Online order wasn't ready as it was stolen. They had to remake my order. Apparently, this is a common thing. They should keep people's orders in a different location so you can't just walk up and grab any food you want. It's not the staff's fault. The rice in my burrito was crunchy. Either over cooked or dried out. Lose a star for that. Great service, though. The staff was great.

I stopped by to pick up dinner tonight. The place was packed. I was really impressed by the manager (young guy in glasses). He was training and working the food line, while also being so engaging and friendly with the customers! This guy is going places was fun to watch. I’d hire him just based on attitude.

If you know me, you know I love steak burritos, and that's what I got, and it was fire🔥 🔥. I love Chipotle so much this location is very good, but maybe I'm a little biast because I got the first batch of rice when it came out, and it was very fresh. Anything you get here, you know it's gonna be good. Would Recommend.

I really enjoy coming Chipotle this location. The manager Siren was so kind and chill was able take care of me, The customer service was excellent, it takes patience to wait the food to be done and fresh even you are hungry. Jocelyn, Sam and Camila. I am definitely coming back to this place and deserves a 5 star. Thank you for your wonderful service and keep up the good work!

My mom put in a catering order at this Chipotle location and Blanca the manager was WONDERFUL! She walked my mom through all of her catering options that would work well for the number of people we have etc. Upon returning to pick up the order she even remembered when my mom mentioned her Saran Wrap game we play on Christmas Eve. Wonderful experience here and would highly recommend coming back!

We went to Chipotle and we share a dish with a Diet Coke. Food was great, service excellent. I was very satisfied. Great place to eat. Parking lot suck at rush hour but the food was amazing.

The service was slow for how many people were working this day. But they tried to hurry at least. So not the friendliest staff I've seen but maybe they were just too busy? The chicken bowl I got was tasty. The salsa was medium spicy which I like, not too hot to not enjoy the food. The chips however were the worst part sone had no salt and some had waaay too much. So I had to wipe some of them with a napkin. The lobby was clean, so that's good. I would try the place again just to compare experiences.

Omg my burrito bowl wiyh chicken was yummy yummy good. I do have to say I wasn't pleased with the gentleman and the young lady that were servicing. There was 1 person ahead of me and they were chit chatting and no acknowledging the only 2 clients in the place. It took me 15 in and out and only 1 person ahead of me and 3 staff on the line... I've been here before and it's been alot cleaner it was a sat dinner time when I stopped by.

Our favorite Mexican Restaurant in Rancho Cucamonga. Their bowls are so good specially we like their Chicken Bowl and Steak Bowl. You can also add Guacamole to make your bowls more delicious. The host was nice and cooperative. However, I found only one negative thing about this place. So far we came to this place twice and each time most of the empty tables were dirty and no one was there to clean them. They should take care of this issue.

The food had been sitting quite awhile and was a bit dry. Service was pretty good! Everyone was very attentive but it made me feel a bit rushed with 3 people talking to me at once.

Never been a big fan of Chipotle however the new meat offering, Garlic Gualilla beef was something I would go back for. Food was freshly prepared and serving size was more than enough. I had the bowl but would try the tacos next time. Moderately priced and a clean eating environment will keep me going back.

Love Chipotle. I like that you have choices. Whether you're in the mood for a burrito, a bowl, a salad, or a taco, you can't go wrong. I usually get the burrito bowl. It's filling, and for the most part, it's pretty healthy. My only beef is " Where's the beef?" I can understand that everything is expensive right now, but the customer is paying for their order. When I ask for rice and extra lettuce, it feels like their workers are counting each grain of rice and each leaf of lettuce, let alone the meat and guacamole. I know it's not the workers fault, they are doing what they were trained to do.

Customer Service was bare, minamia it was only one person in the front to make food and no cashier!!! I had to wait for a cashier to come after my food was completed and sitting on the counter for at least 5 minutes or more..... please do better with Customer Service. Thanks

I haven't eaten at a Chipotle in quite awhile. The food was delicious, but I walked away hungry. The workers were average. They could have been a tad nicer, but also, they could have been more negative. Overall, it was an above average experience.

