I was here for my birthday. He became kind of late Theo the Manager made a special table for my family. That was January 20. Me and my husband are back. Good customer service very polite bartenders on point waitress and waiters are on point. The food is delicious. I recommend this place in Redlands. Thank you good job
This Applebees has such a great atmosphere. Great for families and great for couples who wanna get out and have a drink. Some of the best bartenders I’ve ever seen. Top tier management and employees who truly care about your experience. I highly recommend this place
I love Bri and the staff and Krystal is awesome too Rosa was are server and she was thoughtful and magnificent we specifically come to this Applebees for the service and food
The service was great, Zierra and Xavier had an amazing customer service. We came in for a drink and the vibes were great. THANK YOU
Walked in today after not being here for over 5 years. WOW. Great place. Vibe is cool. Our bartender Elyse was amazing. We had the happy hour menu and the food was hot and delicious. The drinks were cold and perfect. But again it was Elyse the bartender that made the visit spectacular!
Frank Le was outstanding. Guy has the best customer service I've received in an Applebees and fantastic memory. He also did everything he could to make my friend's drink when she asked for one of the special seasonal alcoholic drinks non-alcoholic.
Brayan is a great bartender not one problem at all I guess we came on a good night all the staff was extremely friendly it make it worthwhile to come to Applebees and Jess is the best had to include her as well also the server on duty tonight was so much help and fun I do not kno his name because he was so on top of his game but good job buddy see you guys soon!!
It was cool. Got in quickly. Food & service was good. My daughter & I liked the environment. It felt family friendly. We'll be back to this location. We had all you can eat boneless chicken for $13. It was good but my daughter started to not feel well so we had to leave before our 2nd round. Did get photos. The crispy wanton tacos was fire. Will definitely eT those again
Lunchtime at Applebee's in Loma Linda with the crew. The Burger was delicious. Cooked to pink perfection. It was tender and juicy. The fries were hot and crispy. My diet Pepsi was cold and refreshing. We were there for lunch so it was busy but our server was on it. I give it 5 stars, worth checking out for sure. Very reasonably priced too.
Jessica the bartender was amazing! Food was great and service was great! Our food was warm and the drinks were made exactly to our liking. Also can't beat the happy hour deals.

I love Applebees but never been to this location. I brought my Momma with me and she hadn't been to an Applebees in years. The restaurant was cool, brightly lit and clean, and our waitress Angela w…
Applebee’s – Redlands Blvd When we first walked in, it wasn’t crowded, but the place felt like a medium‑sized maze.IN A GOOD WAY We were greeted somewhat friendly and offered a table — the kind built for giants. With my short legs (and one of my guests having the same struggle), we thought a booth would save us. I was wrong. My legs still dangled. Not their fault — I have legs, they’re just short. Anyway, I washed my hands and prepared myself for the night. 🍹 Drinks Our drinks arrived first: Watermelon Lime Rush — non‑alcoholic because the person drinking it is underage. You can get it with alcohol, but not today. Shirley Temple — classic, bubbly, and honestly beautiful to look at. 🍽️ Appetizers The appetizers came right after the drinks. We ordered: Pickle Fries Wonton Tacos (two orders because we were hungry) The crunch on those wonton tacos is EVERYTHING. The flavor hits you in the mouth like it’s reminding you why taste buds exist, Undeniably delicious. The pickle fries — don’t be shocked. They’re not fries with pickle seasoning. It’s literally a pickle… fried. If you’re a pickle fan, you’ll love it. If you’re not, steer clear because you’re getting full pickle energy: the crunch, the sour, the heat (temperature, not spice). They come with a creamy, spicy ranch — maybe Thousand Island? Whatever it is, it’s fire. 