A rare gem in Redding! Food quality is great, atmosphere is relaxing and clean and I am never disappointed with my dining experience there. Highly recommend and IMHO best Asian fusion cuisine in the city!

I ignored this place for a while since I didn’t know what it was. After my first visit i was hooked. I love the food and get cravings for a chicken teriyaki bowl with white rice and garden salad once a week. Delicious food and sooo healthy

I take my food to go but I have been eating here for several years & I have never been disappointed. It is clean food something I can eat. Try them as they also have good customer service.

Another amazing meal here! I love Fresh Fire Grill! It’s one of my favorite restaurants in Shasta County. Every meal has been delicious. Their service is always excellent and friendly. I have celiac, and though they don’t promote or advertise “gluten free”, I can safely order a pulled pork bowl with Asian veggies (cucumber salad) over rice, with their tasty sweet n spicy Bbq and Sriracha aioli sauces and it’s always a win. As a bonus they have fresh brewed iced tea with simple syrup as a sweetening option. I’ve enjoyed many meals here with friends and at home. So good. They keep it simple. They apparently value (and achieve) quality, and they’re consistent. I highly recommend!

My favorite place to eat in Redding now. The poke bowl was beyond my expectations I'm looking forward to trying their other bowls and variety of sides. Also love the super friendly vibes and great music choices.

I love this place so much. It’s by far my most favorite restaurant in Redding. I always get the Ahi Tuna lightly seared with brown rice, half slaw & half cucumber salad with siracha aioli & wasabi ginger. It’s always delicious and I always feel amazing after eating it!

What a good find! The bbq pulled pork is just as good as when I was in South Carolina. Slow cooked, smoky goodness. The restaurant was clean and staff very helpful. We will be back!

Amazing Hawaiian pork bowl! The grilled pineapple with cinnamon is divine! The handcrafted in front of you strawberry lemonade is simply delightful. The staff is unfailingly warm, courteous, and helpful. I couldn’t eat all of the regular sized Hawaiian pork bowl but my partner devoured the entire large grilled chicken with kale salad. Worth a stop even if located in a strip mall!

Fresh fire grill is my GO TO and favorite place to eat in all of Redding and Shasta lake. Whoever made those recipes or whoever the cook is sure needs an award! Maybe it’s just me but I think the food there is AMAZING! It’s always fresh, fresh veggies, rice and grilled meat right off the grill to your plate! The sauces are to die for and the flavors are so authentic. Honestly hope they never go out of business because that would be a sad day in my book. Good job fresh fire!! If I could give 10 stars I would.

So never been here, and again the kid picked this place out. I had the chicken sandwich with their slaw and it was amazing! The kid had a chicken bowl and he really liked it. It was pretty fast and although the parking lot seemed almost deserted, there was plenty of free parking, even for several buses! Lee was very sweet and nice and her co-worker was also super helpful, but I forgot her name. I found out their menu comes from Hawaii, and 2 Asian styles of food. For the price it was quite excellent. A little on the plain side for atmosphere, but if you sat in some of the alcoves they designed into the lay out, (see photos) it would probably feel more cozy. I would definitely come here again. I did talk to a customer who says she comes quite often because the one in Palo Cedro closed and she goes here when she can!

This place is a little gem in Redding. We ordered the seared tuna poke bowl and the Hawaiian bowl, and everything was incredibly fresh, balanced, and flavorful, portions were generous, and the presentation was clean. A great spot for a quality, satisfying meal.

BBQ is Carolina approved! Good macaroni salad. Slaw is ok. Quick service. Portion size is good. Inside is quite smoky from the grill. Lemonade was good but not worth $5.50 in my opinion. Pink salt available! No “fountain drinks” is always a negative for me, but Super nice people and good menu selection.

What a great find! We were on the road, heading home, and needed somewhat fast food, but also wanted somewhat healthy. Chicken bowl was filled with variety of veggies and delicious!!! Only wish there was one near home.

I have been eating Fresh Fire’s wonderfully fresh food for years now and still really enjoy it. Recently met the owner and he’s a super kind guy. Not only is the food healthy & fresh, the atmosphere is calm and inviting. Love the plants and modern art too! The best part is the service. I’m always greeted with a friendly smile and never have to wait long for my food. They even bring it to you! I also love that they use dishes instead of creating a bunch of trash. With the prices being reasonable, it’s a great place to take the fam. Redding needs more healthy/fresh eating spots like this. Keep up the amazing work!

Went there yesterday. Had the Hawaiian Pulled Pork Bowl. Definitely tasty and filling.

They give you the sauce on the side, so you decide how saucy you want it! Love this option in a sauce saturated dining culture. Tasty food. Reasonable portion size. Friendly staff.

They're exactly the same size bowl. The Asian taco was pretty darn good but the tortillas could have been steamed or cooked a little better as they were a little on the tough side. I saw a lot of people getting juices and I kind of wished I would have got one, but the water was fine at this time ;) The Korean short ribs were not nearly as tender as I had hoped for but.. Very tasty

The BBQ pork bowl is always delicious there are never any complaints. The service is consistently poor. The woman running the register this time didn’t greet anyone. There was no one in line and only one person waiting for food and the woman stood by the register without acknowledging the customers and talked to her coworkers about how she was fired from Walmart. She even told someone to wait while she finished her story before helping them. The cook was kind and polite and took my order while the other worker continued on about her personal life. The potential for a good restaurant is there, the staff (except for the male cook) sucks and comes across as lazy/ not caring about working there. Five stars for the food, it’s great. Two stars for customer service only because of the cook.

Food is good. A little pricey for what you get. Not to friendly but I think that's the lack of English on the staff. Soda machine is always flat so get the cans from the fridge.

Portions were too small for the price, but it was good

I had seen great reviews for this place. But our meals were ok at best. No help in ordering, the gal just said she didn’t know. so really didn’t know what to expect. I ordered pork dish. It was dry and tasteless. Husband didn’t like his either. Don’t know if we just didn’t know how to order or what. But won’t go back. The place was almost empty but still waited 1/2 hr for food to go.
