus burger was bigger than I remember it. And I got my fries well done. Everything was cooked perfectly and the place is very clean. I’d recommend this place to people doing a road trip. Plus they also have a nice information center.

We went to check out Buffalo Bills but went to this Carls JR. Even with a crowd they kept the dining area clean, not just tables but sweeping the entire floor as well. The manager was at the counter when we arrived and took our order and he was also the one cleaning and doing the floors. He took out special orders and was very kind and advised on best choice. It amazed me that even though we had special orders, before we were able to get our drinks the combos were ready. The fries were hot and sandwiches were delicious! It makes it so easy to get ketchup with your condiment area. I added a picture of the manager that definitely deserves a bonus or raise for being so nice and taking pride in his job for 13 years.

Very clean and located at StateLine Primm border California & Nevada. In the Shopping Plaza there right nearby Store to purchase Lottery Tix. Ordered the Thickburger Meal which was fantastic, juicy and messy but good lol! Prompt courteous staff and super clean bathrooms when I was there. Drive Safe Friends!!!

I ordered the western bacon cheeseburger here and it was the best one I've had in years. The burger for once had plenty of BBQ sauce, the bacon was cooked just right, and the soda machine has Coke zero.

Genuinely good experience. Not a lot of foot traffic so it was pretty chill in the store.

Simple classic burger restaurant. Toilets for men don't look like the wonderful land of Oz but the burgers are simple and good. Recommend the one with avocado.

David was in the drive thru as he introduced himself. I'm boring and just get cheese and ketchup. I knew after hearing how quick that order was made at the drive thru that a regular burger was put together. It had everything on it. It's cool I can take them off no big deal. I just went back back asked for another burger and he recognized it was me and confirmed that the details were right. Got my burger fresh and made correctly the second time. I don't have a family and I have time to kill. If that's not the case for you then just be clear and through to make sure your family gets all the food made correctly . David was a nice guy and can't hold it against him, he didn't even make it. Just writing this to make people realize that the world doesn't revolve around you and if someone makes your life inconvenient by making your burger wrong. Just deal with it. No need to make someone else's life miserable just because you got a pickle on your burger after asking for no pickles. The world doesn't revolve around getting your food correct everytime. Food was great. Thanks David, you're doing great keep it up, work hard and stay positive.

It was great. Good customer service. It just needed a cleaner restroom. They added someone's order to ours, we kindly gave it back. It was nice and felt like i was close to home .

Mgrs, Gloria & Carlos do a great job managing their staff. Food is hot/fresh & fast and the crew is friendly & they keep the dining room sparkling clean.

The staff was really nice but the fries were old and the burger wasn't hot. It was late afternoon on a weekday, so it's not unusual for fast food to be stale at that time. The drive thru person gave me my card back wrapped in a napkin, which was 100 awesome. Covid sucks.

This is my usual stop for my Famous Star after I buy my Lotto tickets. The burger is large enough for me to munch on as I make my way back to Vegas. The staff is always nice.

As far as Carl's Jr. Goes, this location is pretty standard. Building is up to date and located conveniently. This location serves the Beyond Burger which tastes amazing. The bun on my burger was a little stale but still tolerable. This is really one of the only good places to eat in Primm.

If you can choose a healthier burger choose the beyond burger from Carl junior taste great and you don't feel that bad for eating something that can contribute to make you gain wait or seek, hopping that they add more healthy option then🐑🐖🐃🦃🐇🐓🦆🐢 don't get me wrong I'm steal eating some animal products but little by little we nee d change one step at a time! And I love burger they taste great like the big carls

Nice little fast food spot on the border. Has what you would expect from this type of place. The food was good and the service was good. I came here quite a few times and had both breakfast and dinner. Everything was delicious.

I got the food on the fly. Meaning, I took it to go! The food was exactly what I ordered and the way that I ordered it. It was still hot by the time I got to eat it. I put 4 stars because I wasnt there long enough to judge that part very well. All in all....the waitress was very nice, very accurate and she made sure she had my order correct.

