Kfc is back. For a long time bad food, small and expensive. Now is again, finger liking GOOD! Great tasting chicken at a good price. Meals for 2 or a family, even great deals for individuals for around 5 bucks.
The KFC located in Redlands,California is conveniant to all the locations downtown Redlands people enjoy! Lots of free parking and fast drive through service! The staff is very helpful,the restaurant is sparkling clean and the bathrooms are immaculate! They also have lots of memorabilia hanging on the walls of Colonel Sanders himself! Makes for lots of fun taking selfies and for social media. The food at The KFC Redlands is always fresh and delicious-and they always have plenty of all the favorites-original,crispy,spicy and chicken pot pies,great from scratch biscuits,all the sides you like and lots if Pepsi drink products.The colonels hot sauce in packets is really snapping good and just the right amount of "Kick"! Try the NEW crafted by Cinnabon Desert Biscuits-delicious biscuits with cinnamon and vanilla icing-they are really good and if you take them home and drop a big scoop of vanilla or chocalate ice cream on them-evan better yet ! Family friendly and open late-a great experiance!

I went to KFC and the cashier, Mily, was super kind! She is the best! Give her a raise, because she gave me extra sauce. 😂 Best food ever.
The employees were nice, and the chicken was good. Although, when I go through the drive thru they always forget something. This time they forgot our coleslaw. Last time they gave us Pepsi that was carbonated water. So I'm not very impressed to say the least
Every time I have been there recently, my chicken had an over fried oil taste & the biscuits were still raw in the center.
No matter drive thru or walk in they still get the order wrong check your bag before you pull off. They can't tell breast from thigh don't come to this location often but this happens everytime.
Haven't been to a KFC in years, I was late going home, KFC was near by and it sounded good. As I walked in the first thing I noticed was the dirty floors and tables. Anyone who knows me knows that cleanliness and customer service are my 2 biggest things when going out to eat. So although the dirty floors were a complete turn off, I was greeted promptly and someone took my order within a couple of minutes. The 2nd thing that stood out to me was how expensive all their items were. Granted though i think everything is just more expensive no matter what I'm buying. My order was ready in about 5 minutes . Pretty good as far as service goes. Thank God my order was to go cause I don't think I could of eaten there. The food is as good as I remember it to be. Classic KFC taste, everything was freshly made and hot. All in all, service good, food good. Cleanliness 2 thumbs down 👎 and very pricy. Would I go back again 🤔? Yes but probably not that particular branch.
No smile when taking my order. She saw there was three of us and kept asking "is that all?". Dinning room super dirty as well as restrooms. Nasty and gross. I wouldn't go back to this Redlands KFC although the food was hot and fresh . I've never had this happen at any other KFC. The dirtyness and unkind customer service , no I just don't be back. Sorry.
The wait here for supper time is as expected. Takes awhile. The service is always great but the only reason I'm giving it 3 stars is because every single time I come here, they never have extra crispy chicken. I always get the same answer, 35 minute wait. I come here a lot and it seems around dinner time, they run out quick. So, I would advise to plan ahead.

I try not to eat at fast foods like this it's so unhealthy for you but I was so curious about the chicken and waffles.... taste like chicken and donuts to be honest and tenders super salty feel like i just ate a box of high blood pressure and diabetes.. lmao but hey what can u really expect from places like this
Wanted an 8 piece meal with thighs and drumsticks. I was told If you order that, You get a whole chicken, including wings and breasts. I said, I can't get what I want? He said, you won't get an extra charge for breasts. I didn't care about paying the regular price - I just wanted dark meat. Not a good answer.

