I had big expectations of this place & the food met them all. Everything was unbelievable. But somehow more impressive than the amazing food, is the amazing staff. From the second we got in, the staff we're on it. They set clear expectations of how long the food will take to get to the table & in the most casual friendly non-invasive manor. When they came to ask if everything is ok, it wasn't in the typical month full of food awkward moment fashion. We had 4 babys with us from 2 years old to two months old, & the first thing the gentleman taking our order did was, as ask the simple question, would you like us to look after the kids first? This is the nicest kindest sort of recognition and understanding from a restaurant. They had the babies fed & then brought out what was an 11/10 feast for us. Thank you for making our day.
After viewing WTF Burgers on TikTok, we went there this evening, and we were really pleased! The staff were incredibly courteous and gave us a heads-up regarding the meal sizes and likely wait time. We ordered: -Burger D.A.Q. -Tenders with hot sauce -Mozzarella sticks -Spice bag fries with curry mayo **STAR OF THE SHOW** -Chocolate milkshake Boy, were we mistaken when we assumed that this would be more than plenty for three people to split! The burger was great, the fries were incredible, the mozzarella sticks were just as they looked online, and the tenders were enormous. The chocolate milkshake, which was quite disappointing in comparison to the rest of the items, was the only drawback. Also, LOVED that hiphop was playing. It matched the theme of the place ❤️ Nevertheless, the cost of what we received was unreal. Ratoath deffo does things differently than Dublin! We will most certainly be coming back soon, but with less orders!🤣 Highly recommended!
Very good food, great burgers with interesting options not just basic boring burgers. Got the DAQ burger, big beast of a yoke and very tasty. Got the spice bag chips and it was genuinely unreal, crispy and flavoursome in a generous portion with chicken, class. Cool cocktail menu and the restaurant itself is very cool in its decor and music taste. Strongly recommend to any burger lover.
The best chicken wings I've ever had and I'm quite fussy when it comes to chicken wings. They were buttery, flavourful and the blue cheese dip was incredible. I had a burger with two patties, Mac n cheese, onions, pulled pork and bacon and it was so delicious I had to finish every bit. Fries came separately and I couldn't manage more than one, but they were crispy and tasty. We had a cookie skillet dessert which we shared and it was to die for. Warm, soft and covered in sauce and ice-cream ❤️ The ambience is vibey, the staff are lovely and service was speedy and efficient. Cost was reasonable and they even had games for children. It was a lovely find and we will most definitely be back. 5 stars all round. I could not fault one thing.
What a hidden gem! They should open one in Cork too! 😁 Amazing burgers, you can freely call them artisan, ambience top class, looooved it, and best spicy margarita sour I ever had. All the team working seemed happy there and confident with what they're doing, Ruby was amazing and had a nice little chat with us at the table, really cool experience, we will be back!
We ordered the TCO and NBD burgers, along with garlic cheese chips and bacon and cheese chips. The burgers were fantastic pure, high quality beef, incredibly juicy, and delicious. The portions were generous. However, when it came to the chips, both portions were overwhelmingly salty by far the saltiest I’ve ever had. Neither my wife nor I could eat more than half due to the excessive saltiness. Overall, this would have been a perfect 10+, but because of the salt issue, I’d rate it a 9. The music was also quite loud, but aside from these minor drawbacks, I would still recommend this place to everyone. In terms of value for money, you definitely get more than expected.
Thanks Kate and all the team at WTF. Our group of 10 girls celebrating a 13th birthday was brilliantly catered for by all the staff this evening. Very much appreciated. Great food, Great service and Great atmosphere
Love this place! We are there once a month at least! They are very accommodating specially for myself been coeliac, they go above a beyond always so make sure all ingredients in the burger are gluten free and I don’t a “plain” burger but something special. They also manager to pull dessert out of a Sunday and triple check the bueno sauce to make sure was gluten free. Honestly, would love they will do even more gluten free food as it’s my favourite place to eat but anyway burger are just AMAZING!
I unexpectedly discovered this hidden gem on TikTok, which genuinely surprised me because I’m only a 10-minute drive away. It became an immediate must-visit for me. When I arrived at the location without a booking, I was warmly accommodated right away and received excellent customer service. It’s such a wonderful place for couples or friends who enjoy sharing starters and mains; the portions are really generous! Plus, the music creates such a lovely, inviting vibe.
Went over for something to eat to celebrate herselfs birthday with the whole gang of us and was both very satisfied and full with the whole experience. Groovy vibes, great food and service and realistic prices. Definitely be going back.
Really great burgers. Nicely sized portions. The fries and sides were a perfect size to share. Everything was served really quickly. The mocktails are responsibly priced. Nice music playlist that wasn't too loud so we could easily have a conversation. We'll definitely be back to try the chicken burgers, mozzarella cubes and cookie desserts! Nice and warm too!
