Love the jamoka shakes!

Me and my brother stopped in for dinner on our way home from our parents house, service and food was awesome, had my veteran hat on, and was given a veteran discount, will definitely be stopping in that particular Arby's whenever I go to see my parents

Arby's used to disappoint, I have been very pleased with my last 10 visits or so. The menu includes the jalapeño turkey wrap now and it is absolutely delicious.

Great food, everything they have is good! A bit pricey though and sometimes the wait is a little long. But usually worth it!

Last time we were at this Arby's the food tasted old and dryed up and the service was terrible. Tonight was TOTALLY the opposite. The food was fresh and warm and tge staff was very friendly and courteous. We will go back.

Very friendly staff. I came in as part of a busload of soldiers and the staff was accommodating, helpful and patient. They kept the lobby open a but later and didn't rush us out even though it was nearly closing time.

I use to go to the store in Redding...but they up and closed 😔. I don't get to Red Bluff often. But when I do I get 2 Beef'n Cheddar doubles. One for now....one for later. I love this place.

Apparently responses to reviews are meant to appease the reviewer, not to make changes. Every time I'm there, one of their TV's is set to Fox, with audio turned up and false information spewing. I mentioned it in a previous review and the response was that it would be looked in to. And, just like Fox, the words can't be trusted.

We had the Beef Dip Sandwich and it was so incredibly delicious!! 10 out of 10! The meat to bun ratio was perfect, the cheese was melted perfectly, the bun was soft and fresh, I would highly recommend this Arby's! When you first walk in, it is clean and tidy and welcoming, good job to all the staff and owners on showing how a restaurant should be run.

Arbys roast beef tastes like that one time my dog snuck his tongue in my mouth. Their limited specialty burgers, sandwiches and gyros are absolutely amazing. Their Wagyu Beef Burger is one of the tastiest burgers I've ever had at any restaurant.

This is a fantastic Arby's. My son comes in often with his grandpa and they always remember his name. ;) The food is always gorgeously presented and piping hot. Very clean facilities inside and out around the premises, and it's conveniently located near I-5 with a very well stocked gas station across the street. Several TVs inside are usually playing any current sporting events and they'll always change the channel for you if you ask. Remember to ring the bell on the wall if you were pleased with your visit. We always are. :)

I didn't go inside but I LOVE ARBY'S! I'm so glad it's back here too. I missed it ever so much, u have no idea. I'm so happy that I can get Arby's any day I want Woot woot! My favorite is their beefy cheddar melt and curly fries. Mmmmmmm my mouth is watering for it now. Lol

The workers here are pretty cool. Always respectful. It seems like they keep their employees. The food is always as good as Arbys gets. I recommend this place if you enjoy a good sandwich.

Okay me and my wife are a human. This wonderful fan of arby's restaurant in rubba California. They are very blessed for they really aimed to help out everybody who comes in their path. I am a true believer of them. They have a manager in her her name is Madeline

This place is always clean. Great customer service and my order is always correct. The Jamocha Almond shake is bomb 💣.

Best place to get some good currly fries. Any chance I get, I try one of their new specials, but my go-to is the Greek Gyro wraps they have.

Hands down some of the nicest customer service I've have been treated to in a while. They were extremely fast with taking and getting my order out to me in a timely fashion and will happily be returning to this location often

Excellent customer service. Always gets my orders correct and never forgets sauces. Highly recommend mozzarella sticks and jalapeño poppers with bronco berry sauce.

Busy place. Took a while to get the food, but that was understandable. Once he brought our food to the table, he returned with a double cheese burger on the house. Probably because someone ordered wrong or something. Awesome!

I love Arby's Beef & Cheddar 🧀. When I went out of town, considering I don't have an Arby's in my area. I ate it 2-3 times a day for 3-4 days. Their half pound sandwich combo with an added apple turnover for dessert is the best.

It had been 15 years since I'd been to the Red Bluff Arby's, it's every bit as good as I remembered it. They have an issue with the AC due to California regulations delaying them getting a new one so the dining room us a little warm, but not uncomfortable. The staff was pleasant and helpful despite their warm working conditions. I'm glad we stopped there for lunch, I think we will again.

The workers are super nice all the time. I always use the drive through so can't tell you about the inside. The food is always good.