Would be really a 3.7 as food took long, but I could not resist saying this "COARL WE NEED SANCTUARY"

It's your run of the mill Carl's Jr/Hardy's. The play place is blocked off (not for renovations, apparently just to avoid cleaning it).

They are always late opening their drive thru. But at least the dining area is cleaner and definitely better than McDonald's. You need to open drive thru at 6 am! And give McDonald's a run for their money. McDonald's has really been sucking on their service and their food pricing. Please don't go automative like they did.

Ordered the Double Guacamole burger and it tasted so good. The service was slow. The restaurant doesn't give reward points.

Great food, place old and washroom very dirty

Stopped here last week on way to Cali...paid $28 for two meals...really $28? Wife asked for guacamole double cheese burger. She was told that was a different franchise but I continue to see this burger advertised at Carls Jr. Guess its ok to not know what your chain sells! She ordered chare-broiled chicken club instead, and was treated to the worst sandwich she's had at any Carl'sJr. Will never eat at this location again and as a resident of the area this is not my first time with problems at this location, but first review because tired of the inconsistencies of price, presentation, taste, quality of food and extended wait time in comparison to other Carl's Jr. locations. Other options at same area can't be any worse.

Food not taste the same like in another Carl's

Normally we like Carl's Jr. But today we opted to used the BOGO Happy Meal deal on our McDonald's app. We would have stayed to eat at CJ, but the play place is closed off. Trust, if you open up that play place, traveling families with kids will stop here over the McDonald's or Tacobell (both of which do not have a playplace) that are in the same parking lot. My kids prefer the chicken nugget stars, but I need my kids to burn off some energy. otherwise, I'm going to where I can get a deal.

I usually enjoy the food from Carl's Jr., yet this time it was not as good or appetizing. They seemed as if our sandwiches were thrown together quickly. The restaurant was not looking too good either.

Well we bought $60 worth of food for our family of 7. The jalapeno burger had a white top bun and the bottom bun was wheat. The jalapeno poppers where cold and the onion rings were hard. The rest of the burgers were good but not 100% happy with this Carl's Jr.

Went by on way home from vacation at vegas at 3pm Sunday. Simple order #1 and fries. 2nd in line waited 10+mins before got to window nbd figured they had big order I'd at least have fresh fries. Nope, fries under cooked and burger was super cold cheese didn't even attempt to melt. I'd definitely recommend stopping elsewhere for almost 20$.

Stopped in for lunch during a 10+ hour road trip. Good service from the guy at the counter. It's generic fast food, so don't expect much from food quality. Extremely disappointed that they had the play place blocked off because they've been storing materials and debris in it. Dining area felt clean, but worn & old. Bathrooms are positively dingy with age, but reasonably clean. They don't feel like they're being neglected, just that they can't do much more with them given their age.

Last time I had Carl's Jr. Was when I was 17 yrs old in 1996. So I decided to give it a shot since now that I am 45 yrs old. I was not impressed. The burger i had just tasted like a little cheaper version of a Burger King burger it tasted okay, and I also realized that they really gobbed the sauce on their burgers, so it was messy. The fries were okay also. Not spectacular. Fast forward 30 mins later, I was blowing out on the toilet. So if you constipated and want that release, just eat something from here, and you'll feel light as a feather an hour later. The place looked clean.

Worst customer service ever. Did not get to order. There was 1 couple before us in the store otherwise it was empty. I asked if the couple was ready to order and they politely said "no, you guys go ahead" We stepped in line looked up at the menu and the old African American counter person said, "get out of the way if you are still looking at the menu." We said, "not a problem and stepped aside"...even though the store was empty and the only other couple politely asked us to go first. We asked the cashier if the breakfast menu was still available and he yelled at us to go elsewhere for food. So we went next door to KFC/Taco Bell because he chased us out. If they keep this man working with customers, I believe soon the boss would not be able to pay rent on his lease.