Don’t be fooled guys, this place is absolutely smashing. A shout out to Kate, waitress. Really really nice and super accommodating. Portions are super big! Fantastic food. A lot of stuff is cooked to order. I would rate this 10 out of 10 if I could. We will be back in a heart beat. This is one of them spots that you must try! Must try’s are, mozzarella blocks, chicken tenders with any sauce, spice bag fries, cookie skillet. I am leaving this review as we are sitting at the table! Superb and thanks to the chefs and staff. (Only let down, ran out of Dr Pepper lol)
Really nice place , food is massive so definitely share your starters and dessert. Staff were nice came over 3 or 4 times to make sure we had drinks
Loved our experience here. Great vibe, the music and interiors are just great. but most importantly food and service are top-notch. very kid friendly. really suitable for everyone. try the spice bag.and if you read this hope you expand and open another branch in Dublin soon!
Lovely place to eat. Food is top-notch. The waiter was extremely friendly and helpful. Well worth the visit!
Super place, super atmosphere, live the vibe off staff... food arrived... super 👌
First off, if the food was even sub par the staff are so good it would make up for it! The girls that serve on the floor are great! Always a pleasure! Now...the food is far from sub par! The burgers are so innovative and different but taste amazing! They have an option for every pallet! The sides are as good! The fries are perfect, the wings are as good as anywhere that claims their wings are the best 🐘🏰. I wasnt fond of the chilli fries but i still wouldn't complain! The place looks great! Really modern and funky! Will be back again...again.
Lovely place to eat. The food is excellent, along with the service. Easy to get to with parking all around. Definitely would recommend for all occasions.
Been a very very long time since I have had a burger that good!! So many to choose from, I will have to come back again to try some others.
Good atmosphere, staff were friendly and attentive. They have big portions sized so shared a starter (spicy wings) and chips. The dessert was a cookie skillet which was very name. Food was good and service was quick.
Very enjoyable food and service. Didn't go for the ghost chilli sauce and the 2 chilli sauce was enough.
Extraordinary interior, modern style and high level of customer service. Food amazing. Love it!! 🤩
Have to say what an amazing service! I was greeted by one of the waitresses who told me they were fully booked and weren't doing takeaway either as a result. But when she seen i was disappointed and had travelled an hour to try out there mozzarella sticks she said "we'll look after you" and although up the walls within 10 minutes I had them in a bad good to go. Made my day ! Will definitely be back again and make sure I book a table in advance. Fantastic experience 👏
Amazing food! Staff so nice and friendly
As a family of 5 visiting emerald park,we looked for somewhere nearby to go for dinner afterwards. WTF was only 9 minutes away so we tried it. So happy we did, the burgers we all had were just unbelievable, the nicest burgers we've ever had and the two massive portions of loaded chips were also amazing. Don't even second guess if you come across this place you will not be disappointed. The staff were extremely friendly too. Will definitely go there again next time we are up around there.
Food is to die for! My Dad and I started with Cherry Cola wings which were very nice. Our main course was Jalapeno Tenders and Spice Bag fries. Both beautiful. We finished with 2 Sundaes which were amazing. Usually we go for the cookie skillet. This was our 50th visit to WTF and we will be back.
Food was absolutely out of this world. Got BBQ chicken wings and a MOUNTAIN of chips. Top Tier and then finished off with Nutella and Kinder Cookie Skillet that was to die for. Staff were lovely and banterful. Mondays is 90's club so no phones allowed which was great, never even missed my phone. Will definitely be coming back very soon
We go mid week, it’s good food & nicely priced, 3 small sharing plates is loads for 2 people
Food was lovely, really enjoyed the peanut butter and jalapeno wings 🤤 burgers are huge! Service was brilliant from start to finish and the atmosphere was buzzing, will definitely be returning. We booked through OpenTable a few days in advance.
Thanks so much to Kate and the rest of the team at WTF burgers for their super efficient and friendly service at our daughter’s 13th birthday. I couldn’t recommend them highly enough.
This was a pleasant surprise - situated above a village pub this is a little gem on the outskirts of Dublin. The franks hot sauce tenders were unreal; tasty and juicy. The burgers were huge, fresh and full of flavour with lovely crispy fries. There is a bit of a wait as all cooked fresh but well worth it. We entered through the bar and greeted with a very unfriendly barman who sent us back outside as opposed to letting us go up the internal stairs. Overall all superb food and will return!
This place offers a unique dining experience with its old-school rap music and street vibes. The staff, while a bit slow to greet us initially, were friendly and attentive once we were seated. The presentation of the food was impeccable, and the chicken wings were simply outstanding. The burgers were delicious and offered a variety of unique options. While the breaded chicken in one of our burgers was slightly dry, it was still enjoyable. The dessert selection was extensive and the treats were fresh and tasty. Overall, WTF Burgers is a must-visit for those seeking a cool, hip-hop-inspired atmosphere and delicious burgers.