🍔 Entrées 🧀 O‑M Cheese Burger (with Fries) This one is new on the menu, and honestly, the whole show is the melted white cheese sitting underneath the burger on that sizzling plate. For me, it didn’t live up to the hype. It’s hot — cooked at the right temperature — but flavor‑wise, it tastes like a regular Applebee’s cheeseburger with extra cheese on the plate. It didn’t have the flavor punch of the wonton tacos, the riblets, or the Whiskey Bacon Burger. If I had to grade it, it’s giving B+ to A‑. I probably wouldn’t order it again, and I wouldn’t call it a must‑have. BUT — if you love cheese the way you breathe air, this might be your dish. It just wasn’t mine. I’m glad I tried it, I’m not disappointed, but it’s not something I’d come back for. Not like their pasta dishes, the Whiskey Burger, or even their Shirley Temple. 🍖 Riblets (with Fries & Coleslaw) The sauce tastes like a mix between barbecue and A1, but without the harsh A1 punch. It’s sweet, savory, peppery, and seasoned to perfection. The meat is tender, but not so soft that it slides down your throat without effort. You still get to chew — just not much — because it melts between your teeth. If you’re the type who likes to gnaw on the bone or gristle, you probably could. I chose not to. But the flavor? Very savory, very satisfying, very worth it. Honestly, stop what you’re doing.Stop brushing your teeth.Stop sleeping.Get off the freeway.Go to Applebee’s and try these riblets. 🥓 Whiskey Bacon Burger (with Fries) This burger is sweet and savory in the best way. The lettuce is cold and crisp, the tomato is fresh and juicy, and the bacon is actually crunchy — not chewy, not pretending, but crunchy. The patty is thick, tender, and cooked well‑done without drying out. The sauce is what makes this burger special; it ties everything together. The bun is lightly toasted on the inside and fluffy on the outside. Out of all the burgers Applebee’s offers, this one is the star. ⭐ Final Thoughts Applebee’s on Redlands Blvd gave us comfort, crunch, heat, and a few surprises. The service was warm, the food came out fast, and the flavors were mostly on point. The O‑M Cheese Burger wasn’t my favorite, but the Whiskey Bacon Burger and the riblets absolutely carried the night. And those wonton tacos? Still undefeated. If you’re craving chain‑restaurant comfort with a little chaos and a lot of flavor, this Applebee’s will treat you right. A little side note we did get the two for twenty five dollar dish full hearty plates 🍽 very satisfying ALSO THERE IS TWO HAPPY HOURS 😊 9PM TILL CLOSE AND THERE REGULAR DAY TIME ONE CHECK IT OUT LAST THING.. Lastly don't forget to leave a tip, Its the thought not the amount 😉
We came in and there was a waiting of 25 min so we decided to sit at the bar for a drink after 45 min we asked about our table and the guy skipped us because a new guy was the hostess at the end we ask for a table mind you for 2 and the second host told us about 15 min so we decided to eat at the bar, second hostess was very nice very apologetic very nice young man food was incredible we order the 2 for 33 the bourbon chicken and the 8 oz steak food was amazing again! Besides the waiting time and that they forgot us everything was fine👌

unfortunately the food was a little bit dry and a little undercooked the hot plate that came out wasn't that hot I get this all the time I know how hot it should be the waitress Jennifer was awesome thank you very much she was such a great help if you want a great waitress ask for Jennifer! 💯
I love Applebee's happy hour... but waiting 75 minutes for a table was ridiculous. The host was just avoiding eye contact with us and folding napkins. I finally had to ask do you guys want our business or not? Yes. It was busy at the bar, but the tables around were empty. When we finally sat down our waitress was really snippy and forgot about us. When we put in our happy hour order I ordered everything we'd need because who knows when we'd see the waitress again.... when it came to paying we almost walked out because the stupid card thing on the table didn't work and out waitress was MIA. This was a SATURDAY AT 9:30PM. I'll stick to the Rancho location going forward.
I'm a self described non Applebee's fan. Decided to give them another try the other day. Still not an Applebee's fan. Service was great. Had the Chicken parmesan fettuccine. It comes with squash rather than broccoli, which was fine. Not as good, but fine. The fettuccine was pretty dry with very little alfredo sauce. When asked, the waitress quickly brought more alfredo sauce without a problem. Overall it was pretty bland. Just not the place for me.
I'm only giving 3 stars because my server, Amy, was extremely professional and friendly. I tried your 12.99 bottomless boneless chicken and sauce was really good, my favorite was asian sweet&spicy, but I don't know how much salt you guys put in the batter it was so salty that I could only test the sauce for half a second before overwhelming flavor of pure salt hit my mouth.