I'm annoyed! I go to fast food because I want it quick because I have other things on the agenda. However I ended up sitting in the drive thru for 20+ minutes and when I arrived there was only 2 people ahead of me. I understand if I get in a line of 10 cars it's going to take a little longer. On top of that, once I opened the food and started eating there was no ketchup for the wedges and no honey or butter for the biscuits. I love honey on my biscuits and I really don't like eating fries without ketchup. So this was another disappoint. But I do really enjoy there chicken. So I'll be back again... Just really not happy with this visit.
Line took two long for only having 2 cars in front of me. My original recipe was not... it was almost too fried and yet it was barely warm. The sides were definitely cold and the biscuit was so hard I think it was baked last week. Terribly disappointed. Normally they are much better than this.
This place always messing up my order from online or drive thru every single time. Called them every single time for messed up orders. The last one I purchased. They still messed up my order. 8 pieces of chicken and it became 7 pieces. I am not sure if they know how to count in there. Guess what I paid for 8 pieces chicken.. and yet I received 7 pieces of chicken inside the bucket. Got home and counted only 7 chickens. Ripped off isn't it. But this time I didn't call them to complain because I was tired from work and this is what I get. 2 stars for a friendly customer service & good chickens.
Chicken didn't taste good. It looked old and dry under the coating. The crispy crust was too hard and dry. I don't know when KFC changed the way they made their chicken but it sure doesn't taste the way I remember it back in the 70's and 80's. I am never going back to KFC.
Ordered a 12 piece bucket, at least 3 pieces were fresh made the rest looked to be from early in the day or the day before. Would not recommend online order to pick up. Eat at restaurants might have fresh pieces.
We went through the drive thru, ordered 2 meals and a special 10 piece nugget. When we got up to window, the person that gave us our food was not friendly at all, Cleary did not want to be there. We asked for a side of green beans with one of the combo meals and had nothing but fries in the bag, upside down. When I told him we asked for green beans and only have fries, He said "okay, give me one of the fries back". Again, the fries were upside down in the bag, so we gave him back a mostly empty fry container and he gave us the green beans. We pulled up to park and eat in the car and realized we did not have the sandwich for the other combo, so I had to go in and wait in line to get it. The service was horrible, the staff was borderline rude, and the food was not that great. The nuggets were cold, and there was way too much mayo on the sandwich and all over the bun. Over all, not a good experience and not worth the money.
I love KFC. I love KFC over all other fast food fried chicken places. I grew up eating KFC and my childhood was soaked in the grease of the original Kentucky fried chicken. This place is not it. I have been here 3 times in the last year. This review is based on today's visit. I place a mobile order and it tells me the order should be ready by 2:38pm. I arrive at 2:40, expecting to see my order in the mobile pick up order section. Employees are busy assisting another customer holding a dog (can a dog be inside a restaurant?) And a bunch of teenagers are asking for water cups as if it was a game. I sat in the corner waiting for my order to be completed. At 2:52, someone finally recognizes that I am waiting, and asks me what I wanted. Turns out, my food was already ready before I arrived. At least it was entertaining to watch the interactions. I bring my take out orders, open up my chicken meal and find suspiciously dark fried chicken. My dad, who also grew up on KFC comments, "how many times did they fry this chicken?" The meat was tough, biscuits and fries soggy, the flavor was how I remembered it, salty and oily, but KFC has come a long way to written off my books completely. Where will I get fried chicken fix next time, I am not sure. Perhaps another KFC another time.
This is what I received when I ordered 2 buffalo chicken Littles. How does a quarter size of buffalo sauce on the bread count as buffalo chicken? So not leave until you check everything in your order. They mess up the food almost every time and I keep forgetting to check my order before driving away. New management is needed

Took way too long to have chicken that was already supposed to be made original try not to be soggy as hell I might as well have got extra crispy so that 90% of the grease that’s inside of my original recipe right now would’ve at least been used for something, I love KFC, but this is like my 10th time being at this one and I’ll never go here again Last couple times they didn’t even have the chicken ready. I had to wait for 45 minutes or half an hour. They had a lunch rush there is nobody there
This is our local KFC in Banning and ever since they took the buffet away after covid, it's gone down hill. I went through then drive-thru months ago, 15 minutes before closing and they were already closed! I've been there other times, trying to order extra crispy chicken, and they hardly ever seem to have it! So then we went here a few weeks ago when we had lost power and had to eat out, so I had coupons for KFC, and went here, but you now have to order from an interactive kiosk, instead of simply telling the employee what you want, paying and getting through the whole process way easier than how it is now. So after waiting 15 minutes for some French people in front of us to order, we get to the kiosk, and I'm putting order in, telling my son and girlfriend that we can just order regular sized drinks and get refills. The KFC employee heard this, the tells me that their lobby is closed..and this was at only 8 PM! The whole point of eating out was just because we had lost power. I was so pissed, that we walked out and ended up going to DQ in Redlands instead. There haven't been many good restaurant experiences for us in Banning though, just a couple of places.