I love "Chi-Potle" but unless you ask for extra rice or beans it's pretty skimpy. The staff is always kool. The food quality is good. Even though they have had all those stories in the news, I've never had a problem. I always get the burrito bowl with white rice, pinto beans, corn, cheese, steak and a bag of chips. It's a little pricey but over all good. If you have not tried it, give it a go. You might like it. I go there about once a week. So I must like it to some extent. UPDATE: Waiting in line for 14 minutes and it has not moved at all. Looks like they need some new management or protocols. This is crazy.

This location was clean and the service was friendly. I love coming to Chipotle for a quick grab and go lunch when I want something convenient but still relatively healthy. The food is consistently fresh, and I’ve never had any issues here. Overall, a great experience every time!

Chipotle is one of those places that consistently feels fresh. The ingredients taste clean, the meat quality is solid, and it’s not overly salty like some fast food can be. The straightforward, customizable setup is a big plus. We ordered two bowls for two adults and shared with one child, and it was just the right amount. Being able to choose exactly what goes into each bowl makes it easy to adjust for different tastes, which is probably why it works so well for kids too. Overall, a reliable option when you want something quick, filling, and relatively fresh without feeling heavy or greasy. A solid go-to for casual meals.

It’s Jan 16, and I got onto the end of a very long line around 4:45. In spite of the fact that there was only ONE worker at the counter, she really made that line move. I should have asked her name! However, the last three times I’ve eaten at THIS Chipotle, the chicken has been below standard. It must be from a different supplier: grey-brown color, a bit mushy, and tasteless. I was recently at a location in Central California, and they were serving the usual TASTY Chipotle chicken. I will be avoiding this Foothill location for a while and hope they come to realize that quality counts!

The men's restroom were dirty and toilet floor was puddles of water. The toilet surround walls had nasal discharges feet away from the toilet. There was no paper towels neither. There's just young kids working.

Food was good, service was extremely slow. One person working food order & cashier. There were 4 other employees, 1 could have jumped in and assisted in food prep line. Those other employees never aknowledged the customers waiting.

Never have I had an experience this bad. I walked in and there are about 4 guests in front of me. I stand there for about 20 minutes, waiting, while a new employee (or what appears to be) slowly scoops the food. No coworkers came to help him. I left after 20 minutes. The staff at this chipotle is beyond bad. Edit: I went back today and the service was still very slow, but better. I updated my review from a 1 to a 3 star.

When the workers try to speed up the service they always add less meat than normal. The portion is always ridiculously small, does not justify the price at all.

I hope I can update this with a higher rating next visit because this is usually the best Chipotle (around here anyways). So about halfway through the chicken bowl I'm like where's the fricken chicken, I swear if customer service and quality keep slipping it's going to be Chipotlater alligator. Doesn't look very good, well it wasn't ..and all that got tossed like my money in the trash.

Restaurant is sort of hidden . Turns to access the location come up quick. It's small but has good seating. They don't clean very often though, so be prepared to wipe down a table. Also use caution in the drink station for the same reason - cleanliness (or lack thereof) . The wait time is a bit excessive. Waited about 10+ minutes to be helped . Quality of food okay. Other Chipotle's are better . Okay restaurant though .

The food is generally the same at all Chipotle’s. I like Chipotle but this location is consistently bad at having adequate amounts of ingredients. It’s disappointing. Other locations seem to manage their stores better as I frequent this chain when I travel and never have a problem on those occasions.

The parking lot was so dark if I was married i wouldn't let my wife or kids go there at night. They were busy with dinner rush, handling it really well. I ordered the 3 taco meal with flour tortillas and asked for 1 beef barbacoa and 2 chicken tacos she asked my toppings and I stepped aside to wait for the cashier. She was doing well but couldn't keep with o How fast the 2 other people were making it. Everyone doing a great job for the dinner rush. When my turn came to pay I didn't look at price or check the bag because it was busy and I didn't want to slow things down. Grabbed my bag and left. When I got home to upload my receipt, I saw i was charged $25 for the 3 tacos with Guacamole on top. That's when I checked the bag and had 3 tacos and a side of Guacamole with Guacamole on the tacos too and a bowl. I still haven't opened yet. So. I got my meal and someone else's or they totally made up the other items out of thin air. Because I didn't say anything to them. Other than 3 tacos on flour tortillas with 1 beef barbacoa and 2 chicken with cheese ans Guacamole. Literally that's it. They were slammed and didn't have time for small talk. Food was great as always and people nice and efficient. There were issues finding the place but I'm taking that up with Google maps.