Good food good service and wonderful staff clean please nice staff friendly staff spectacular service
This used to be one of my go to places...but I will never go back. After 3 bad dining experiences last year I quit going here. I decided to give it one last chance in late November of last year. The restaurant and bathroom were dirty, service was ridiculously slow even though the place was mostly empty. We got the appetizer trio...won ton tacos, riblets and pretzel sticks. The riblets were cold, the won ton tacos were soggy, cold and tasted like rancid oil, the pretzel sticks were burnt and hard as a rock. The cold riblets were the only thing even edible. Sice we were obviously still hungry we thought at least the chips and queso would be a safe bet. Nope! The chips tasted like the same rancid oil the won ton tacos tasted like and the queso had the consistency of warm milk. Service was lacking as well. I took the time to fill out the questionnaire on the tablet on the table after I paid the bill. I was contacted by the manager and she sent me a $25 gift card to use to give them another chance. Last week my mom and I decided to try one last time in hopes things had improved. Sadly, it was no better. We had to wait 15 minutes to be seated when over 3/4 of the tables were empty. The hostess looked miserable and about as friendly and welcoming as a rock. My mom ordered the riblet platter. The riblets were tasty but were room temperature, the fries were cold and soggy and the coleslaw was missing. We asked our server for the coleslaw and she said it wasn't included because my mom wanted fries as a side. We later checked the menu on the way out and the riblet platter does include one side AND coleslaw. I ordered the pretzels sticks again. Once again they were cold and hard as a rock and looked burnt. The beer cheese sauce was cold and had a film on top. I didn't eat the pretzels and our server removed them from the bill. At this point I didn't even want to try anything else so I left without eating. I did order a whiskey and coke and I actually got a whiskey and coke! I used the $25 gift card the manager sent me to pay for our "dinner". On the way out I did ask to speak to the manager who sent me the gift card to relay our experience but unfortunately she wasn't working. I will not be returning to Applebee's again.
I go here generally once a week. They've messed up my order on occasion, but nothing severe. Today was a terrible experience. I should have received 15 wings. I received 11. That's almost 1/3 of my order. That's unacceptable. Then they capped the issues by giving me a small portion of fries for the basket of fries I ordered. I order this almost weekly, and quite literally, I usually receive 3x the amount of fries that I received today. I paid $5 for a basket of fries and the amount of fries I received is massively disappointing because we're talking about fries. With just one of these issues, I wouldn't have bothered leaving a review, but 2 MAJOR issues, where I was shorted on food I paid for in both instances, in one order, just makes me feel like the guy bagging up my order was out to get me today and I'm unsure why. I just want what I paid for.

I ordered the salmon , had to return it terrible flavor, along with the soggy tasteless fries. Overall the food was terrible. The waitress did try to compensate with good service.

Horrible customer service on a Tuesday night… the whole night shift staff should be fired including their manager which sat down most of the time along with another employee talking with guest.. there was a young girl there working which was the host and when I tell you she was the best of them all. Literally the only one working, the manager was no help along with the other girl that worked because she sat her tail down all night and talked about how drunk her friends got in San Diego 🙄 also had a nasty attitude when I asked how long was the wait to be seated of two… she’s lucky I didn’t snap on her… the food was rushed and was not good at all.. went around 10pm, never would go back again. I wouldn’t even send my dog to eat there, that’s how bad the service was.. goodnight
I simply went into get some ribs because I love Applebee's for that but they apparently have a new manager training somebody on how to pour a beer and she has no idea how to pour a beer Just a simple pint so I cannot give this a good reference right now or good star level... It literally does not take 10 minutes to pour out a Coors light pint and she thought she knew what she was doing but terribly terribly bad she obviously never went to bartending school. I'm not talking about the new hire... I'm talking about the manager.
I love applebees and frequent this place often. They forgot to give me a drink. I was already home when I noticed. I called back and a girl transferred me to a manager. He said he had to look at my order placed me on hold and hung up. I waited 5 minutes for a call back no call back. When I called back he said oh I didnt hang up on you. I was like yeah. So he said I could come pick up the soda the next day. He wasn't pleasant, his tone was off putting and weird that as soon as I called back he said he didnt hang up instead of apologizing for the disconnect. This manager has been the first rude person I have encountered here. Otherwise they are pleasant.
Dissatisfied!!! Tonight I took my family of 3 here for dinner. Unfortunately, we had an appalling experience. We ordered 1 appetizer, a side of fries, bourbon chicken and a burger. After 42 minutes my son got his burger (he ordered plain and still came with the sauce) I got my chicken and my daughter's food not only hadn't come out but our appetizer was still not brought out. I asked our waiter and he was surprised! He didn't even realize our food order was incomplete?!??! I returned my chicken because I refuse to pay for a cold meal and I also don't feel comfortable eating in front of my daughter who had no food. I did not come to dinner on a Sunday night with the family to eat in shifts. After 47 minutes we got the appetizer and still waited another 7 minutes for get the side of fries. While we watched many others be seated after us, served and completed their meals before we received our food. Disappointed and we will never come here again!!
