Well that was an... interesting experience.... The food is standard burger joint stuff with an extended menu. The selection is great, so I'd highly recommend this place as a stop. The main reason to go is the environment though. The walls are covered in AI generated merchandise. There are AI generated pictures on shirts and AI generated photos. It's hilarious. There are some cheap arcade games too. It's a strange yet charming spot for those with eyes to see.

We live nearby and have frequented this place for a long time. They have made a lot of changes and not for the better sadly, lately food had been cold, multiple things have been wrong with my order like paying to add bacon to my burger and paying for it only to get home and realize theres no bacon....and the time to get food has gotten really bad. The French fry change up is a big disappointment they used to be so good, simple salty and crispy now they taste like the frozen seasoned fries from the dollar store. They still have a great atmosphere and are a staple in the area but in the last 6 months they've lost their touch sadly not sure if I'll be back...

Honestly the owner is a good dude, with that being said, its hard to find good reliable employees. Most of the current employees have no customer service skill at all. Very rude & they have a shitty attitude. The food overall is pretty good, if you get someone who knows how to cook it. Another big issue is people listening skills, ive had my order wrong more times then I can count. I have an onion allergy an tell them this ever time I get food here well many times I have received my food with onions in it. Overall its a decent establishment but good workers are hard to find. This place used to be one of the best burger places in Redding but has went completely downhill! My last 2 times here have been awful experiences. My work crew and I got lunch and all of us said the burger tasted 2 days old and reheated, super dry. Mushrooms were disgusting and fries were terrible! My work will definitely never be back here for lunch!

Ordered a BLT to go. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY. The sandwich is the saddest thinnest BLT I have ever ordered from anywhere. Tomatoes were paper thin… zero tomato flavor. Very greasy. Bacon taste good. This could be the worst review I’ve ever left. To be fair, I didn’t bother to reach out to the restaurant. This is just like thrown together like nobody cared. I will never order a BLT from Dudes ever again, Nor do I recommend it.

DO NOT GO TO DUDES DRIVE INN. Waited 45 mins for my order just for it ti be wrong. They were out of bbq sauce, out of fritillary and pulled pork. When we asked for something else AND a refund, they only refunded and didn’t bother to try to take our order again. My onion rigs were burned to hell. Burger dryer than sand. IT WAS HORRIBLE. And as people ordered after us, they were also not told that there was no barbecue sauce or any condiments like that and weren’t told until after they were given their food. There bathroom is also put just to let you know. Horrible customer service.

Wouldn't recommend anything chicken related, I hate leaving this review as dudes has always delivered but raw meat in a sandwich is disgusting and unacceptable. Took it back and they didn't even apologize the only thing they said when I showed it is "I have another one cooking would you like a refund or another one." Is it a common occurrence to deliver uncooked food here? Got $7.50 back but was not worth the experience.