After the remodel the place is very nice looking and very clean. Prices are decent, and their food is pretty good. I particularly like the Hawaiian King buns.

This place was rather extremely clean both inside and out. No waiting in line for ever. Im shure you have had to wait in line seems like hours. And the french dip sandwich is to die for...

It's been years since I ate Arby's. I was heading to another fast food store when I saw Arby's. I was starving, and Arby's didn't disappoint. I had the French dip. It was great.

The food is consistently good. I tried the new Buffalo wings. They were good just use a fork. They service was a little slow. Overall good.

Arby’s gets a lot of grief but I love it. Roast beef, French dips and even the gyro’s are all great. Add some horsey and Arby’s sauce and yum!

Stop during a road trip north every sign said open 10am they were not tried door to go inside, calling in case of issue, nothing about 10:20 went to drive thru finally someone answered "be with you in just a minute"

Never had anything but positive interactions with the staff. Great people. My only issue is that sometimes the sandwiches are cold but, that's how fast food works. Place is always clean, and the shakes are great.

French dip and Swiss are pretty good. The Red Bluff Arby's has improved over last couple of years. The oil in fryer needed to be changed, fries were dark colored, didn't taste great.

Pretty good food...Don't expect much with their wagyu steakhouse burger. Tastes like a regular burger. Plus, their prices are kinda high. We got three sandwiches and loaded fries...about $40.

I personally do not eat anything from Arbys but everyone else in our household enjoys it very much. The younger bunch enjoy the beef n cheddar and the older enjoy the smokehouse brisket with the jalapeno poppers as a side. One thing I have always enjoyed though was the wonderful customer service.

Food was cooked well and employees were professional! Only thing that made the visit less than comfortable was having the news playing in the dining area. There were 4+ tvs... Why?

Service was businesslike, no personality. Said I was eating in but food came in brown bag for take out. Liked krinkle fries and chicken salad sandwich. Traditional fast food place.

A buddy of mine once told me he called this place slarby's and now that is what I call this place, it just sounds funny so I love it. The smokehouse brisket is my JAM and OH MY GOD if you get fresh made salted caramel cookies you will taste heaven... AMEN.

I got the 2 for 6 deal, classic beef cheddar and gyro, both really good, warm, and fast. The chocolate chip mint shake is also great

Went here for lunch. It's nothing fancy but it's a nice change from the regular burger. It wasn't fast service but everyone there was very friendly and it's the only reason I do come back every few months. Everyone was clean.

Easy to find, nice and clean parking lot and accessible handicap parking. The store though was clean overall but I did see trash under 2 tables and the floor was slippery. The floor felt like it was lightly greasy. Ok now the food. So this was kind of fun and I couldn't make my decision between number 13 and number 14 meals. The cashier recommended number 14. That was an amazing decision the turkey bacon sandwich was absolutely delicious. I got the meal and couldn't finish my curly fries, it was that big. Also the customer service was awesome and very friendly.

Inconsistent quality. Coupon fliers NEVER have coupon for newly advertised items (bait-&-switch). Consistency has improved, but still overpriced and even worse coupons.

My fault for going to a fast food restaurant. I asked what the sandwich was, what was on it. The kid didn't hear me, I went with it. Nothing to write home about.

Arby's is great... when your looking for a sandwich or a wrap!! I remember a long asssssss time ago as a kid going to a Arby's and getting a roast beef sandwich and hating it to the fullest and not wanting to ever go back. As an adult and working close to a Arby's I decided to give it another shot! I ordered a Jalapeño chicken baccon ranch wrap and enjoyed every bite of it. I am a risk taker so I went once again and tried the roast beef sandwich.. yup still unejoyable! Stick to the wrap, sandwich, or mini sliders

The remodel is nice. Their commercials and menu makes it seem like they serve fresh, but Everytime I have been here everything tastes like it had been sitting in a tray under a heat lamp for an hour.

The service was really good; friendly and competent. The food was okay but I won't eat there often. It's just not my taste.

Service was great but food was not so great. Was really wanting the fish sandwich and was sadly disappointed. Got two of them both did not have much tartar sauce at all. We went through again got more sauce took a bite and fish was dry and tough. Lady at the window was very nice I would have went back through for fresh fish but was in a hurry.