I tried to use as many baby wipes as I could to clean it and gross stuff was still coming off. Avoid this KFC!!! Rude service and order was shorted. Receipt was not given either. Ordered 5 piece tenders combo only got 3 tenders, no biscuits in either combo meal that was ordered, small mashed potatoes and gravy less than half full, actually looked like someone's leftovers, yuck! This location has gone downhill, it used to be a nice clean location with caring employees.
Pickup order... Ordered a 16 piece bucket... Got 12 pieces. Ordered 2 fries... Both barely half full. Went back and they immediately offered to replace the entire order... But everyone in our party did not have enough food and we had to go back to the store to take care of this. Sad.
That was the worst three piece tenders I’ve ever received. Cold French Fries and to beat bad chicken pieces I received no dipping sauce. One of my pieces was the size of a no. 2 pencil the other two were smaller than a chicken wing drum stick. Pitiful!!! I will not spend 11$ for such a mess again!!!
I only get a 30 minute lunch break from work so I ordered my lunch online for a quick pick up. My order was almost $30 cause me and a co-worker ordered together. I get to the restaurant and run up to the doors at 12pm and they are locked. A hand written sign on the door says “drive through ONLY, even orders for maintenance”. ARE YOU KIDDING ME?!!!!! I sat in line just about my WHOLE lunch break just trying to get my food that I preordered to avoid a wait. They should have turned off online ordering or made known about this serious inconvenience on their website. So disappointed.
my boyfriend and I went there for lunch and we went in to order for takeout, the cashier Ernestina Reyes she was not knowledgeable about the food. She was very unwelcoming and by the look of the rest of the staff supervisor included, they were not happy to be there. I forgot to ask for the KFC Hot sauce when I ordered, so when I received my order I asked if I may have some KFC hot sauce all three employees looked at me with a look like what now! I made it clear they were all very rude . Too bad I couldn’t ask to speak to the Supervisor, because she was right there with them attitude and all! Question do they have chicken wings?
This location has got to be the dirtiest, disgusting, horrible service, under cooked location for KFC corp. how it has a "A" health rating is beyond understanding. So you think I'm exaggerating, go there and walk in to witness what I just described. We will never patronize this location again.
No extra crispy, no pot pies and when my coin change fell to the ground in drive through,the lady at the window seemed as though everybody should be ok throwing .50 ¢ away, as I sat there thinking she would replace the .50¢. she slid through the window and received one quarter and set me on my way. No coleslaw in either dinner plus we asked for one meal to be all dark meat and it came back white meat. Not the experience we had wished for.
We walked in they didn’t acknowledge us we wait ones for a good 7 minutes till the cashier finally says “oh we’re just doing drive thru right now” like she clearly seen us when we walked in and didn’t say a word she also had an attitude if they’re not happy then why work there even the back worker that was handling the food wasn’t even wearing gloves I seen her touch the chicken with her bare hands it’s disgusting!!! I’m never going back !and then the inside looked all gross the floor was dirty and sticky Please have better employees!
It's not my intent to be critical of businesses that serve our community, but lately 😕 it's like workers are getting rude or like you are bothering them when you visit their place of business. We walked in, and the employee had a very ugly disposition .He mumbled, "How can I help you. After I placed the order, he said to the other employee that we must close the lobby." I dont know when the restaurant closes their lobby, but it was before 6 pm. I spent over 30 years in the service industry, and never I'm the wildest dreams would I treat customers like that. Needless to say, I will never ever go back again.
I went through drive-through and was told I couldn’t use a credit card But if I wanted to use a credit card I could go inside. When I ask why the employee said because they didn’t want to back up their drive-through. Well I was the only person in drive through beside the car in front of me. I said is there anyway you can just take the credit card and use the credit card on the front machine if your drive though machine is not working. No you need to go Inside. Once inside, I asked the girl, the name of the manager and the rationale for not being able to use my credit card in the drive-through. She said because it was a big liability with people giving their phones to use the Apple Pay. I thought to myself couldn’t you have clarified it with me if it was an actual credit card or Apple Pay. I called to speak with a manager today, and there was no answer. Sometimes I just wonder what’s happening in this world. I feel like people have gotten so lazy. I love the little town of Redlands that I live in but the restaurants locally in the town of Redlands I don’t feel like they even care about their business. That’s not only KFC but DQ too.
On 6/2/23, I was rudely handled by a young man at the counter. He didn't greet me and when I began my order, he just looked at me and finally said, "what else?" I finally had to ask him if he was ok. His response to me was, "most people recognize this as sarcasm" and then he smiled. Because I wanted to make sure my food was not going to be tampered with in any way, I didn't press the matter, but it was very unprofessional, rude and unnecessary. And to top it off, he didn't get my order correct. I ordered legs and thighs, instead I received breasts and wings. I asked for a large coleslaw, I received a "large" container with less than half coleslaw. He was so busy trying to be funny, that he messed up my order. This was my first time at this location and his behavior makes me want to make it the last. My regret is that I didn't get his name because I was so aback.
I can't believe This Kentucky Fried Chicken is getting good reviews this is one of the worst ones I've ever been to. The chicken is always dry! The bisquits cold and hard! And if you come like an hour or two before it closes, there is never chicken choices because they stop making certain pieces.
Wife just left,bout 8 piece drumstick box,which are super little,dry & tasted old! Ordered large mashed potatoes. Normally they give you 2 separate containers. One gravy,one mashed potatoes. Today the put both in one & was full of gravy, hardly no potatoes. Worst 17.00 spent ever...
My guy i went here at 10 and the employee said that they weren’t serving food at all, even the drive threw when on the door it said it closed at 11 and on google it says it closes at 11 as well I’m ashamed this dude has the right to deny service to me and I’m not overreacting I just wanted something to eat cause it was late and I didn’t have dinner yet.
Came here at 4:20pm on 10/18. Extremely disappointed in the quality of the food and service. Our chicken sandwich came with no mayo or pickle, just bread and chicken. The 4 biscuits we ordered were stale and the 2 famous bowls we got had bread for chicken practically for how little chicken was in each bite. Worse KFC we've ever had. Let alone the service was horrible too. Both people who helped us, the girl on the speaker and the man at the window, were very curt. They couldn't stop asking after every single thing I ordered "Is that it?!" "Is that it?!" "Is that it?!". As a customer I'll let you know when I'm dome ordering, I don't need to be asked after every single item I order. This place was a joke. Won't be back here.
I went for the 2 for 5 wraps and was very upset in the size because at Jacks they have a decent amount ones and KFC gave me something tiny not even worth the drive. Looked nothing like the picture and will not be purchasing ever again.
Don't know how the food was. When I went there T 8:50pm (they close at 11pm on that day) they said the register was down and I couldn't wait. It looked like there was only two employees working and as I parked and waited one employee was leaving. This was the second time I've been to this KFC and encountered some type of issue. Last time it was about 9PM and they said they had not more chicken. What the heck!!!!!! I think they have young personnel and want to close up early on weekends.
We ordered 3 spicy bacon twisters and it was so disappointing. We waited 30 over 30 minutes for our food. Once I got home, more disappointment bc they left bacon off 2 of the 3 twisters and they thought it would be a good idea to break a chicken tender in half for 1 of the twisters and put a teaspoon of lettuce. It was the saddest wrap I’ve ever seen and it was all tortilla. When I called in, my only option was to drive back down the hill to have it remade which would have been an hour round trip and I was not willing to waste my gas for that. Then I called corporate and they also could not refund my money so I’m waiting for a manager to call me back. It’s pretty ridiculous that I had to waste that much time on the phone and to still be waiting all bc they did not prepare my food right. Would not recommend going here unless you like disappointment.

