I always like what i order at Arby's and they are absolutely great and fast TKY for having Coke products!!!

The manager was working the window and was extremely friendly and made our visit fun and enjoyable. Service was fast despite it being right at noon and our order was hot and perfect!

I was absolutely impressed with how kind and helpful those ladies were. The food was on point and delicious. I'll definitely be returning in the future.

I love arbys, the roast beef is amazing.

I love Arby's. The corned beef Reuben is absolutely delish. The chicken cordon blue is great too. If you like Mc D's mint shake, you'll love Arby's! They add lil chunks of mint chocolate on top so it tastes like mint chocolate chip ice cream. Mmmm, so good!!!

Food was good, as it usually is ,and the workers were all very positive and cheery. They even gave us a free shake to solve a dispute between our children who were bickering over the one we got for them 👍🏻

Stopped for lunch while steelhead fishing in pulaski New York. Got the Diablo chicken meal and was shock that they were the hottest fast food meal.

Love Arby's. Anytime I am by one I stop to eat. This particular one it was me and two friends after a day of fishing. We went here and spent 94$ on food. Haha.

Staff is usually short handed and they are still always positive. Accurate, quick and very friendly staff and also love the Double Roast Beef sandwich a timeless classic!!

Update to bellow: This location has hired and trained new staff. Now not only is the Arby's menu well prepared but service is prompt. Food is well prepared and good as Arby's goes but this has to be the slowest Arby's that I've ever been too. Drive thru or eat in, is equally slow. This is not fast food by any means but if you are patient and have the time to spare the Arby's menu is well prepared here. I wrote this entire review while waiting in the drive thru and I started it after I was half way to the window, with only one car left in front of me, sitting waiting for their food. Are you getting a sense of what I mean by slow because I'm getting bored writing this and I haven't even paid yet. 9 cars have gotten McD in the time we've waited for 3 cars here and there never was a line at McD. I just finally handed them my card to pay from the single CC machine in the building. She's handing me a straw, now filling a cup with ice, now soda, now handing me the soda. I'm done writing, that is it for now, but I'll continue to wait for my bag. Yawn.....

Good food and service. My brother however did not order food. He once ordered a sandwich at the total of $3.50 10 years ago and never got his change back. He was only 12 at the time and was scared to ask. On another note, had a great time.

I was hungry so stopped at Arby's. You are gonna love this. I pulled up to the drive thru and ordered, received my order then drove away. While driving I ate my food and enjoyed it. Thanks.

We went their for lunch and dined in for the first time and it was a little packed.But all and all had a great lunch with my family.We love eating here we go through the drive thru most of the time and always have excellent experience everytime.

We tried their gyro sandwich on pita bread. It was delicious and at two for $6 it was a real deal. We were near Onondaga lake so we got to feed the seagulls with part of our pitta bread. Fun and delicious!

They were very busy! We went through the drive- thru. I was worried about how long it would take because of the long line. I was super impressed how fast we got our food! You could definitely tell the food was made fresh, the fries were good and hot! All in all we will visit again! Good food, fast, and friendly service!!

It was very busy when we were there, the ice was out in the dining room soda fountain, but the manager was filling the cups with ice from behind the counter. She didn't have time to take away from the counter to fill the dining room. She was doing the best she could with what she had. The food was fresh, hot, and very tasty. We were very happy 🥰 Thank you April for the great job you are doing!!

Been here only once but it seemed nice my meal was made properly and service was good and the dining room was clean.

I have only ever had one bad experience with this Arbys and that was a cold sandwich. Every other sandwich I've received from Arbys has been pretty top notch.

Don't order the Hawaiian Special. Their chicken club is very tough. Great Orange Swirl.

Cashier & MOD were very helpful in helping me and my too-tired-from-traveling brain figure out what I wanted to order. We ordered quite a few different items; all were good and were ready before we even got our self-serve drinks done.

Their food is okay but the service can be quite slow at times. And for all the fast food places that make gyros I definitely prefer Arby's Greek gyro the best. If that's all they need I would give it five stars.

Arby's does it again! First they introduce the best fish sandwich in fast food. Then I discovery their chicken strips and bronco berry dipping sauce. I'm on to you, Arby's. Getting me addicted to the chicken and sauce was evil..lol

Dispirited that they have been regularly out of simple things like soda and BBQ sauce. This is basic ordering 101 for folks in the food service industry.

A lot of variety for a fast food place. A bit pricey unless you get their specials. Their wraps are actually really delicious.

I got someone else's order. But seeing how I touched it I didn't want to then go to some one. Germs. I think the menu is ok if your a regular customer but if your first time it's confusing. I was only one there and had to wait at counter for them to handle window orders. Not acceptable. The people were nice enough but I could hear the manger screaming constantly to check this and check that. Very annoyingly and uncalled for as they are just feet apart. Don't think I will go back.

Extremely slow. Stopped in for a 12:30 lunch on a Saturday and waited in the 1 register line that was open and backed up to the door to place my order. Waited 12 minutes for my order and they gave the guy that ordered after me his 2 for $5 fish sandwiches before me. They don't appear to know the meaning of FAST food restaurant. The manager did give me a "let us make it right" coupon though.

It's fast food what do you expect. However be sure to check your order here before leaving the drive through. They normally forget something. Be it as simple as a straw or your sandwich and they just hand you some fries.

I received a cold chicken sandwich, was told by the manager that I was going to get a new one but had to pay for it. When the swift manager came over and found out what happened, she gave me a replacement. We will not be going to store 7702 in Pulaski NY for a while. We were there just before lunch time. Was not busy.