ive been to this chipotle location a few times in the past few months and service is ok not the best. Often times they are busy. and few employees on shift so there is always a wait. The only thing that bothers me is the actual portion sizes of what they serve. They serve very little. You guys use to serve a descent amount now its overpriced for the amount of food they serve. and its not just this location its other locations ive been too near by. Whats going on chipotle? You lost me as a customer.

No sense of customer service, music was way too loud, tables were dirty, some food items where empty, and was told they’ll give me whatever is left and that’s what I got no more than that which was half of one of their avocado cups, first time I’ve been to chipotle in about eight months to a year and it’s going to be the last time I go to this one, maybe it’s the timingbut I went about 4 PM

Ordered a salad online and picked it up after work. Went home to find that there was barely any lettuce. I don’t eat meat so I usually get the veggie options for free guacamole. I opted out of rice so I could eat less carbs. It ended up being like a super wet burrito bowl. Definitely not worth what I paid. The best part was the chips and queso. I feel like Chipotle is better if you order in person instead of online.

Yeah, wow, the other reviews were not kidding about this location sucking. I went here at 5 pm and they were already out of their new brisket, the queso, and the fajita veggies. They were understaffed, so after I got my food made, I waited several more minutes for someone to come to the register. And the cherry on top was that my chips were stale.

Be prepared to wait at least 30 minutes. They are always busy and only have one person serving food ALWAYS. Ive been coming here for 6 months with no change. Other than wait it is good.

So I have been going to Chipotle from the beginning. When they where just open in few places like Irvine. That was like early 2000's. All Chipotles everywhere have gone down hill since then. They just give you less of everything. I just happened to get crunchy rice from this place. Rice isn't supposed to be crunchy!

Loved the food, it all tasted great,, although chips barely had any flavor. .y issue was with the staff.. the girl was very skimpy with the guacamole which cost an extra $2.50. She scooped it up on a big spoon , then knocked about 75% off of the spoon and gave just enough to make a dollop in the center of my bowl. I also bought a large side of chips and asked for 3 containers of sour cream (for the chips and bowl)...she only filled each little container 1/2 full....which wasn't enough.

Food prep area was a mess, very chaotic and not organized. Staff didn't even attempt to give eye contact. Upon addressing the young lady on my choice not one did she even acknowledge. The younger gentleman es waiting on her and she just stood there... not sure if they were understaffed or she just needed to rest. My order was finally fulfilled but oh so sloppy. Not very appealing nor appetizing. Will not come back here again.

This place is pretty consistently out of stuff in the last hour of opening, between 10-11pm. Also, the food quality is pretty consistently poor at this time too. The employees are much more interested in counting the minutes until they're off than they are making sure good food is served until doors close.

I have to say that I was very disappointed with this Chipotle. Chipotle is always my go-to place. Staying at a nearby hotel, I was excited to have Chipotle for dinner. Usually, I order delivery but since it was close by I figured I'd take the walk. It was only 7 pm and no one was in the dining room. It looked like a tornado hit the joint. Trash was overfilled. As you can see from the pictures, cleanliness is not this location's top priority. I saw 3 employees. No reason for this. I had chips and queso, along with a burrito bowl. The food was ok.

Ive eaten here plenty of times and its always a mixed result, which i usually dont mind. this time was pretty bad. i got a bowl where im having to fish around for any speck of meat! Im afraid to ask for more thinking they would charge me extra. also was basically drowned in sour cream. then the chips i got were stale... disappointing

It's good food but the cross contamination is constant. I'm always finding rice and tomatoes on my sour cream. The're doing good now but every so often the online orders will be backed up and messed up. Thought it hasn't happened in quite some time so I believe they've fixed the problem. Edit: it's bad again, the last time I went I was ignored, and the way the staff looked at me made me feel like I was in the wrong for even coming in.

