This is one of the cleanest Starbucks in the area. They're very fast and pretty accurate most of the time. I usually pick up larger orders for my family and I've only had my order wrong a couple times, but it's still more pleasant than going to the drive-thrus in Salinas lol

This is probably the best option you'll get for coffee. They also have a good collection of sandwiches the last time I went. The place is big and clean. The washrooms are also clean which always makes it a plus :) Service was a bit slow but nothing I can't live with.

A very convenient Starbucks if you're leaving Monterey or heading north on 101. It seemed more spacious than this location would need but the service was fast and everything was clean and well-stocked.

Like I thought it was a once or twice thing but it’s now happened again where I spill my drink on myself because of it. I just simply put it in the cup holder after and the lid popped off. Please get this fixed. They also made a bad sweet cream cold brew which is weird considering they all use the same recipe.

Nice place, right off of northbound Hwy 101 Vierra Canyon Road exit in the Prunetree shopping center. It is new, clean, with a drive thru. The baristas are pretty nice. The dinning room has a large table for groups. Good wi-fi. It also seems to be a popular place for mobile orders. Many people just come in, grab their drink, and go. Good parking. And it's surrounded by catteries! So if Starbucks food isn't your thing, you have Pizza, Chinese, burgers, tacos, or deli options.

Our mobile order took over 10 minutes to come up. I ordered my coffee before my daughter, yet my order came up after hers. Although mobile orders are supposed to be faster than waiting in line, that didn't appear to be the case.

This is one of the slowest Starbucks locations I’ve been to in a long time! Ironically, it was large, clean, well-staffed (six employees that I could see) with lots of parking. That only made it more frustrating when I was ignored as I waited to order. Apparently, all the staff had a specific purpose and we’re sticking to only that—even if they literally were standing around doing nothing. I waited for close to four minutes to order (after the woman running the cash register took an order before me, then walked away and fulfilled it herself, while all the other staff stood around), then waited 9-10 more minutes for my simple order to be filled. I can’t recommend this place unless you have plenty of time in your hands.

I'd give more stars if the service wasn't so bad. We stopped on our way back home, long drive and the place is nice and clean. Not busy at all maybe because it was almost closing time and the employes were getting too relaxed, just talking to each other on their headsets, laughing and all which I have not problem except that they had us waiting for some time even though no other customers were in front. It seems that they prioritize the drive thru customers which is kind of BS because they should fulfill the orders as they come. Not sure I'm stopping by on my next road trip 🤔

Nice clean place, but just got charged over $3 for a grande tea bag drink with steamed lemonade and two honeys. I told the kids really, I always pay $2.45. He had no answer and didn't ask anyone about if he had done anything wrong. Now if I get charged that price all the time, no big deal, but never.

Star bucks is the devil. They forgot to tape the bag shut and the egg bites fell all over the ground. And who knows what corperate BS the company pulls to squeeze an extra dollor from the American tax system. Sraly, who knows I want to be outraged in a knowledgeable way.

I tried 3 outlets, and they were all broken. The remaining tables with outlets were all taken. Very frustrating. Don’t come here trying to get any work done unless your devices are fully charged.

I've visited this location a few times for mobile pickups, usually late morning/afternoon and there's often several baristas working the shift. We always submit our mobile order when we're anywhere between 5-10 minutes away and once we get there, there is almost always a wait that is twice as long. It seems like drive up orders are the priority, then café orders, and last are mobile orders. My last visit, I waited over 30 minutes while I watched several cars pass through drive-thru and a handful of in-store orders come and go. When I checked in with one of the baristas after the initial crowd that was already there cleared, he looked at their system, took him a while to find my order and said it's "coming up" but it still took 15+ minutes from that point. While the drive-thru line always looks busy, if you want to get your order in a more timely manner, I suggest getting in that line instead of going inside or mobile ordering.

They seem to always get my order wrong or they mess it up most of the time. Today I ordered a danish and they didn’t even bother to warm it up as a matter of fact they left it in the plastic packaging straight out of the refrigerator. I’ve had a few times where they forget to add something to my drink or they do it wrong and when I mention it to them they get very defensive and rude. I’m never rude to them and I would just like to get what I paid for!

