I still give it a 5* even though the pizzas aren't $6 no more. They're typically busy, so, order ahead of time. But for about $7.60, you're going home with a pizza.

The staff was friendly and was even able to accommodate my special request, all while dealing with unpleasant customers. Estephanie was handling business… I don’t know why some people feel like they are entitled to treat restaurant staff poorly?

Good pizza but no seating for those who have to wait for their order. The wait is usually about 15-20 mins. Standing.
I come here often ordering the same thing, two medium cheese pizzas. Sometimes they are actually hot and ready but often it's just warm. Personally I find no problems with this but some think otherwise. However, this is still good pizza for it's value.
All of the pizzas were kind of old. The store had homeless people milling about. One came in and stole some sodas and walked out with no recourse. Did I mention the pizzas were old? They also messed up our order. We should have had 10, but they gave us only 6.
Okay, corporate pizza on the go. No dine in. Take out only. I'm not a big fan of pizza, but my wife loves the stuff crust supreme. Do yourself a favor and use their phone app. The app saves your favorites, is super fast and no waiting in lines. Handicapped access is a pain. It's not close to the entrance. There is a high curb in front of the building and the handicap parking is 30 yards away. 🙄
VERY SLOW! There was nobody else in the store when I walked in. I placed two orders because one was for a friend, and the first one was done in about 5 minutes or so but they didnt make the second one. Instead, all of the other customers were able to get their pizzas and leave. The employees made the mobile orders while I was waiting for my pizza. It took nearly 30 minutes to get both pizzas. The "hot and ready" claim seems like false advertising. However, I gave 2 stars because the pizza that I waited 30 mins for tasted better than usual.
It’s ok Little Cs, I’ll cut the pizza myself. Good thing I have my own Pizza Cutter I actually know how to use.
Don't go here, they don't add enough sauce or cheese
Soggy cold pizza we had to rebake after getting home. Pretty sad since this location had been decent until now.
Wrong order delivered. Ordered 3 custom pizzas, wings, crazy sticks. Got a cheese pizza (wrong), pepperoni pizza (wrong) , wings and sticks. Basically 2 wrong pizzas and a missing pizza. Unreliable. Attached photo shows the delivery order which is quite wrong from what was delivered. Not toxic or anything just not what i asked for.
I placed an order online and waited 40 min for 1 pizza & an order of crazy bread. 1 🌟 I do not recommend ordering here! 😠
DO NOT GO TO THIS LITTLE CEASERS! I ORDERED 2 STUFFED CRUST PEPPERONI PIZZAS AND THE GUY WAS TRYING TO CHARGE ME EXTRA TO ADD BUTTER AND PARMESAN AROUND THE CRUST! IM A FREQUENT CUSTOMER AT LITTLE CEASERS AND ALWAYS ORDER THE SAME PIZZAS AND NEVER HAD AN ISSUE UNTIL THIS NEW LOCATION!! THERE WERE TWO MANAGERS ON SITE ONE BY THE NAME OF STEPHINE WHO WAS HELPING ME AT THE TIME, AND THE 2ND MANAGER WAS IN THE BACK YELLING AT STEPHINE THAT SHE HAD ANOTHER CUSTOMER TO ATTEND WHICH AT THE TIME SHE WAS HELPING ME! SHE WANTED STEPHANIE TO IGNORE ME! I ASKED THAT I WANTED TO SPEAK TO THE MANAGER IN THE BACK WHO NEVER EVEN BOTHERED TO COME TO THE REGISTER TO GIVE ME HER NAME! I WILL DEFINITELY REPORT THIS FOR MISTREATING A FREQUENT CUSTOMER!
What happened to hot and ready? I came in for a simple cheese pizza, I asked if there was one that was ready and was told yes. Then after I pay I'm told it'll be right out and had to wait over 20 minutes. Terrible service and understaffed by the looks of it.
I did a mobile order at 10:30 it's been 20 min and I haven't even received it yet. They don't care about mobile orders dont wast ur time ordering here especially if you're on you're 30 min lunch it's ridiculous. My lunch was spent waiting for my food even tho I ordered ahead of time
It's sad that one person can ruin the reputation for the entire store. Especially if they are a "manager." I get not adding or substituting ingredients, but to refuse not to add something that may affect the consumer that is purchasing their product makes absolutely no sense. They are essentially saving by not adding the ingredient. Then, to refuse to give the number for the direct supervisor and claim they don't know it is just poor Customer Service all around.
So this is their idea of a pepperoni with bacon pizza?? There is barely any bacon on it, it's poorly cut, and in the event you ask them to remake it, they have the nerve to catch an attitude. Absolutely unacceptable, do not recommend, and will not be back. Do better, otherwise don't get mad when you don't have customers/ business.
Wow. Let me say I absolutely love the portal. It is convenient. Ordered pizza at 7:22. App told me it was ready at 7:52 was told it was going to take 6 more mins but took more like 10 more minutes... But that is not what I am really upset about. What I am upset about is the garbage management of the staffing. There was only one person to take orders, make pizza, and cut pizza. I ordered 3 stuffed crust pepperoni. The talented gentleman had let my last pizza sit and it was burnt to hell. I had 4 hungry kids at home waiting for dad to bring home the pizza and come to find one of my pizzas is torched. The man was obviously overwhelmed. At least he had a great attitude manning the sinking ship. And why? Because someone didn't think it was necessary for at least ONE person to observe the food being cooked? What a shame.