No steak one hour before closing is ridiculous. Sounds like a lazy staff. Taller girl who took our order was also not sympathetic of the fact that they had no brown rice or steak. This is the worst chipotle I've been to, I only come here because there are no others near me. I would stay away from this chipotle and choose cava or find another chipotle because the drive will WELL be worth it.

I did an online order for a chicken quesadilla with fajitas inside and sides of rice, corn and sour cream. The order was to be ready at 12pm and I didn’t get the order until 12:15 despite it not being busy. And then they put fajitas on the side and completely forgot the sour cream. I’ve ordered this many times and only this location has gotten it wrong.

I recommend going to another Chipotle location. IF you have to go to this one, check your order before you leave. Twice my orders have been incorrect. On the last one, I paid for steak and got chicken. Steak costs more than chicken. So now you're playing with my money too? No thank you.

I’ve been loving chipotle for many years but whenever I come here. The food always doesn’t taste the greatest. The guacamole is always bland and not salted enough. The chips does not taste like chips. Very disappointed at this place. I recommend going to the upland one! Way better than this place. Today, I waited 20 minutes in line just to get a meal as well.

My taco had concepts of meat. Overall had mixed results here there was 1 time it was great others it was mid to bad. So averaging it all out about 2.43 stars. I will still go back so there is that it’s a chipotle not fine dining so my bar is already on the floor but the staff continue to impress me and all the other customers.

This location is horrible every time I come here it's something wrong I keep thinking it's just the days I come but I see this location is overall horrible no matter what time you come I came at 10:30am today when they open it's literally 4 people in line and they don't have certain items ready what time do employees come in to prepare food if you open at 10:30am every thing should be available to purchase sheesh now I have to wait 15 minutes for white rice this have to be a franchise because the service is never good I have never been to a chipotle that operate like this one. Ps your chips will be stale they have more than enough bags ready already so check them before you go. Update ordered the steak salad and the meat was not done so chewy couldn't eat the salad smh.

Chipotle usually serves a lil bit of food but these locations puts less than most Chipotle and the patio is disgusting overflow on trash tables were dirty had napkins and crumbs all over

First, I was the first customer that arrived. Upon doing so, I noticed the one to prepare my food adjusted his mask on his face (which he denied). He proceeded to prepare each ingredient I asked for. I was thinking, that’s not sanitary; especially when your mask on the outside is what’s contaminated, and he used the same gloves to prepare my dish, THEN he took one off to cash me out…. I had a gross feeling in my stomach as I sat in my car and thought about it. I returned and requested he WASH his hands first, then put gloves on, before he prepare meals. One person shouldn’t be handling food AND money. Not sure why people pass a food handling test, get a permit and DO NOT use what they’ve learned. Especially “Chipotle”, especially since they‘ve had problems in the past about contamination. GROSS….!!

Why were these employees so angry?? Really bad service. I think one employee bought the guacamole from home and didn't want to share it. I asked for more for my bowl because the teaspoon of guac wasn't enough especially since I'm paying for it. If you don't like your job then find something else to do.

Find a different one to go to. Not only is it dirty with their glass looking like they haven’t cleaned it in days but they always run out of food items. This will be my last time coming here. There are too many dirty pans laying around and today a worker didn’t even pick up the trash she knocked on the floor. Just looked at it and kept going… No sire. I would give zero star if I could.

Today was the worst experience I’ve EVER had at this chipotle. Let me start by saying there was absolutely no line and only one person ahead of me when I walked in. When I was asked what I wanted the gentleman told me he had to go in the back for the cauliflower rice. Everything looked like it was sitting out ALL day! The portions were so small. I asked for two dressings on the side and never got them. When I asked if everything was in the bag the lady told me yes and that was a lie. I got halfway home and realized my dressings were not in the bag. So I went back in. When I got there three of the employees were chatting. I sat there for a good few minutes before I had to say excuse me for help. It was so dirty in there I will never go back to that chipotle.

I’d like to consider myself a chipotle connoisseur because it’s an all time favorite of mine, but this location definitely disappointed. I did an online order and the portions were way smaller than in person orders. The rice was hard and almost unchewable without hurting your teeth, and everything just tasted bland and flavorless. Will not be returning to this location.

