Went thru the drive thru. They no longer have fish sandwiches. Ordered 2 beef classic sandwiches and a loaded fry. They asked if we wanted sauces. Told them yes, I would like Arby's sauce. Payed for food at window. Girl at window was quite rude. Started to drive away, found no sauce or fork ,to eat fries,in the bag. Backed up to window, because no one was behind us. Girl was again rude, but gave us what we needed. Both times she walked away from window to talk to coworker. Like there conversation was more important than customer. Both beef sandwiches had hardly any meat on them. Loaded fries were good.

How long has fast food become blows my mind. I remember the clocks in the drive this to see how fast. Almost 20 mins for a beef and cheddar. Sandwich only. No fries no drink. I got to listen to the daily work drama from the staff while I waited for food so that’s a plus I guess. Sandwich was still good.

Always expensive for the amount of food you get. Always over 40 others places are cheaper and you get value for your buck like the down the street Burger King.

The service was excellent and the employees were nice. Location was well maintained. Food was unsatisfactory, chicken tenders cold and overly chewy, fries cold and not fresh, and French dip had limited meat. Obviously standards for fast food are different but the food was not worth the price.

Food was horrible. Tried calling, but no one wants to answer the phone. Don’t feel like driving all the way back into town to talk to someone about it.

Ordered French dip. Gor home No au jus. Lil meat on sandwiche. Horrible. This why you have the meats cause they aren't on the sandwiches

The workers were very immature and kept fooling around. I was given many dirty looks and they would avoid me and wouldn’t take my order. They were talking about me to there coworkers and was a very shitty service overall… go to Fulton

Got home to find a chicken sandwich, that I wouldn't feed to my dog. Yes they replaced it, but answered the phone, hello. Not Arby's or anything professional. Then the guy that made the sandwiches rudely asked me to look at it and make sure it was to my standards.

Horribly mismanaged, upper level staff were extremely rude to employees as well as customers. Notably, a manager named Jasmine made a small child cry. I don't believe she should be managing this restaurant.

Where to start. A line of people waiting for their order and one lady making bracelets on the front counter and playing on her phone. One of the workers children (8-9 year old girl) behind the counter and in the kitchen. Most unprofessional staff I've ever seen. The lady with the light up Christmas hat should be fired immediately. I was embarrassed for them.

Normally I wouldn't leave a negative review for cold fries and the wrong items because It's fast food and pretty common at this location. However, there is no excuse for the rudeness and unprofessionalism of the employee who waited on me tonight. It's not the first time that I've had this same experience with the same employee.
