Una verdadera delicia las cemitas!!! Este lugar no le pude nada a los "clasicos" del centro, el sabor de las cemitas es increíble, el servicio, la atención y todo realmente es excelente! Tienen mucha atención al detalle, desde la vajilla hasta la forma en la que te llevan la cuenta. Definitivamente es un lugar al que volvería en mi siguiente viaje a Puebla.

Todos los alimentos venían con riquísimas salsas y otros acompañantes. Alimentos equilibrados.. el tamaño de la Cemita con el digestivo Papalo clásico de Puebla. Probamos las Cemitas, tacos y pelona. Sin duda volvemos a visitar este lugar que nos mostró la rica gastronomía de Puebla! Gracias!! ✨

Es un local pequeño con 5 mesas, pero en verdad la comida (garnachas) me encanta, todo lo que he pedido del menú ha sido muy bueno. Mis favoritos : la todatada de pata, los molotes de quesillo y la cemita de milanesa de pollo ufff!! Aaa y por si fuera poco, el pozole es super bueno también!!

La verdad que todo está muy rico!!!! Desde los molotes hasta el pozole ! Y lo mejor es la atención del personal, y sobretodo del dueño que siempre es muy atento y está presente! Yo he pedido también para eventos y todo delicioso !

Definitivamente puedo decir que toooooodo lo que preparan esta hecho con corazón, pasión, tradición y sazón auténtico de la abuela. Superó mis expectativas a mil, me encanta el pozole, el mole de panza, el agua de jamaica, el molote y las cemitas; cuando los probé aquí dije: me siento en casa comiendo comida con sabor a familia. Recomiendo con los ojos cerrados todo y ojalá tengan reconocimiento MICHELIN porque sabe a Puebla, sabe a hogar.

El servicio me parece muy bueno, yo siempre he pedido la cemita y está deliciosa y enorme, sin duda son mis favoritas. Si volvería a pedir y si lo recomiendo totalmente

I found Cemitas La Catedral, located far from the Cathedral. I had a huge craving for it and decided to try it. It's the first cemita place I've seen that features sourdough bread (plus points), and they have some delicious options. The place is very clean, and the staff are very friendly and smiling. The cemitas are enormous!

The food is truly extraordinary! Delicious and beautifully served. The Milanese cutlet at the cemitas is as thin as it should be and crispy, and the todtadas, molotes, and tacos are insane! Truly exquisite, and the price and quality are perfect. Congratulations! Something like this was needed in Puebla. If anyone wants the thickest Milanese, go for a sirloin steak; the cemitas are cooked just right.

Delicious cemitas. The place is very pretty, very well designed, and the location is excellent in a new plaza conveniently located at the beginning of the Angelopolis hills. The service is fast and friendly throughout. I ordered a carne enchilada cemita, and it's truly one of the best I've ever had. They have a wide variety of Puebla snacks.

While passing through Puebla, I was looking for a place to have dinner. I searched for cemitas and found this place. Unfortunately, they were out of cemitas, but we ordered tacos placeros, and they were fantastic. The portions were generous, the flavor was great, and I especially loved the rajas con huevo (poblano pepper strips with egg) and the dried chiles that came with the dish. The decor was lovely, and all the sides were very traditional. The service was excellent and fast. They also serve pozole, tacos, and tostadas. I will definitely return on my next trip to Puebla. I highly recommend it.

In Lomas de Angelópolis, there weren't any cemitas like this, well, in fact, I don't think there are any. A delight, large but not just any old way, with an exquisite flavor… Don't forget to try the molotes, and the horchata!

Nothing that good market cemitas don't have: good bread, good milanesa, good cheese, the chipotles are top-notch, the flautas are also super delicious with blue corn tortillas. It's nice to find places that do things right 🥸👌🏼

Five of us went to eat, and each of us ordered a horchata. Four of those horchatas were completely tasteless, practically just water. We told the server, and she replaced them with soft drinks, but she took away one of the four people's horchatas and didn't give them a soft drink in return. When we checked the bill later, there were six additional horchatas that we never drank; in other words, we were overcharged. It was our mistake not to check the receipt before paying. Beware: they overcharge here, so be careful.

Horrible. At first, I started eating it without detecting any meaty flavor. Upon closer inspection, I realized it was pure breadcrumbs, and the Milanese was as transparent as ham. I don't recommend it.

Well, I haven't even tried them. But the hours clearly state they're open from 10 am to 10 pm DAILY. Today, my wife and I went at 10:27 am and they told us they weren't open. They said they'd be back in 30 minutes. Honestly, if service starts at 11 am, they should stick to it, because you get the impression you'll go at 10 am and they won't serve you. Plus, the employee was quite indifferent. I hope they improve.