Place was a mess. Spend close to $100. Don't even have plates to eat our chicken. Shady characters lurking in the corner. Very few staff. Not keeping the place clean. Definitely not family friendly. Food was very expensive. Never going back there.
This is horrible chicken , fries , biscuits mash potatoes everything Is horrible looks like it’s been sitting there for a long time the worst KFC I’ve tasted and the workers don’t even care very bad customer service definitely franchise hope the owner gets to this place and really checks it out ..or I really hope health department get in this place And take that start back horribly taken care of for a food chain
Honestly this place is basically incompetent. They somehow forgot at KFC that they in fact have to cook chicken and biscuits. I waited almost an hour for an online order because they forgot. After waiting the order was also mostly wrong. The restaurant/drive thru were empty so they can't claim being busy and it was only 6pm so they can't claim it bring late. It's just incompetence. Avoid this place if you can, especially if you're in a hurry.
These guys get the orders so wrong and so often that today we opted to place individual orders. They still screwed it up. We ordered a spicy classic and a coleslaw, and a regular classic and french fries. We got two regular classics with french fries. So half of the problem was with the order taker and the other half was with the person putting the stuff in the bag.I don’t know how we can make this any simpler.
They are always rude here. They are always out of stuff. The one time I used the app because I signed up for the freebies - they didn't even give me the freebies I redeemed. When I told them about it all I got was a feeble sorry oh well response from their customer service without even offering me the freebie I didnt get. Update: Went back despite my better judgement because my little one wanted it. Unfortunately she threw it all up within 30 minutes. At this point they need to pick a struggle because idk how long they can stay in business when they have all of the problems - including undercooked food. Will not go back to this location.
Honestly this place is basically incompetent. They somehow forgot at KFC that they in fact have to cook chicken and biscuits. I waited almost an hour for an online order because they forgot. Place was a mess. Spend close to $100. Don't even have plates to eat our chicken. Shady characters lurking in the corner. Very few staff. Not keeping the place clean. Definitely not family friendly. Food was very expensive. Never going back there.

It's not my intent to be critical of businesses that serve our community, but lately 😕 it's like workers are getting rude or like you are bothering them when you visit their place of business. We walked in, and the employee had a very ugly disposition .He mumbled, "How can I help you. After I placed the order, he said to the other employee that we must close the lobby." I dont know when the restaurant closes their lobby, but it was before 6 pm. I spent over 30 years in the service industry, and never I'm the wildest dreams would I treat customers like that. Needless to say, I will never ever go back again.
