I liked the place; it's pleasant and quiet, and the menu is very varied, with something for every palate. The chiles en nogada were delicious. I recommend it if you're coming with family or as a couple and want something different; this is the place.

Chiles en nogada season is in Puebla, and there are many places to choose from. I wasn't expecting much here, maybe something average, but I was SURPRISED by how delicious and freshly prepared they were. The quality-to-price ratio exceeded expectations. And the service was top-notch. Highly recommended.

Excellent service from the moment we arrived at the entrance. We were greeted warmly, and the waiter immediately offered suggestions and even cooking times for our food, which was much appreciated as it allowed us to plan accordingly. We came with children, and they were very well cared for. We ordered steaks, and they were cooked to perfection. The house wine was also delicious; I highly recommend it. And to top it all off, a great cup of coffee!

It's a lovely and comfortable place for a romantic dinner or a girls' night in. They have a 2-for-1 special on glasses of very good red wine, carajillos (coffee with brandy), and beer, so it's definitely worth it. The service is excellent and the food quality is perfect. We had breakfast there and returned for dinner.

I went for breakfast and everything was really delicious. I ordered extra eggs for my dish because I felt it needed that extra something to pair with the chicken. My drink was a mango chai because I'd never tried that flavor before, and it was quite good. A great experience and great service.

Lo mejor de todo fue que el gerente estuvo súper atento de nuestros alimentos. Pero la mesera fue medio lenta Comimos fetuchini Alfredo ( la pasta estaba ligeramente dura) le puedes agregar por 50 pesos unos camarones que estaban buenos. la lasagna de hutlacoche estaba muy rica. Yo pedí tacos de arrachera, muy buenos. Yo metería más salsas para los tacos porque solo tienen salsa Macha y salsa de habanero. El plus ( por eso le puse 4 estrellas ) fue que me dejaron entrar con una perrita pequeña (pet friendly pienso que en la área de afuera)

The place is pleasant for breakfast; they have tables in the dining room or on the terrace. The service is good; they're friendly and fast. My only complaint is the refill coffee: it's not very good and is served half-cold. We ordered an orange juice, and it was watered down, which was noticeable in the color and also in the flavor. The Serrano ham toast was well-served and presented well.

Well… the service is very, very friendly. The waiters are attentive and helpful, although they seem undertrained. I've had this feeling at all the Serats. The food is good; we only ordered eggs Benedict, and the bread was extremely dry, almost inedible—not toasted, just dry. The yolk was overcooked and not tender. The free-flow coffee is passable, but the regular Americano is burnt and tastes awful. The only water option is Ciel. Overall, it's okay; they let you chat, which is appreciated.

I went for brunch on December 24th, as I had done for the past four years. Unfortunately, this time I had a green juice and got a stomach bug. I was so sick that I couldn't eat dinner on December 24th. I hope they improve their fruit and vegetable washing processes.
