The staff is friendly and helpful. I really like the tortas compuestas; they're very tasty and crispy. The chili they add really enhances the flavor. Their hot dogs and sandwiches are also delicious. I can't comment on the hamburgers since I haven't tried them because I've never liked them. The place is clean.

My family and I stopped going to this place because there was a time when their frappes seemed like flavored water, their crepes weren't very good, the portion of potatoes weren't very attractive, their hamburgers were definitely the best option, I hope that when I have the need to buy there the quality has improved, they have attitude and capitalize on customers, greetings

Upon arrival, the first thing that stands out is the lack of cleanliness: both the tables and the menu were dirty. The service is average. The wait time is excessive, 20 minutes for a small torta. The prices are high, between $87 and $150 per torta. The food is average in terms of flavor and quality of ingredients. Furthermore, the portion is very small for the price (87 pesos for a small torta). Overall, the experience doesn't justify the cost or the time invested.

The experience was the worst since when I tried to order online, the schedule didn't match at all with what the website says and above all, they canceled after 30 minutes when they could have canceled within a minute or after 5 minutes, not after 30 minutes.

Terrible! I bought through Uber Eats, the meat was weird like it was overcooked, it smelled strange, it was a strange color, the ingredients were of terrible quality, not even the nachos were good, the burger was HORRIBLE, and I'm not a clown when it comes to eating, I bought it for my family and no one ate their burger. I will never buy anything at Vic's again.