The food was amazing. The menu is very well layed out and the price is very good for the massive portions you get. The Goat burger was out of this world. The chips were amazing but was unable to finish (portion size) The wings were also gorgeous. All in all a very nice meal. The place is nicely done too. Mood lighting was very good and the music reflected the food, fun and exciting. Full bar with cocktail bar too. Although the cocktails were a bit expensive and could do with a bit more alcohol in them (very weak) hence the 4 star rating, but We will definitely go back.
I've been here many times and its great to have a place like this in Ratoath The food is really nice overall however the batter they use on their fried chicken is really poor. Its chewy, often overcooked, and bland. I order the fried chicken every so often and the result is always the same Aside from that, their beef burgers, fries and deserts are really nice. Would recommend and we come at least once a month
Tasty burgers, tenders and chips! The portions are huge so recommend sharing sides. The spice bag chips with curry mayo were unreal! It’s located on upper floor of the Auld Stand Pub. The staff were so friendly and helpful with recommendations.
WTF burger was very different! Not many of its kind in Ireland especially out the country like rathoat. I really enjoyed myself there, the atmosphere was great! Music was awesome. Nothing better than listening to great throwback music while eating 😌 The menu was quite unique with their long list of uniquely named cocktails too. Definitely a place to go to for a cheat day meal The staff were great 👍🏾 My only complaints were the floors quite wet and I think it was from the humidity in the place. It was quite dangerous and my friend was pregnant so I was quite anxious. Secondly there was no running water in the toilets , I’d already rubbed soap on my hands before I opened the taps 😭 I should’ve known when the toilets didn’t flush Aside from that definitely visit WTF Burgers!
We came to wdf burger on a Wednesday night. The place was quite busy and the atmosphere was good. The staff where very friendly but we could tell they where ran off their feet so taking our orders where quite slow. For starters we got chicken wings and they where 10/10, the nicest iv ever had. For mains we got the OG burger. This was meh. It tasted like a spice bag but there was way too much batter on the burger and it was too crispy. We also ordered bacon and cheese fries. I felt it was just an easy single put on top of the chips. Nothing special. We also got a nutella and kinder skillet which was lovely. Very sweet!
Wouldnt recommend, we got food from the takeaway menu, the chips were below average and were of cheap quality. The burger was ok but poorly wrapped and fell apart before even opening the burger. There were multiple tables available but when we arrived back 30 mins later those available seats still werent filled. Not worth your money/time if you dont live close Table service could be different but it all comes from the same kitchen
Ordered for take away here got a burger, tenders, wings, two dressed fries and mozzarella sticks. Wouldn’t recommend anything, chicken was like rubber and completely bland. Chips were also soggy had to throw out more or less all of it. You’d expect better for the price. One positive is the staff were lovey
If you would like to suffer from an early heart attack, this is the place for you. Burger options are stupid. Every single burger we tried somehow managed to out-grease the next. Buns were soggy, everything is covered in a thick layer of oil, and then absolutely splattered with more greasy sauce to cover up the abominations they call burgers. One of the burgers swimming in a pool of watery bbq sauce. Who doesn’t love big wet sloppy burgers that melt right in front of your eyes? The chips were unsurprisingly also soggy, covered in a layer of more mayo and plastic cheese squares (can’t make a decent cheese sauce?) At this point you don’t even need teeth to eat this stuff, it’s all digested for you by the grease. Tenders and mozzarella bricks are okay, but not by any means good. Only edible things on the menu, in small amounts. If you like eating grease with a side of grease, this is the place for you. Also, toilet was absolutely destroyed by some poor soul, no surprise there either! Serving staff are really nice. Food however is actually laughable.
This is the worst, greasiest food I’ve ate in a long time. So to start, the place was so cold that we all had to leave our jackets on, the two waitress’ were just downright rude with a bad attitude from the get go, not welcoming or friendly in the slightest. Then the food, we got large wings, chicken slaw burger and chicken tenders and chips. The wings were fine, the tenders were inedible, thick with grease, smelt like old oil and hard as a rock, so they actually weren’t eaten and the chicken slaw burger was so sloppy I didn’t know where the chicken was. Again the chicken was so overcooked that when I sliced into the the burger, the chicken popped out of the greasy hard casing that was the fried crumbed shell and the actual chicken breast itself was hard as a rock and had a really odd smell to it. The chips were fine as was the hot sauce, it’s very disappointing as most reviews looked good but when you stay digging you do find a good few bad ones that say similar things. I couldn’t take clear photos as the red sogn over shining over the table. Needless to say I won’t be returning. Disappointed, still hungry and €70 down!!!!