Our visit was at 4:29pm on Thursday. Only 1 of 2 bathrooms in order and not super clean. Arby's sauce dispenser empty. Only 4 sauce containers available. Food was slow coming out and didn't seem very fresh.

My food was delicious but out of 2 meals my friend and I ordered only one of the sandwiches was actually what we ordered/paid for and I ordered a side of au jus sauce with mine that was paid for but we didn't receive. Employees were attentive and friendly and professional but were unfortunately understaffed I believe.

This place is a total coin toss in regards to your experience. Some days I have no issue with ordering, the service is friendly/prompt, and my food is fresh and delicious. Other days, I feel like the person I am talking to doesn't even know the whole menu, and it takes me twice as long to convey my order. Also the drive thru takes forever (don't bother going if there are two cars and you might not have 15 to 20 mins to waste) and sometimes you end up with lukewarm food that may have been sitting for a while.

Got super sick after eating here. Not sure if it was the food, the drink (cleaned the ice machine lately?) or what. Not even sure it was this place that made me sick, but no one else at the house I was visiting got sick, I was the only one who ate at the Arby's. Please check your ice machine(s) and drink lines!

I came here to try the new BLT sandwich the other day. I was surprised how much mayonnaise they put on both of the buns. At first, I thought it was melted cheese - but it wasn't. The bacon was still heavily coated with grease too. They offered to remake it for me, when I requested a dry bun, but it took over 15 minutes the first time, and I only had 30 minutes for lunch. It took several napkins to blot the grease from the bacon, but once I degreased and rebuilt my sandwich, the bacon had a good flavor.

Sorry guys at Arby's your food is overpriced, unappealing and lacking in variety or some form of a value menu you have to make a balance of variety value and taste to make it today and unfortunately this place isn't it

They have great food but slow service. Whenever I see jack in the box big line it goes fast and when I'm here at arbys short line takes a while to get my food.

Food is usually good, but when they mess up you get a rude manager. Asked for no sauce but instead get a sandwich literally soaked in it. Yum.

The wait was ridiculous, my daughter got the Bacon and Brisket sandwich and I got the traditional gyro. The gyro was good but the brisket was very dry.

Went to Arby's for lunch to get a chicken sandwich the server didn't know what she was doing it took them two people to come and help her find out what I wanted. I was not happy with the service or the food my French fries were overdone so this will be my last time to go to Arby's I will be going to Jack's the service is much better and so is the food.

Incredibly annoying bell next to the door. For honestly not reason. Noone employed can pronounce a single name, yet still attempt and argue about it. I ordered the same thing as my friend, yet we had to two drastically different serving sizes. Amazing that it can maintain a client basis.

Between 2pm&5pm "Sliders" are $1 and I ordered 4...but they have swiss cheese on them. I asked for different cheese...my total at the window was $8.03... I questioned it 👀 .... Price went up because I switched cheese? The size of the "top shelf" cheese was 1"x 1 1/2"...and appears to be chewed to make it fit 🙄 and about a dollar a piece? Sorry Arby's..you barely have meats...but you definitely have no "the cheese"

The Red Bluff Arby's is now out of business! The last meal, I received their was not very good. But I guess I'll never have to do with that from this establishment again!

The whole management team is a joke. You have ppl digging in their pants and then serving ppl. You have maybe two ppl in that place that knows anything otherwise then that everyone is incompetent.

Poor worst experience ever I have a girl who was having a heat stroke and assisted her in the restroom to help her with cooling down and not falling to the ground but all in all we occupied the restroom maybe 5 as we left they told us to leave and not come bAck I was dumbfounded at their behaviour now I'm a Wildland firefighter so I'm also a first responder and to be treated like that man really hurts my heart the place I protect just up and shuns me well how dare you

Tried this particular Arbys a few times over the past few years. This one is, by far, inferior to other Arbys I have been to. Have gotten sandwiches with just a couple of slices of beef where all I could taste was the bread, got the rueben there and it was terrible. Heard it had new management so we tried it again, the cashier forgot our fries, if it had been busy, I could understand that, but, it was dead in there. No excuse for not ensuring the orders go out complete. We are spending our money on these things. And fast food workers want 15 bucks an hour? SMDH!!!

