Been here a handful of times during lunch hours. Drive thru moves quickly and staff is friendly. The food is great and reasonably priced. My favorite is the chicken Philly with everything. Favorite location by far compared to the one in Ontario Mills and Inland Town Center Mall.

This is a wonderful place to eat or take out!! Very clean very professional staff and very fresh super tasty food. For $10 more I got more food and more tasty than a regular fast food!! I highly recommend it

Original Review: Definitely not what it used to be, waited in line for 11 minutes even though I was first in line the whole time just to order a sandwich and then waited even longer for them to make the sandwich extremely disappointed in this location. Foods still good although service is lacking.

First time there, the 2 young ladies working were extremely kind and helpful. The food was pretty good although the meat could use a bit more seasoning. This review is more like 4.5 stars. I will be back again. The service was amazing! Receipt number 6417620711003 5/9/24 Went back. The young lady that help us was very friendly. I ordered 2 large old school cheese steaks. Neither one had any onions on them. This time the meat was seasoned well but without onions made for a strange sandwich. Receipt number 1564307833567

I really liked this! Philly is great tasting and overall affordable prices. First timer at Charley's and it will not be the last,Subway will definitely get less visits now I found this place. Parking here is just not easy.

Sliced beef prepared link it should be with onions and peppers Real cheese melted while on the griddle. Nice soft rolls. Ordered mine without the mushrooms, tomato, and Lettuce. (Leave it to the west coast to screw-up a great sandwich.) Got cheesy bacon fries, delicious also. Real bacon. Mommy. If you like a good Phlly, you got to try this.

My daughter and I had been anxiously waiting to eat at Charleys for a while. We hadn't had a Philly Cheesesteak in a long time and wanted to experience our next one there! We went through the Drive-thru. The guy who took our order was very professional courteous and patient. We weren't exactly sure how we wanted our sandwiches being it was our first time there, so we really appreciated his patience. The Philly Cheesesteak sandwiches are EXCELLENT....mouthwatering and they're homemade Lemonade is TO DIE FOR!! So far we've tried the Peach and Strawberry (can't wait to try Blueberry). I've gone back just for the Lemonade alone...it's SO GOOD. Also the Cheese Fries were fresh and tasty. Our second visit was a little disappointing because they gave us the wrong order and fortunately we checked our food prior to leaving. Although the problem was resolved, it wasn't quickly. I had to wait awhile, but...it was still worth the wait. My advice is to make sure you check your order for accuracy before leaving.

They're all really nice. Quality of food is great....but service (at least in the drive thru!) needs improvement!! It seems like every 2nd or every 3rd (Max!!) visit there has been something wrong with our order... From no sauces, missing fries or drinks to entire entree's either completely missing or it's been some mystery meal....

Food is very tasty and delicious. The service we get every time we come is friendly and awesome. The one thing that needs major improvement is the owner desperately needs to fix the air conditioner in this place. It is the middle of summer and it is over 100 degrees. The last thing I want to do is go eat at a restaurant that is hot inside. I want to come in from the heat, eat a good meal and drink a refreshing drink.... not sit in more heat! That's definitely not enjoyable. Also, think about your poor employees who work cooking throughout their 8hr shifts in a hot restaurant because the air conditioner doesn't work. Fix the air conditioner and we will all be happier customers and I'm sure happier employees too.

I went there because I was craving a sandwich I order 3 different items along with cheese frys no cheese, Buffalo hot wings no ranch even after I asked if it was in the bag. bacon cheese frys no bacon omg and it's not like I could just go back I'm 10-15 min away from this place so unhappy.

Should I say. The taste was good. But once I got it home the food was more of a tostada rather than a sub or sandwich. I'm assuming people like it so packed that you can't close it but not me. There was no way of me eating it without getting it all over my hands or clothes. They should at least put a fork in the bag. I was disappointed that I couldn't enjoy my food without having to put my fingers in it to rearrange the food on the bread to be able to eat it.

I dont know how to rate this... but if ur cooking and u have a beard shouldn't the dude wear a net? I couldn't eat my food when I saw him not wearing 1. I think I'll go to the mall next time I want one.

Food is okay. The chicken in my california chicken was flatter than a tortilla and crispy. The marinara sauce could be better. Service was below average.

So I was on lunch at work and decided to try something new. I saw Charley's and ordered an old school philly with extra cheese sauce, onions and bacon. With a sweet tea for pick up. Well when she handed me the bag it felt so empty I had had to make sure there was a sandwich in there. I get back to work and when I got a good look, the sandwich barely had anything on it not to mention I paid extra for cheese and bacon. But also added extra onion...the sandwich was dry and mostly bread. Very disappointed and not sure if I'll go there again. Oh yeah I had to ask for the drink because she didn't give it to me . She said because they didn't have sweet tea... Smh totally not worth $21. 👎🏽 The only reason they get 2 stars is because if I got the order the way I asked for it might've been really good.