The movement of the staff here is as slow as a snail. A mobile order made me wait for more than 30 minutes. It's a pity that the portion is also small.

Chipotle to begin with is inconsistent. I’ve eaten here for years. When they cook the food right it’s so good. This location in particular seems to just get worse and worse unfortunately. The fajitas are almost always over cooked/old. The to go food is way better quality but you get jyped. Be ready to spend forever in line because they focus on the app orders. And on top of that it feels like high schoolers are running this okace and they prefer to talk to themselves over the customers.

I went there today (4th of July) at 2:00 pm, an hour before they closed. The gentleman in front of my group was offered black beans or pinto; he said black. The server scrated at the empty bowl and said there were none, so the customer asked if they were being made. The server walked around the kitchen and made a big show of saying no and that it would take 15 minutes to make more. The customer said never mind and that he would take pinto. My sister went next, and they asked if she would like beans. Since they did not have black, she took pinto beans. I went next, and the man asked if I would like pinto or black beans. I looked at both empty containers and said, "I wanted pinto, but it seems like you are out." He scratched the bottom of the pan and said, "Oh, sorry about that," and then proceeded to ask me what protein I wanted. They were also running out of salsa and did not want to top off the options. Another gentleman appeared from the back and saw that there was a line now. He reluctantly cut open a bag of black beans and put them on the stove. At this point, it is 2:10 p.m., and they close at 3:00 p.m. The cashier was constantly walking away to disassemble the drink station, and there was a girl at the dishwashing station who was not cleaning but texting on her cell phone. The cook kept disappearing into the back for whatever reason. They did not apologize for serving me my beanless burrito. They were more worried about getting out of there at 3 pm, not closing at 3 but leaving at 3, then they were about doing their jobs. For a chain that is trying to make a comeback on being "fresh," showing customers the bagged beans, dried-out salsa, and lackluster cleaning ain't it.

I wana start by saying me and my wife love chipotle. Buttttt this location is terrible every time I came the service is bad the workers are rude and the food taste bad and always cold! We have spent so much money here but still get treated so poorly

This place says open till 11, I love Chipotle. Get off work late. I go in at 9 and they have no more ingredients. They are starting to clean up. Why not cut the hours at 9 so people don’t waste the drive there? I get it. You work fast food industry and a kid. But just stop the app from showing 11pm if you guys are going to close 9 pm

Updated: My mobile order was delayed again. What’s the point of ordering thru mobile if the order isn’t ready when you get there?? Everyone in the line inside got their food before I can get my food. Very frustrating especially when you’re on the go and on a time limit. 4 years ago… This is a good spot, they are fast and efficient. Messed up my online order once and didn't offer anything for waiting. They usually offer a free drink for waiting but I guess some employees offer different service than others. Overall, it is my go to Chipotle spot.

Whoever was working tonight’s shift was horrible. Barely put any food in the bowel bc they were almost out of everything and it was only 9. There was no ice and the sprite was carbonated. The kids meal chips were so stale. They need to be careful serving people this kind of food someone will get sick. We came in at 9 and they seemed upset and had everything ready to close. Seems like other people had the same problem going in at 9

First of all, if I could give this restaurant a negative rating, I'd give it -5 stars because the service is terrible. The staff are rude, and it takes too long to get served or to pay. They are just too slow. Also, the food is way too salty. I definitely won't be going back to this place again.

Ordered mobile order at 6:15 to be ready at 6:40 it’s now 15 mins past and the restaurant still hasn’t made my order. I’ve been here for 25 minutes waiting and I understand that sometimes they get busy but up until the last 5 mins or so it’s been dead. They’ve got one cashier handling all of this. Awful service.

Every table was dirty and I was the only person there. Had to ask an employee to clean it. Everything in the place was filthy. Even the container that held the sugar had food, trash and looked like it had never been washed. Ordered a chicken burrito and it was cold. Didn't return it because I was on a tight time limit. First bad experience at a Chipotle ever. Will not return to this franchise.