I ordered when asked and they never confirmed even when I asked if they were going to let me know the price or if they had indeed got the order. It took another 7 minutes to get to the window where they tried to give me the wrong order. I told them what I ordered and they just stared at me with a blank expression. Thanks for nothing!

SERIOUSLY DISAPPOINTING! I should have saved the money and made sandwiches at home. One slice of meat and a measly dab of cheese on all of the sandwiches we ordered! Basically paid for bread and a paper bag. No amount of remodeling is going to keep customers coming back if this is the food they are going to be selling. Won't be going there again.

My son went to our local Arby's and he ordered a French Dip for me and a Beef and Cheddar for himself. Well this just proves to be that you don't need brains to work at Arby's. Sorry, but a French Dip comes with Aus jus to dip your sandwich in. I didn't get it. My son got the Beef and Cheddar with no onion bun and it was teeny tiny. Just a plain old roast beef with cheese, no onion bun. We had the same issue with Arby's in Anderson. No wonder they closed. Believe me, we'll think twice before going to Arby's in Red Bluff again. VERY DISAPPOINTED!!

Got a classic beef n cheddar with like no cheddar. The sandwich was extremely dry and the food was semi cold after a 15 minute wait in the drive thru.

Is it required that you be a SPECIAL kind of stupid to manage an Arby's. After spending 5 minutes explaining how they CAN'T cancel my online order in-store, they proceed to NOT MAKE the order as well!! So they've told me I'm stuck with the order, can't be cancelled, and yet they had me waiting 20 minutes FOR NOTHING because they stopped making the order. Can't have it both ways, short-bus!!!

This Arby's is....well just bad. Totally disorganized, inefficient, mess. Maybe it was just the crew that day but it took over 30 minutes from the time we walked in the door till we walked out with our food, and only one person in front of us when we got there. The apparent manager was all over the place but accomplishing nothing. The back room was a mess of boxes all over the place so clearly there was some sort of organization issue. We finally got our sandwiches, which were good as expected, but they took so long the fries were cold and rock hard....oh well....

Not sure why this place has 4 stars. I would not return to this place again after a second attempt. 2 small slices of meat for $20.00.

I am so disappointed. I ordered a beef and cheddar. Since when did you put a secret sauce tasted sweet on a beef and cheddar sandwich The cheese was like some weak nacho cheese the head no flavor and The Secret sauce was way too sweet and overpowered the entire sandwich. I'm done made 3 phone call attempts that would not go through

Absolute Rip-off!! Food was disgusting, slimy and undercooked! Service was slow and we paid over $27 for 2 medium size meals!! I can get 2 double-double meals at In-N-Out for $21!! Never eating at this hole ever again!

Normally when i go to arbys, the food, service and just overall experience is good. Tonight the service was bad, also by the time i got home the food was already cold. Like it was room temp. It dont even feel like the food was cooked all the way. Definitely thinking twice about coming back

It was hot outside and I couldn't leave my dog in the truck and they won't let any dogs even small ones in a dog purse come in. The food didn't taste very good either.

Served me rotten meat on the sandwhich, took one bite and immediately spit it out cause it was absolutely awful and could tell the meat tasted and looked rotten. Arbys should be known as having and serving rotten meat to customers. It also made me super sick later in that day.

On a few occasions, the food has been horrible. Especially the chicken tenders. Completely disgusting. Also, sometimes when trying to use the app to order special pricing, for some strange reason it doesn't work. I have deleted the app and I'm never going there again.

My husband and I ordered two meals through drivethru. We were asked if we wanted sauce and I said yes may we have horsey sauce. Once we got home, I noticed I had less than half the fry box of curly fries, but an obnoxious about of sauce. They literally gave us 20 packets of horsey sauce. We were there at around 9:30 at night and they closed at 10. I called to talk to them and they were extremely rude and hung up on me. I called back and they took my name, but again they were very rude and hung up. We spent $30 on this food after a long hard day of us both working. They treated us like garbage!!

Asked to turn down one tv to hear the college football championship on the other tv. We were the ONLY people there, and of the three people working, they couldn't or wouldn't do it. There were no cars in the drive-through, and no dor dash orders as well.

So much for “We have the meats”. This the the second time in 2 weeks I’ve tried to order and was told they are out of roast beef?! I’m confused as to why the cashiers didn’t start the conversation off with that either time. Pretty disappointing.