Was at this location today for lunch, I don't like onions, never have. Ordered the bacon 3 cheese and the steak, reaked of onion. I believe my steak was grilled in the juices of some employee who just finished grilling some onions. If this is common practice then I won't be back. First time this has happened. Please advise me on what to do if it happens again.

Horrible experience dining at this establishment. Took 25 minutes for one chicken cheesesteak and 6 wings . Upon receiving my food my wings were completely cold and not even warm to the slightest touch , the employee then proceeded to remake the wings which were not good at all. Never eating at this place again , save your time .

Purchased my food in the drive thru. The lady who was in the window said that they machine was down for card after she swiped it and said we had to get the money off. So I just decided not to go there because who has time for that. Why on my bank account saying that they still took $29 off, well it's pending. Why they try to play me like that I'll never swipe my card here again nor go here. All I know is that I better get my money back today ! Or I'll call the corporate.

Every time I go to this location they forget to give me my full order. For instance today I went on my lunch and I ordered a large strawberry lemonade and ultimate bacon fries which I never received. Don’t get me wrong the food is great but the employees are always just standing around and talking and they take forever to acknowledge you. To make matters worse I called multiple times and they don’t answer, even though I’m sure they’re just standing around.

So I wanted to try the new parmesan peppercorn Philly. So I ordered one two bad I didn't get one because the 3 dumb guys there never bothered to mention they didn't have all the toppings. They didn't tell me they didn't have the toppings I found out by looking at my sandwich and noticing the crispy onions were not there. So I asked for a small comp like a small drink since they didn't tell me they didn't have all the toppings but they refused just saying it's not there fault they didn't know. Thats just no good enough when your buying a specialty sandwich that cost extra because the toppings!

This was the worst decision of my life. My family and I wanted to get some Philly Cheesesteaks for dinner. We have our own place that we like to go to, but I didn't want to make the drive all the way to Ontario. Seeing that Charleys had a lot of positive reviews, I thought we would give it a try. I went in there confident that I had just found our new place to get our Philly's from. When I get home and start giving my family their food, that was the first dissatisfaction. It looked like they had just thrown everything on the box without even trying to make it looks nice. It was all just a mess. When I tried the Strawberry lemonade, I spit it right back out. I dont know how long they had that Strawberry pureed sitting at the counter, but it was already fermented. It was so gross. Lastly, when I tried the original Philly, it was so bland. It didn't even have salt and pepper on it. There was no flavor, nothing for me taste. It felt like as if I was just eating bread. I will definitely not be going back. The prices they charge for the quality they serve, does not match up.

First time trying Charlys...Nothing against this location but it's just very disappointing.

I have never eaten their food, but that is not my fault. I ordered & paid for a meal to be delivered on 6/19/21 and it was delivered over an hour and a half later after I had even attempted to cancel after the first hour! I did not accept the cold, old food & the delivery person told me she wouldn't either. It was a computer glitch on the delivery order place. A dozen calls over a 2 week period and they were to credit my account for the order. It is now 8/17/21 and still no credit to my account & no answer on their phones either. NO way will I eat there if they can't handle their business.

This place double charged a customer online and tried to back out of the rip off..the lady was on the phone with her bank and the manager was still insisting the bank was wrong..I sat and ate a sandwich with very little meat and didn't bother with a dispute..First time..LAST TIME..check your sandwich orders check your receipt be causiious..

Waited 25 minutes in the drive thru. Ordered an Original Cheesesteak and bacon cheese fries. Fries were barely cooked and the cheesesteak was like beef jerky with barely any cheese whiz. The sandwich was inedible like the fries. What a waste of 22 dollars. NEVER AGAIN screw this place. Trash food and super slow service. Negative stars 🤮🤢🤮🤢🤮

This Charley's is an embarrassment compared to the other ones I've tried in other areas like the mills and the one in Anaheim their fries don't have seasoning and their subs don't have the same sauces as they do in other locations making the sandwich and fries taste less very dissapointed I will not be coming back to this one again!

I should’ve went with my first mind and just canceled the order but we had already been sitting & waiting to eat. We ordered 2 regular philly’s, wings and fries. The philly’s are always just ok, which is fine.. I don’t expect too much from a chain fast food spot as is.. but this time they were horrible, meat barely chopped, flavorless, & barely any cheese. The wings were absolutely terrible this go round & that’s what I really went in for. Even though I asked them to be well done, they were not.. they were chewy and seemed as if they were dropped in the oil for a moment and taken right out. All in all …I’d try another location but absolutely won’t step foot into this spot again based off of the workers attitude & threats. After my wife collected the meal & went to the car, I simply asked her what her problem was & the attitude & rudeness was uncalled for, it went downhill from there. The owner is very very welcoming, friendly, & attentive. The food ordered when we went while he was there was even made with every request & was fully cooked!! I guess they only act on their best behavior when he’s around.