I've been coming to this Starbucks for almost 2 years and recently just recent, I have specifically ordered a Light Mocha Frappuccino . And they keep giving me a white chocolate mocha. Better believe I would've returned if I wasn't in a rush.

We asked for a cup of ice in addition to our paid order; was told “it has to go through the system like the rest of the orders” while two employees kept talking to each other at the front register without helping get the ice or help with other orders. The main guy barista & drive through team looked like they were working pretty hard, but not being helped much by the people at the register (maybe this is their system, not sure). Definitely prioritizing mobile orders for people who were not (yet) there vs in-store customers. Five minutes later, we needed to leave (without the cup of ice).

I could not agree more with the previous reviews. I’ve been to this location more than once and every time I pre-order on the app it takes 25 to 30 minutes bare minimum and that’s for even one straightforward drink. The employees are not approachable, which makes it that much harder. When I did get my drink, the Matcha was extremely lumpy, and all that in the bottom of the drink, not even close to blended. (It did not sit and settle like that. They handed it to me like that.)

Ordered to go, part of order was a bagel with extra cream cheese. Went thru drive up and AFTER I put the tip in, he told me they didn't have cream cheese. Told me he would include avocado spread "at no charge". I asked for a toasted bagel it was not toasted correctly. When I checked the receipt I had been charged for cream cheese. I ordered online and if you didn't have cream cheese. It should have stated it online. Caffè mocha was not hot. Worst Starbucks I've ever been to.

I live in the Central valley and I visit Starbucks all over. This location is right next to my in-laws who we go to visit multiple times a year. Whenever we stop here going through the drive-thru is a 25 to 45 minute experience every time. No matter how many cars are in front of me it takes absolutely forever. Every time I have visited it is like this, not just a one-time experience. Even when we use the app we still end up waiting for 15-20 minutes for our drink to be made. For everyone traveling and wanting to stop at this location and just wait till the next one. It's not worth the wait.

Don't order food here. This place is a health hazard. Not only was our order incorrect, but the breakfast sandwiches were COLD and the scones: absolutely disgusting. We ended up throwing most of it out and still ended up with food poisoning 😣. Absolutely horrible. We rarely eat fast food but you'd expect it to at least be safe and hot...I don't even want to know how old this food was, that with all those preservatives, we still got sick. WTF.

I had ordered 2 bagel with cream cheese. None of the orders came with actually cream cheese. She said I can come back and pick it up or go to another starbucks location. Then when we declined because we were already home she said well I can't do anything for you over the phone. Like really no sort of refund was offered. But seriously I am 8 months pregnant and already busy with a 2 year old. ( well enough to write review) before I go to work at 10 am. Seriusly really inconvenient.

I went to Starbucks today and this is the second time that something happens with my order. I politely asked for very light creamer and when received it there was basically nothing but creamer and all I could taste was the CREAMER! .Just bought a drink and it wasn’t even mixed all the powder was at the bottom and I’m drinking clumps of matcha. The line wasn’t even long so not sure why it couldn’t be made correctly

Why ask your customers to use the Taco Bell or McDonald's bathroom and not allow your paying customers to use yours? Also, why make customers stand and wait 10 minutes when no one else is in line and you have 8 people behind the counter?

I rarely leave reviews, however this Starbucks location is truly awful. Expect to wait at least 30 min for a small cup of coffee EVERYTIME. Also expect to be treated like an inconvenience for simply placing an order. I went through the drive through at 7 pm tonight and it took over 35 min for two small drinks. Not to mention the girl working at the register should not be working in customer service.

It's so disappointing that ordering in person does nothing to trump mobile orders of people not at the store. All I ordered was a water and plain iced tea. Both just get poured in a cup no fanciness. But because of all of the red cup day mobile orders they told me I had to wait until those were gotten through since they were ahead of me. I thought Starbucks was working to resolve this issue. I guess not

One of baristas in this store is treating people differently. I ordered a cup of Americano and waited for almost half an hour. The person who placed the order in front of me got his food and drinks in just 5 minutes. I checked in with the barista, and he said my order is still in line, and I have to wait for it. Then after I checked several times and a dozen of drinks have been picked up, it is still not my turn. It is just a cup of Americano which was filled into a cup within 1 minute. I understand there might be take out orders and drive thru orders, but I don’t believe there would be a dozen of orders between the person before me and me. I sincerely doubt the intention of this barista, and I hope the manager of this Starbucks should take care of this case seriously.