Pretty bad experience. I went at a weird time, between lunch and dinner. Upon getting to the counter the girl was like “what can I get for you?” No hi, hello, greeting, nothing. I had to repeat myself 3 times for the beans on one of my bowls and the girl was very rude about it. She clearly didn’t want to be there and had an attitude problem. They scrapped the bottom of the veggie bin and then said “it’ll be at least 10 minutes before there are any more veggies.” I told them it was fine and continued to build my bowls. I Paid for my food (slowest process ever) and then went to get forks and napkins. There were no forks, so I went back to the counter and asked for some forks. The (what I assumed to be the manger) told another employee to get more forks out. That would have been fine, except the employee that she ordered around was working the register. I ended up waiting 5 minutes for a fork. Won’t be going back to this one…the service was terrible!

This location deserves zero stars! There has been many problems at this location over the past several months. After today, the employees deserve to be reprimanded for their behavior & incompetence. The manager on duty was clueless & can not control her restaurant or behavior of her staff. Unfortunately, all the employees were very young & acted with little maturity. My 13yr old daughter has better communication skills and it is very sad to see. I spend between $50-$70 an order several times a week at Chipotle. That will not be happening due to the lack of customer service. I have already filed a report with corporate & sent in a picture of the staff! Please hire some competent employees that know how to communicate & deal with customer service issues when they arise. You should be ashamed of the behavior of your staff!

I'm not sure what's going on with the customer service here, but it has gone down horribly. Worker named rosie rolled her eyes at me when I asked for a side of hot sauce, which was missing on my online order. She just walked away, and someone else had to help me. Mind you, there was no one in line or any reason for that disrespect. I don't need to deal with that negativity on my lunch. Hope the store manager sees this post

This location is very inconsistenta Sometimes our food would be so little and other times it would be so much. Taste is always off. The chicken is always so salty it felt as if someone just mix straight salt in there. Other sides are salty too so we don't know what's the deal with this location is. Please drive a bit further to a different location and avoid this one!

I’m not one to leave bad reviews but there’s definitely a pattern here, judging by all the other negative reviews. I showed up before closing and was told they "closed early" because they ran out of food. Seriously? If that's the case, just make more? It felt like the staff just wanted to leave early. Pretty sad service. If you're looking for fresh food without the BS, head over to Cafe Rio next door.

I paid $37 and they gave me a super watery bowl with the wrong meat and NO RICE ( i ordered on ubereats). It was so disrespectful to receive something like this so I went to the location the next day and requested to speak to the manager. He didn’t even want to see the food, he just walked away to the end of the counter to remake the bowls while I was still trying to explain the situation at the register. He didn’t apologize or show understanding. He did remake the bowls but it was so rude to not atleast LISTEN to feedback on how poor we received a meal from the restaurant. 100% not ordering from here anymore.

I apologize but this is an edited review from multiple prior experiences. My last review was 3 stars a few weeks back. I was trying to be nice then but after today...I should of been more accurate with my review. Especially after having multiple negative experiences here. This location has always been subpar at best. Attitude of the staff is mixed. Some clearly want to be there, others don't. Tonight I arrived a little before 9:30 pm. Closing time is 11:00 pm. A few people were walking out before me and I'm not surprised. There were 4 options on the line. Black beans, white rice, carnitas and barbacoa. That's it. Literally nothing else out of all the items that they are suppose to offer. I should of taken pictures it was that pathetic. The young man attending the line was very professional and apologetic. Basically the only good experience of my visit. He stated that the person "in charge" for the night didn't want to cook more food/prepare anything else for the night and that he didn't have a "say" in this decision. The grills were already moved off the wall and cleaned. Employees were outside cleaning up. It was very clear someone in a management position was trying to get out of work early on a Friday night. Very unprofessional. I asked if I could wait for fresh product to be made thinking maybe, just maybe they were slow and that's why there weren't any options to choose from. No, they were simply choosing to not make more food over 90 minutes prior to closing. Terrible. Don't go here people.

