Excellent place to come with the family. The service from the staff and owners is undoubtedly outstanding. The cuts of meat are of very good quality and some of the best I've tasted in Puebla. I highly recommend it.

This is my first time there, as it was highly recommended to me, and it truly didn't disappoint at all. Starting with the excellent service, they explain how everything works, and once you select your preferred cut of meat, they take it to prepare it. The flavor was superb; I highly recommend it and would definitely visit again.

I had already tried them a couple of times at their old location and everything was fine. This time I was disappointed, even though the meat tasted good, they overcooked it. I asked for medium and they gave it to me well done. Creamed spinach was oversalted, and the French fries were greasy and raw.

The food has deteriorated considerably. While the cut of meat is affordable, don't expect high quality. Don Xavier's pasta is very greasy. The best things to look forward to are the specials and desserts.

I ordered a medium-rare arrachera steak, which, to the connoisseurs of meat, I don't even consider to be beef. I ordered some french fries, which were like potatoes with oil; they were soggy and not crispy at all. The tortilla soup was very good; it's the only redeeming feature.
