From a very young age, I remember those cemitas being very good, quite filling and sufficient. But today I went and was deeply disappointed. They included three slices of avocado, a small milanesa, and as little cheese and rajas as possible. It's a shame that a place that was so good at its products now has so much to lose. I no longer recommend them.

There's a 2 for 70 promotion, but the chicken milanesa isn't included in the promotion. I only tried the chicken milanesa. The milanesa was very salty; the saltiness didn't match the rich flavor of the avocado, quesillo, and papalo... I imagined the tortas del Chavo or Chapultepec in Mexico City. They put the avocado overflowing, but there's none in the middle. Overall, they're delicious, but don't order the chicken milanesa... people will be very angry for being so early.

If you go to Puebla, among other things, it's to eat their delicious cemitas, but this place serves them very meagerly, just a strand of cheese. They should have a larger option for those who can and want to pay for it. Thank you!

The cemita with the breaded chicken cutlet was very dry. I wouldn't recommend buying a cream soup there.

They're delicious, although they tasted much better years ago. The service is bad, though. I felt uncomfortable eating there, as if they were doing me a favor, and I had to ask them several times if they could clean my table because it was completely dirty when I sat down. If you like those cemitas, it's better to order takeout.

The cemitas are pathetic, the horchata water is tasteless, but the worst part is the service. The attitude of the person who serves and prepares the drinks makes you want to never return. And the worst part is that the bill didn't add up (I don't know if they charge for service), but my desire to leave overrode the need for any clarification. I came here on a recommendation, but I definitely won't be returning.

Terrible service. The waitresses were rude and arrogant, acting like they were giving us something for free. They brought us the wrong cemitas reluctantly; we only got the correct ones for a thousand pesos. They gave us dirty looks when we asked for chipotles, and on top of that, they don't keep track of orders and try to charge us for things we didn't order. We suggested they write down each table's order so this wouldn't happen again, since we're regular customers and had never had a problem like this before. But when we made that suggestion, they got angry and started yelling at us and making fun of us. If they don't like their jobs, they should be fired, since there are many people looking for work who would undoubtedly do it gladly.

Bad service. I asked to charge my phone and was refused. The cemitas were delicious, and the chiles were equally delicious; they weren't spicy. The food made up for the service.

They're good, the only bad thing is that the portion is small, and it has more dry bread than ingredients. The service is terrible. They serve you grudgingly. The poor things should go work somewhere else because it reflects poorly on the business.