The food at Arby's is always great. This time around the service was horrible. I waiting over 10 minutes at the drive thru because they said the fries were not ready.

This is an average Arby's. Service was interesting, but it was fine. We're probably not used to NYers is all. Food was not really fresh, the buns were cold and dry. The turnover was good though.

Went thru the drive thru. They no longer have fish sandwiches. Ordered 2 beef classic sandwiches and a loaded fry. They asked if we wanted sauces. Told them yes, I would like Arby's sauce. Payed for food at window. Girl at window was quite rude. Started to drive away, found no sauce or fork ,to eat fries,in the bag. Backed up to window, because no one was behind us. Girl was again rude, but gave us what we needed. Both times she walked away from window to talk to coworker. Like there conversation was more important than customer. Both beef sandwiches had hardly any meat on them. Loaded fries were good.

Food was good,But... Was told after food was done, there was no sauce for onion rings. They suck without it !

Generally enjoy Arby's. This time the clerk was so rude it made me wonder if there was a hidden camera. Cookie butter shake tasted like sugar syrup with crumbs.

We went through the drive through and the Cheshire was very friendly, however from what we saw in the window they do not inforce cleanliness. One of the workers working with food did not have gloves on and her hair was long and down a well. Very unappetizing when we are about to receive our food they handled…

The people that work here when I go are awful. The girls who work the register seem to hate life. Last time I went there it was 4:55 and the cashier told me that their clocks were late so they couldn't give me any of the 2-5pm Happy hour specials. It seemed like the highlight of her day to tell us that.

Food seemed to have been sitting on the warmer all day.. Bread wad hard and the roast beef was extra dry.

How long has fast food become blows my mind. I remember the clocks in the drive this to see how fast. Almost 20 mins for a beef and cheddar. Sandwich only. No fries no drink. I got to listen to the daily work drama from the staff while I waited for food so that’s a plus I guess. Sandwich was still good.

The service was excellent and the employees were nice. Location was well maintained. Food was unsatisfactory, chicken tenders cold and overly chewy, fries cold and not fresh, and French dip had limited meat. Obviously standards for fast food are different but the food was not worth the price.

paid $24 dollars for them to pull us ahead and have us wait, only to then give me the wrong sandwich and forget to give my bf his slider. waste of money, will never go here again

Tuesday, I went there Food was terrible, while giving my order I could tell the worker was getting irritated which was rude since I only ordered one meal. When I got to the window I’m unsure if it was the same person however they were just as rude. I believe his name was Tom or Brian I remember it being some name like that, he had a bad attitude which I’m sure is not something that is supported at Arby’s. I get people have bad days but he was rude and disrespectful and definitely immature. Attitude should be corrected if you’re dealing with the public. Disgusted.

I ordered the new rib sandwich, it did not come with onions rings on the sandwhich. ( cold) fiance got the prime rib sandwich ( soggy and cold) curly fries were also cold. 1st time we had a bad experience here. Looks like all new employees.

Worked all day didn't want to cook went to get food and what a mistake that was. Ordered their 9 piece premium nuggets that was old grease tasting, cold and hard as a rock. Rocks would have been more appetizing. The beef and cheddar was cold, cheese all over the sandwich and it was sitting for a long time. The fries were old, cold and hard a lb. Of salt on them. The Powerade was watered down I just can't believe this. I will never come here again. Not happy!

This was my first visit to an Arby’s while we were driving through the states from Connecticut. It was the most disgusting meal I’ve ever had to pay for. The chicken burger I had was cold and rock hard and the onion rings were soggy. The fries that my friends had were fine, but the other chicken burger and cheeseburger my friends ate were less than satisfactory. We were super disappointed!

No roast beef? At an Arby’s? I haven’t eaten at one in years, now I know why. Kinda feel sorry for the employees. Opted for chicken sandwich combo, fries overcooked, chicken a 1 (10 highest ) compared to Chic Fill A. Son got sick , cramps, stomach problems today from some processed fish stick mystery. Ugh.

Pulled into the drive through @10:46pm tonight (thinking it was open) I was left sitting at the speaker box until 10:52pm without anyone speaking. I finally googled the hours and noticed it was closed. I get it. I pulled in almost an hour after close, but the employees were literally at the window talking with two people in a truck. Lights still on, the place looked open. Someone should have answered the intercom and told me they were closed. Then as I was driving past to leave, the teenage employee and the two people in the vehicle looked over at me and giggled to each other. It took everything in me not to stop my vehicle and confront the situation.

Ordered a large drink with a meal (drive thru) only to find that there was no ice in it. Returned to the drive thru (only option) waited in line for a second drink. We were told then that they had no ice. Would have been nice to have been told the first time through. POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!!

Cold curly fries and I only wanted a handful - I specifically asked "Are the curly fries out of frier within past 5minutes?" Yes was the answer - I had 1, cold, greasy and chewy, whole thing when into garbage, wasted $3!!!

Got home to find a chicken sandwich, that I wouldn't feed to my dog. Yes they replaced it, but answered the phone, hello. Not Arby's or anything professional. Then the guy that made the sandwiches rudely asked me to look at it and make sure it was to my standards.

Where to start. A line of people waiting for their order and one lady making bracelets on the front counter and playing on her phone. One of the workers children (8-9 year old girl) behind the counter and in the kitchen. Most unprofessional staff I've ever seen. The lady with the light up Christmas hat should be fired immediately. I was embarrassed for them.

Normally I wouldn't leave a negative review for cold fries and the wrong items because It's fast food and pretty common at this location. However, there is no excuse for the rudeness and unprofessionalism of the employee who waited on me tonight. It's not the first time that I've had this same experience with the same employee.
