We ordered 600 box lunches from this Subway location for a big conference on a rainy day. They went over the top and we could not have been more impressed with their service. They started baking the bread and cookies for the order at 1am and had 600 lunches prepared, delivered, and ready for distribution before 11am the day of our event. Everyone who attended was very impressed with how quick we were able to distribute lunches to 600 people, and that was thanks to the organization of the Subway team! If you are holding a large event, this Subway location is affordable, efficient, and goes above and beyond to meet your needs.

This Subway location has been excellent since the new ownership. There is a wonderful woman in a Subway jersey always working hard there. I went there twice over the weekend and both times I got the All American Club. Me and my doggy loved it!

So I like Subway every now and again, usually don't have a problem. This time I couldn't just order anything. I usually look at the product before I order anyways, yet this time, there was so many ingredients that should have been thrown out for safety reasons. The ham they were using was discolored half brown and completely gross. That will get people really sick. The tomatoes, pickles, provolone, and cucumbers were all looking nasty too. I worked in food services for years and even worked at a subway, this is not ok

I went and there today and got a chicken avocado protein bowl, the lady charged me for avocado so I asked her why I was being charged for something that is already supposed to come in the bowl she told me that it was because it was from the "fit" section on the menu and there was no option to make it into a protein bowl instead of on bread she she had to charge me for it, I then asked her if there was a manager I could speak to her response was " I am the manger, do you want me to write it down for you?" I said no thank you and I walked back to my table. She then goes up to one of the male workers there and asked him to go explain to me why I was charged for avocado, he comes up to me and admits that I shouldn't have been charged but told me "well you got cheese and we charge for cheese so you in a sense broke even" HOW DOES THIS MAKE SENSE?! It sure does not to me! Especially when cheese is also supposed to be on the sandwich as well! She did come and apologize to me which I am thankful for but no refund no nothing I will never go back to the subway on hilltop again!!!! I did not get their names, I was so upset I wanted to finish my food and leave but they were both Indian/native Americans, so if you do go there just watch out for being over charged!
