The restaurant is well located and nicely decorated with a big car park that was full cos of the beach. We arrived around 3-4pm place was full, I got a table and waited about 20min no one came... I took menus on my own and waited some more minutes so I had to call a waiter and came about 15min later, waiter seemed a bit stressed.. A couple of friends came about 10min after us and they left after waiting too long. We Ordered 2 different fishes one wasn't very tasty the other one was good. There are only 2 toilets and at least men was dirty.

We visited during the off-season. I'm bilingual, but the foods on the menu were unfamiliar to me. When I asked the waiter for information, he shrugged his shoulders. So there's that. He couldn't have been less helpful. The food was fine. The view was oceanfront.

Allocated waiter was totally useless and had an unpleasant attitude (rude) and abrasive nature. We weren't given a menu until a lady in our group went and got one. We had one menu between 6 people. It took 45 minutes to get a food order taken. Beers were ordered but never supplied BUT charged to our bill. Be aware when ordering fish. Menu stated that your waiter would advise the size of fish. This never happened. Three fish were interestingly the exact same weight. Luckily the food was good. Toilets need attention. No toilet paper.

I never write bad reviews, only when it’s necessary. Probably one of the worst restaurant experiences I’ve had in my life. There’s no customer care, the waiter is standing looking at his phone and doesn’t interact with you unless you call them. We ordered croquetas that came out after 25 minutes (the restaurant was almost empty), and they came out frozen… We got the tabla de marisco, which was the worst we’ve had in our life. It is so clear, it’s frozen in a plastic bag, cus thats literally what it tasted like, like plastic bag. We ate it because we were dying of hunger, but really bad experience… and way too overpriced.

I don't often give bad reviews. I would rather give positive recommendations for people to visit. However, this restaurant is overpriced and lacks any customer service whatsoever. The waiters are rude & make you feel like you are lucky to get any table there .. even when stuck in a corner next to a service area. I hope the manager/owner takes onboard these reviews. You have a fab location but seriously need to up your game on service provision.

We have visited 100's of Spanish restaurants in our lives, both in Spain and internationally and this was an absolutely awful welcome. They seem to think that you are lucky to get a table at their restaurant. No interaction with the customer. They gave us no options for table and plonked the bread at our table. Restaurant eating is about the experience and this was poor. We left as a result and have started to vote with our feet and take our hard earned Euros with us. In our experience this is a restaurant that is replying on past not thinking of new clientele. Up to you to consider eating here. Customer is not heart of the experience. Rude comes to mind.