This hands down was the worst location I went to. On my way home from Vegas. Grabbed food from the drive thru. No shakes available at all. But the worse part the onion rings. How does one overcook an onion ring in such a way that the breading and shape is intact, but the onion inside is just an essence of onion. When taking a bite it was crunching like a lobster shell but no filling. Just crusty. This was true both in the side of onion rings and the onion rings on the double western bacon burgers we go. So dry that they absorbed almost all of the mayo we had out on the burgers. It was horrendous and the only reason we ate them is for lack of options on the long desert stretch and heat. 0/10 would not recommend this location. Please correct these issues.

No more $6 burger, no more Angus burgers... this burger chain is going under.

I just went through the drive thru & the lady was extremely rude. It felt like she was rushing when there was literally nobody else in line. Our onion rings were burned, our chicken tenders were under cooked, & our cup lids were so hard to stab the straw in & when we asked for another one she ignored us.

Staff was incredibly unhelpful and even downright rude. The cashier was named Karen, and when we decided to go somewhere else, she said, "bye! Next!" Which I thought was very unprofessional. The play area is stifling and has little to no ventilation. Will not be returning to this location, I'd rather eat McDonald's.

Worst Carl's Jr. Restaurant out of all the franchises we've ever been to . The food was ok, IF you don't mind eating in a filthy environment, the floors haven't been cleaned in weeks if not months , the tables weren't clean and well I hope you don't need to use the restrooms here. Me and my family stop by there to get something to eat place close at 10:00 we got there at 9:30 and they wouldn't even service any food. If you close at 10:00 then you close at 10:00 not close at 9:30 it doesn't matter if you got to get stuff ready the place closes at 10:00. they wouldn't even let us go through the drive-thru.

Wow. What a shut hole. Order the "DOUBLE" JALAPENO burger. Get it and looks like irs only one patty. Go to the counter and the employee says no, its two they are very small with a total attitude. The guy who took the order had an attitude, it was 8:30pm and the dining room was half closed with no where to sit because it was crowded. Dont waste your time.

If you like old, cold and rubbery chicken tenders and dirty sticky bathroom floors, then this is the place for you! We will not come back. It was gross, service was slow and the food was very old. There's other food options to choose from. No need to experience this place again.

This would have to be the worst carls junior I have ever eaten at. Staff was friendly and professional, but the bread on ALL of our burgers was rock hard, the spicy chicken patties were rock hard, the other burgers had a strange gross after taste to them. I am a huge fan of Carl’s junior but I believe this location could use some quality control.

The most disgusting Carl’s Jr. I ever been in. Not a single table was clean, trash on the floor and the bins were completely full. No hand towels or soap in the bathroom and it smelled awful. Only one star, as the fries were as expected. The burger was not warm...

It felt like the workers there where kickings us out by blasting music and that’s just the tip of the iceberg the fries where cold and stale out hamburgers where porely assembled and the beef patty looked like they had been cooked 2 hours before we got them, if I wanted crappy I would have drove down the street to McDonald’s

I'd give ZERO stars if possible. Worst drive thru customer service I've ever experienced, hands down. We came at 10:49pm, they close at 11pm. They made it clear that They didn't want anymore customers. Each employee that we spoke to went above and beyond to make sure we had a bad experience. My moonshine burger was fantastic, but I'm not sure I even want to patronize Carl's Jr anymore. Those 3 employees really soured my taste for the place.

Internet said 6 open. The door said 7 open. The person inside said open at 7:30. We left with no food, and they told us to go to McDonald's, so we did.

They didn't have 40% of menu and charged more than any other carls place sucked i don't recommend waisting your money or time drive on into vegas or henderson

I waited a while to post this review because I was very upset at the manager. The service was ok, however there was this disabled elderly man who needed to use the restroom the manager gave him the code to enter the restroom but the man couldn't open it, rather than going to open the door for him she yelled the code to him again and then turned around to tell me how stupid the man was for not being able to open the door. This is the kind of service you will encounter.

Had chicken tenders, no flavor and tasted old. Tea tasted like it's been sitting for a long while. Wouldn't recommend this location. Wish Primm had more to offer as far as food. Not the se without buffalo bills.

