First time visiting this location. The food was okay. The curtido was good though. I like that they were nice. I went in there and had to spend over $10 to use my debit card. They don’t take partial payments. I got a pupusa revuelta (w/everything in it) Also a horchata, so it can come up to $10 to use my card. But the ladies there were helpful. Grasias

Authentic Guatemalan tamales as good as my grandmothers! Bought a dozen of both chicken and pork tamales. The meat was tender and flavorful but the sauce (recado) was out of this world! It's like a burst of all the right Guatemalan seasonings! Highly recommend to order in advance because they quickly run out for the day. I placed my order by phone and the lady's had everything ready for me to quickly pay and go!

Dine in Salvadorean plates and bakery open early. We had the papusas and pollo con crema and they were delicious! I was confused about the dining arrangement, but you pay at the front and they bus you for everything.

1st time visiting Panaderia Y restaurante escuintla. I was craving guatemala enchilad, but they were out😩 than I asked for a traditional breakfast and as well they did not have it. Then I asked for a chicken soup, and they said it was going to take 17 minutes. I end up ordering a type of beef stew. It actually was pretty good!. It was served with white rice and black beans.

I have had the breakfast and the chicken soup here on several occasions and I'm never disappointed. Fresh hand made tortillas and salsa very tasty. When ever I'm in the area I'm sure to stop by. Very good food.

I used to come and eat here and enjoyed it!!! But now lady with blonde hair really has a serious problem with her attitude! I totally told her that the coffee was not it!!! Instead of her offering me to exchange it or make a new one she literally said well that’s the coffee we sell, I was not trying to get my money but definitely she could off offer something else, definitely now know why is always empty now!!!!

You pay $15 for old eggs, 3 small pieces of platano, old beans, 1 bread taste nasty. Pupusas were ok curtido was nasty n old, Chile's regeno $9 for 1 small chile taste old not good. Terrible quality.

I give it 1 star because of the customer service. The manager is really nice and does what she can to please you but she isnt there all the time. The lady that is there most of the time when the manager isnt there is sooooooooooooooo SOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO rude. But I mean RUDE A.F I only go there for 1 thing. I always order it the same way and she always gives me a HARD TIME. She always said, I cant make it because the manager isnt here to tell the cooks. I mean come on guys, it's just taking red meat off and putting chicken. THATS IT! How hard is it to do that. Im not asking for nothing for free, I'm a paying customer and I tip all the time even when im picking up. But on another note, the food is good, just not the customer service.