Worst starbucks drink I ever had. I used to love starbucks frappes a lot. But they ruined all the 4 drinks we ordered. Even though we mentioned these drinks are not same like how they should be, they denied it. One should follow the exact starbucks recipes in the outlet while preparing .

My friend and I pulled up to the drive thru to order a Carmel coffee and water, only 3 cars in front of us and the line did not move for 15 min. We got out of the drive thru and ordered inside which took another 40 min to then receive the wrong coffee order and no water. Please hire more staff!!!

Sunday night at 8:01 in drive thru ordered 2 venti coffees we were out of caramel so you couldn’t order nothing caramel then we ordered a vanilla latte and a car white chocolate mocha and the white chocolate milkThey were horrible $15 down the drain didn’t drink them and it was 830 when we got out of the line half an hour in line and there’s only a one white truck in front of us. The white latte tasted like the chocolate and the. White chocolate didn’t have flavor.

It’s been 45mins as of this writing since I got in the drive through for a damn coffee. Brutally stuck right now. I see a lot of reviews complaining about waiting in drive through-Not sure how such a store with less to no labor is still in business and curious how starbucks is encouraging such stores :(

couldn’t give me a refund. stuck in drive thru for 20 minutes and didn’t move at all had to ask the person behind me to back up so i could get out as i had a mobile order. went inside and they had no one at the register and one girl doing drive thru and making drinks. waited damn near 35 minutes and just left w out my drink or a refund.

They're slow they slow don't pay attention my two danishes were sitting on the counter by the microwave where they were talking about something that had nothing to do with coffee and wait 10 minutes for that then I had asked for it and they gave it to me

It's so disappointing that ordering in person does nothing to trump mobile orders of people not at the store. All I ordered was a water and plain iced tea. Both just get poured in a cup no fanciness. But because of all of the red cup day mobile orders they told me I had to wait until those were gotten through since they were ahead of me. I thought Starbucks was working to resolve this issue. I guess not

One of baristas in this store is treating people differently. I ordered a cup of Americano and waited for almost half an hour. The person who placed the order in front of me got his food and drinks in just 5 minutes. I checked in with the barista, and he said my order is still in line, and I have to wait for it. Then after I checked several times and a dozen of drinks have been picked up, it is still not my turn. It is just a cup of Americano which was filled into a cup within 1 minute. I understand there might be take out orders and drive thru orders, but I don’t believe there would be a dozen of orders between the person before me and me. I sincerely doubt the intention of this barista, and I hope the manager of this Starbucks should take care of this case seriously.

DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME!!!! Takes the baristas 30min for 2 Drinks You will most likely request a refund. This Starbucks needs major help with more baristas or even multiple managers for it to run smooth. I will never order from this Starbucks again!!!!

The drive thru is always slow. They need to have more help in the evening hours and better service. It should take a long time to get a simple drink.

Worst starbucks drink I ever had. I used to love starbucks frappes a lot. But they ruined all the 4 drinks we ordered. Even though we mentioned these drinks are not same like how they should be, they denied it. One should follow the exact starbucks recipes in the outlet while preparing .

My friend and I pulled up to the drive thru to order a Carmel coffee and water, only 3 cars in front of us and the line did not move for 15 min. We got out of the drive thru and ordered inside which took another 40 min to then receive the wrong coffee order and no water. Please hire more staff!!!

couldn’t give me a refund. stuck in drive thru for 20 minutes and didn’t move at all had to ask the person behind me to back up so i could get out as i had a mobile order. went inside and they had no one at the register and one girl doing drive thru and making drinks. waited damn near 35 minutes and just left w out my drink or a refund.

It’s been 45mins as of this writing since I got in the drive through for a damn coffee. Brutally stuck right now. I see a lot of reviews complaining about waiting in drive through-Not sure how such a store with less to no labor is still in business and curious how starbucks is encouraging such stores :(