I should first start with I enjoy good food. Unfortunately, their service here was horrible. I saw 6 employees, only one preparing food. I was next in line to order when I walked in, and it literally took over half an hour to get my food. By the time I was done, the line literally was over 10 guests. No one came to assist the only employee preparing food. One employee came from the bank to "clean" the tables and picked up the trays, and walked back to the back. Then, the manager came out to literally look around and walk back to the back as well. We will definitely travel the extra 5 miles to go to a different Chipotle going forward.

I feel so robbed coming here. They put half of the portion They’re supposed to On the burrito bowls. Never coming here again. Just skimpy . Also That employee with the stiff hand who can’t pour to save her life. Just sad.

Went with my family around 9pm and there was barely any food. I asked for asada and there was a small amount left. Employee even asked if I wanted to add another meat since he was basically scooping anything. The choice of meat selection barely had any and that was for all. There were still more customers lining up behind us, and the employees did not bother to make any more. I get it every one can’t wait to clock out and go home but they still had till 11pm to close. They looked very annoyed and all in a rush to clean up and close. We even notice one employee get upset by customers walking in and walked to the back and cursed. Customer service was horrible here and it wasn’t just a one time experience. We came here 3 times within 2 months and it was like that during all visits. We only returned after that first visit to give it another chance because everyone has ups and downs. But it just seemed like that’s how they are. Never understood why people bother to show up and work somewhere when they’re miserable there and there’s thousands of other jobs out there, where they could work at and be happy.

I just come out from here and this is the worst customer service ever, there was little Chicken left and I asked for chicken and they considered that a “scoop” I asked him can I get more because taht doesn’t look like it’s a scoop full he said it would be a double if I wanted another scoop, so cheap and ridiculous. I asked her sauce on the side the girl completely ignore me and I wasn’t even done finishing my topping and the girl closed the bowl and when I said sorry I asked for lettuce she was so rude about it, never coming here again. Other o places aren’t cheap about giving a full scoop of protein and rice!

When we walked in no one acknowledged us. The young man that was taking our order never said hi just waited for us to tell him our order. The work station was covered in rice, beans and cheese, not appealing at all. The drink station was a mess too, no ice and no forks. This location definitely needs a lot of attention. We won’t be back.

This location seems to lack ownership as the staff aren’t communicating to get food cooked and ready for backfill leading to no food to serve to customers. My orders have been messed up multiple times and I’ve been given the wrong persons order when ordering for pick up. I appreciate pepper chat offering me rewards but they don’t feel like rewards when my order is messed up again.

Every time I come to this location the food looks gross, empty, and crusty/dry… I’ve gone now at different parts of the day, when it was slow and busy…the food still looks gross and the food area is messy.

came into Chipotle and paid for my order at 3:08 PM. The staff seemed overwhelmed due to the BOGO promotion, and I felt rushed through the process. One of the employees, a middle-aged Hispanic woman who seemed to be in charge (possibly the manager), was particularly rude and didn’t listen to my instructions. She mixed up my order and my son’s more than once, forgot the corn, and only put about six pieces of meat in the bowl. When I asked for a little more, she looked visibly annoyed. I usually drive out of my way to come to this location because the service has always been good, but after this experience, I won’t be returning.

Found plastic in my chicken and the remaining bit of it that I swallowed got stuck for a bit scratched up my throat pretty bad. I showed the workers but they just glanced at each-other and smiled like it was nothing.

This location is chronically under-staffed. The line is ALWAYS incredibly long and slow. The workers are always stressed, working the best they can, but they clearly need more help. Because they are understaffed, they are also unable to keep up with the other tasks necessary… the lemonades are always empty, the soda syrups are always out, the trash cans are full, the lids and straws and utensils need replenishing. But these kids can’t get to that stuff because they are stuck on the line trying to manage fulfilling orders. So I pay $3 for a fountain drink but have to wait for the cashier to step away and fill the lemonade tank (not what I wanted, but what I was willing to accept, as I could clearly see she did not have the time to do it but did it anyway). While the cashier is helping me, she has to leave a gentleman waiting for entirely too long while he’s just trying to pay for the food sitting in front of him. I advise the management team to strongly consider why they are struggling to maintain staff. I know young people can be hard to sufficiently schedule, but there is a reason not enough people want to work here. Or is it simply that you are wanting to cut labor to meet a bottom line? If so, Chipotle is making a mistake, as they already have the reputation for stingy serving sizes as of late. I can imagine the stress and fatigue this location’s employees feel as there never ever seems to be enough of them…and I can see it all over their faces. Do better, Rancho.

