Pam made my sandwich amazing! My sandwich was better than I expected from other subway experiences. The employees were really nice. I also really appreciate how late they are open compared to the other locations in Redding.
Param is amazing and is an awesome help she put extra cucumbers exactly how I asked and I loved it!!! And she has done it again!! I can’t maw second post for some reason but param just makes an exceptional sandwich !!
The last few times we've gone to this Subway, Param has been there to make our sandwiches. The veggies are always super fresh, she does an awesome job at making the sandwiches, and she's pretty funny too! Thanks for making our morning with these delicious sandwiches Param!
Seriously one of the all time best Subway experiences EVER! Param made our sandwiches top notch grade A - AWESOME. Just Walking in alone at this location was incredible as the smell of fresh veggies and fresh baked bread was in the air, fully satisfying the sensation of smell alone. The ingredients provided were among the freshest and cleanest looking of my experiences. Straight out of a movie within a grocery store. Param was very friendly and fun when making our sandwiches, and provided excellent customer service. 10/10 was super happy and satisfied. Can't wait for my next sandwich!

This is a 10/10 place, it changed how I saw Subways. So fresh and prepared with so much love and perfection. Param is a gem and they are lucky to have her. 100% recommend this location.
This Subway recently catered an event for us and DELIVERED excellent, fresh food, with many options for possible food allergies and dietary restrictions, ahead of schedule. They were super friendly and payed attention to detail. This was an event for over 500 people. I would absolutely work with them again.
We ordered 600 box lunches from this Subway location for a big conference on a rainy day. They went over the top and we could not have been more impressed with their service. They started baking the bread and cookies for the order at 1am and had 600 lunches prepared, delivered, and ready for distribution before 11am the day of our event. Everyone who attended was very impressed with how quick we were able to distribute lunches to 600 people, and that was thanks to the organization of the Subway team! If you are holding a large event, this Subway location is affordable, efficient, and goes above and beyond to meet your needs.
The food was delicious and fresh, and the two employees working there, Param and James, were so kind and patient with my big group. Would definitely recommend and stop by here again.

This Subway location has been excellent since the new ownership. There is a wonderful woman in a Subway jersey always working hard there. I went there twice over the weekend and both times I got the All American Club. Me and my doggy loved it!
I always have an excellent experience at Subway thank to Param. From the moment I walk in, she greets me with a smile and positive attitude. She even lets me know about all the new deals. Subway is lucky to have such a dedicated employee!
So I like Subway every now and again, usually don't have a problem. This time I couldn't just order anything. I usually look at the product before I order anyways, yet this time, there was so many ingredients that should have been thrown out for safety reasons. The ham they were using was discolored half brown and completely gross. That will get people really sick. The tomatoes, pickles, provolone, and cucumbers were all looking nasty too. I worked in food services for years and even worked at a subway, this is not ok
I went and there today and got a chicken avocado protein bowl, the lady charged me for avocado so I asked her why I was being charged for something that is already supposed to come in the bowl she told me that it was because it was from the "fit" section on the menu and there was no option to make it into a protein bowl instead of on bread she she had to charge me for it, I then asked her if there was a manager I could speak to her response was " I am the manger, do you want me to write it down for you?" I said no thank you and I walked back to my table. She then goes up to one of the male workers there and asked him to go explain to me why I was charged for avocado, he comes up to me and admits that I shouldn't have been charged but told me "well you got cheese and we charge for cheese so you in a sense broke even" HOW DOES THIS MAKE SENSE?! It sure does not to me! Especially when cheese is also supposed to be on the sandwich as well! She did come and apologize to me which I am thankful for but no refund no nothing I will never go back to the subway on hilltop again!!!! I did not get their names, I was so upset I wanted to finish my food and leave but they were both Indian/native Americans, so if you do go there just watch out for being over charged!
