A place where you can find flavor and quality, their cakes are delicious, especially those that have flan in the base, an excellent characteristic of their own, to vary a little from the traditional ones, the only bad thing is that some flavors tend to end early, so I suggest you stop by one day before your event to save it and not be left with the craving. Regarding the attention, the occasions I went, the very friendly staff even helped me put a cake in a bag. Highly recommended, I don't give 5 stars because they can always be improved and maybe they could be made a little bigger 😀

They have given me good personal attention on the occasions I have gone, something that does leave me a little disappointed is that sometimes they have not had the product I am looking for available and they do not give me any information as to where another branch could find it, so I think they could improve their system, otherwise I think it is a good option for pastries and competitive prices.

The cakes are delicious. I liked that the bottom layer was flan and the center was creamy with blackberries. The only thing that would have been better is a bigger selection of items.

I bought the Raffaello cake and it tasted like nothing, the Ferrero and Raffaello cakes were watery and old, and they didn't tell me that the cake had a flan or egg base... so it was heavy for them, besides, the cakes are very expensive for what they are, I thought that the Raffaello cake, being one of the most expensive, would be of better quality, but that's not the case.

This used to be one of my favorite bakeries because of its delicious food, among other things. Obviously, the quality has declined significantly. The carrot cake is now more like a pancake, the price of a small cake is the same as a medium one at the competition, and it's absurd (and I haven't seen this at any other bakery) that they charge extra for custom orders 🙄. As for the service, well, don't even get me started. The girl there doesn't explain anything or leave her station to help. My last experience there definitely left much to be desired 👎👎 I won't be buying from here again.

Yesterday I ordered a cake, but it didn't arrive at the agreed-upon time. I called, and they just kept telling me it had already been sent, and then they said the payment hadn't been confirmed. I asked for a refund because my guests had already left. It took them about 3 hours to respond, and then they told me the accounting department wasn't working and to call back tomorrow. I've been demanding my deposit back for 24 hours and about 10, and they still haven't been able to refund me. How is it possible that it takes them more than 8 hours to issue a refund, and on top of that, I have to beg for a response because they haven't. They ruined my birthday, and I can't get the money I need. I'll never order a cake from Deli Tutti again.

This bakery is completely out of control; customer service is nonexistent. There's no complaints phone number or anything like that. Both branch phone numbers for special orders have either been stolen or don't exist anymore, since I called both and was answered by people who didn't know anything about the bakery. Even ordering a sheet cake is incredibly difficult; they remove you from the system without warning. What am I supposed to do with my events? They're completely incompetent between branches and in general service. The girls who are working there don't seem to have any problems, but the problem lies in the structure of their business.