I do not write a review at all on anything really. But I felt I needed to write one today because I’m clearly annoyed with this location. I’ve been here many times and almost every time it is a disappointment. First let’s talk about the employees look miserable working there. No One is ever smiling, never welcoming. Second let’s talk about how true the other reviews are, they are Always out of everything. Third, they never serve you the correct portions, they serve you however they feel like it at the moment. Now let’s talk about my visit today. We were waiting in line while overhearing an employee tell a customer they are out of white rice and it should be done in 2 minutes, while the girl in the back stated to the employee serving that the rice is not made because he did not mention to her that they needed more rice. She told him to say it louder next time. That put her in a bad mood because she looked so mad and had an attitude and began to clean the counters and dropped things on the floor and would not pick them up. Now it is my turn to order and barely any chicken, no brown rice, no guacamole, no sour cream. One bowl I ordered double chicken which I got and my next bowl (mind you I mentioned there was barely any chicken) I ordered half chicken half steak. The chicken that was left over literally was 6 pieces of chicken and then the steak and I was still charged the double meat. I try to give them the benefit of the doubt that they will be better than the last time but I am always disappointed with the same exact problems. I have to be extremely impressed with the great service of a place I visit or extremely disappointed to decide to leave a review. This was probably my last time going to this location. I would rather drive a few miles extra to go to the next nearest one. Maybe there needs to be supervisors or managers on duty mornings and evening shifts to make sure everything is running as it should but that’s just my opinion.

i’ve come here 2 different times and they were out of ingredients and I still payed full price but this time they restarted my bowl 3 different times. the first time they had no chicken and no beans the second time the chicken was uncooked so they had to recook it and the third time I finally got my food after 45 minutes

Just a terrible Chipotle location. Every time I go they’re out of ingredients and they actually got upset with me because I still wanted to order when they were out of a lot of ingredients. The employees were so rude and it seemed like they were trying to get me to walk out instead of ordering. Tonight I ordered online and my order wasn’t ready until 15 after the pickup time, my salad was missing the dressing, they forgot my drink cup, and my burrito doesn’t have the guacamole that I paid extra for. Also the rice is crunchy. Just go somewhere else.

This Chipotle is terrible! They are out of items only 4 hours after opening and the service is rude. They messed up one of my bowls and the worker had the nerve to pick the food out. Like no if you mess up you make a new bowl. I had to point out the wrong ingredients he didn’t remove.

Coming in from out of town and wanted to choose a safe spot to eat (Chipotle). Ordered takeout, and received two bowls that were just messy! Covered in sour cream and salsa! Opened one of the bowls and it’s full of bean water. The rice was also crunchy, undercooked. When we called to ask for a remake, we got terrible customer service. Will never be coming back to this location again, absolutely ridiculous!

Horribly mismanaged location. This is my second bad experience here and I will NEVER go back again. The first time I had issues with portions and I was mocked and ridiculed by the staff, this time I made an online order and was initially told that my order was not in their system. Upon showing them my receipt I was then told that my food had been stolen and I had to wait 20 minutes for them to remake it, but then 1 minute later a guy comes out and has my order and says "oh it was in the back". I ask how it went from not being in their system to being stolen and had to be remade to "oh it was in the back" within five minutes. I then ask them that I want them to either remake my food in front of me or give me my money back, to which their manager shows up and tells me to call 1800 chipotle because she is refusing me service while the rest of the staff were mocking, laughing and being condescending. It seems that corporate is ok with their customers being treated this way, because the behavior of the staff is ongoing. No more chipotle for me. In an economy where all businesses are struggling, it baffles my mind that this place can have a manager who does not value customer service.

This location is terrible! I am vegetarian so I always go for the vegetarian option, sofritas. I always place a pick up order and on three separate occasions my order has contained chicken! It happened again, making it FOUR TIMES! My chips, side guacamole, and drink were also missing.