I went through the drive through and ordered a combo meal, burger and onion rings right. I waited my three min walk to the room to try the first onion ring and it was twice burned if you get me hard as a rock. So I walked back down and got the onion rings replaced only to wish I hadn't because the same laziness that made that twice fried burned onion ring was truly revealed. I don't know this for sure but the looked great cooked well but it seriously tasted like it had been left out of the freezer so long it spoiled and then got put back into the freezer! I'm pretty sure that's what happened given the evidence I can see or taste , rather. It's been almost two hours and I've eaten and drank and smoked and I can still taste the vinegar taste of ineptitude.i still like Carl's junior. It's just that I'll never eat from the one in primm again NEVER EVER!!!! Wow!

Tried to go through drive through but no one ever responded. Got out of the car, tried to go in from one entrance that was locked and told by an employee to go around. Once in I asked if drive thru was working and said it was and she was working it. Ice machine not working, had to go back to the girl that took my order to get ice. Not busy, more workers than people eating and no one at the counter ordering, but not able to take an order at the drive thru.

I eat in Carl's Jr. many time not in this one. I have douther when she was younger we like there chickens much better then MacDonald. Any way about one and half month ago I buy to go fries and was sick my food when out in a hr after I eat and can sleep whole night. This happens to to one of the coworker I work that day . It is something they don't doing right two of us get sick. Some need to make a visit and check ther food how they prepare. I will never eat in this location again and don't recommend any one. 😫😫

We looked up to see if this location had a play place to give our kids a break after a long drive. The play place was closed. They were also out of bacon and star nuggets. So, we decided to leave.

We waited over an hour to have breakfast here.... Not too sure why your web site says you open at 6am EVERY DAY but today? Lol It was 7am as we sat in the drive-thru waiting to order and a few minutes later A man came from the back door who I guess was unloading the truck said "we're not open!" "we don't open until 7:30!" So why does it say 6am on Google Monday-Sunday!? Extremely disappointing

Food took several minutes to get ready and wasn't even Luke warm when served. You can just take the cheese straight off if you didn't like it. None of the tables were clean, we had to choose the least dirty to e we could find. It also wasn't busy when we came in. One family in the lobby and one ordering in front of us. Flies everywhere too.

Worst. Lady that took order interrupted me several times, talked over me, ordered western burger with no sauce and they failed there, ordered El Diablo burger with no jalapenos, and they failed there too by keeping those but taking everything else off. Total fail, waste of money and time.

The doors are locked and the drive thru is closed. The window for the drive thru window was cracked opened but no one came to the window when I knocked and yelled "Hello". I saw someone inside but no luck.

I was in the drive thru and the guy in front of me just ordered, I pulled up, then all the lights turned off. They refused to serve me and said they were closed even though it was still 8:58 pm. They obviously wanted to hurry and go home, but I know this place isn’t that busy and they could’ve used the business. They need to get rid of whoever closed on Tuesday, June 4th

Food was stale, dining area was a mess. The bathroom looked like it hasn't been kept up in weeks. Tables were not clean. The employee's we're more concerned about making sure people had masks on then keeping up their restaurant. I have never been to a Carl's Jr that was disgusting. This was definitely the first. I couldn't even finish my food.

Cashier man Sebastian has great customer service. We order over pretty big order and they has missed one sandwich and when asking for the one sandwich they started saying that we had all the food and was very rude the manager and the cooker. Seen that we had receipt and no food that one person they kept being rude Will never come back to this restaurant

For a place in the middle of nowhere that wasn't busy at all, this place was disgusting. Drove to this specific location from california with 6 kids because online the website said they had a play place only to find it shutdown and half the dining area blocked off. Corporate needs to find a way to tell people the play place is out of order and this location needs some serious cleaning. The bathroom was disgusting yet wreaked of bleach so bad my nose was burning! Definitely dont recommend this location!

This place is disgusting. Blocked off back part of restaurant tables and didn’t want you to sit there. The music was turned up so loud you couldn’t stand to be in restaurant. E writhing looked dirty. Went in the restroom and had a good laugh as there was a sign saying they attend to the restroom every 30 minutes—every 30 days would be more accurate. Every thing was dirty, floor covered in toilet paper and yo top it off no soap AND no paper towels. Horrible place!!
