Need to rank this particular Panera the lowest of any I have eaten at. Some of the meal item ingredients were not in stock, beverage options were not maintained, and restroom items were missing. Arrgh! Although this location is very spacious, bright (lots of windows), and clean, it is not cozy like most locations. If you have a choice pass on this location.

I love Panera Mac n cheese it’s the one thing I consistently order. Today I got it via drive thru and it was scalding hot. I waited 10minutes still too hot to eat, 20mins still burning, 30 mins past and I still have to blow on it to eat it. If I knew I was going to have to wait 30+ minutes to eat my food I would have got something else.

I got the steak and cheese more like steak & horse radish!!! Do NOT get the steak and cheese I still cannot get the taste of the radish out of my mouth. I think it was pretty overpriced as well for the sandwich and very small bag of chips. Staff was very friendly but I would not go back. Just a heads up this location does not have a lot of the stuff you see online.

Place was obviously short staff took 40+ to get threw the drive thru But the customer service was still on point the lady was very nice and even gave us extra chip for the wait. My issue is with the quality controll over the portions. I ordered a turkey bacon avocado BLT. Which was mostly bread barely any turkey, they put the heal of the tomato into my sandwich and forgot my avocado. I paid over 12 bucks for a incomplete sandwich that wasn't even worth 5. Hopefully panera reads these reviews and decides to do something about it

I had to cancel my sips club although I literally work right next to it, they take way too long. Even if you use the kiosk they still take super long. Idk why they even have order ahead or order at kiosk if it literally saves you no time. I used to love coming here but over time it’s just gone down hill. I stood in line to order one drink for 10 min. ….

This is a depressing Panera and more indicative of the company in general. Prices have gone up, quality down. They can't even be bothered to have someone at the register you have to use a kiosk and then hope someone pays attention to you to give you the cup you bought. Not a great experience at all. I'm sad just thinking about the last time I was here.

This is purely on the speed of the service at the drive through. Im not sure why there is a drive-through at panera to begin with but I had to take a piss and I had waited so long already that I got out of the car and walked inside to pee and the line in front of me moved one car space when I got back to the car. Im litterally not even kidding.

Food was wonderful absolutely delicious but the staff was straight rude I ordered a second thing to go and I got dirty looks because I ordered a dish to go with another drink won't be back to this Panera

I went to this location today and I originally went to get the bacon and Spinach soufflé, I was told "were going to be out of all of those" I replied " even the four cheese ones?" She checked and said they had one, great! But then as im eating it I noticed the bottom is still raw.

The last couple times I picked up a drive-through online pick up order the girl at the window was very moody and seemed to be bothered by me when I asked if I can have extra sauce another time they forgot something in my order and I asked for it and the same girl gave me an attitude about it. This last time I came they forgot THE CHICKEN in my chicken frontega sandwich and I called the manager and he didn’t seemed bothered by this or concerned as I drove all the way home just to find no chicken in my already overpriced lunch….this location just isn’t the best. So far my favorite location has been the one on hospitality in San Bernardino. They hardly ever make mistakes and the staff is so nice and helpful.

Went tonight and ordered a Tuscan Chicken sandwich through the drive thru. Was told that they were out of ciabatta bread and recommended it be on whole grain. My husband got it home and is instead done type of a beef sandwich with almost nothing on it even. Have to eat it as I amd hungry and sick so not able to go right back! BTW no signature on the "Order Checked By" line

So I ordered two sandwiches, each costing about 12 dollars. One was turkey avocado and the other was steak and white cheddar. When I got the sandwiches the turkey sandwich was great, in fact it looked like a really good turkey avocado sandwich. On the other hand, the "steak" sandwich was literally a 4 inch piece of chibata with a tiny sliver of meat and a slice of cheese. Both of these sandwiches cost the same amount of money. I won't be back.

we didn't have a good breakfast visit this morning at all. we ordered a few items and as we waited for them to come out we were given a bag by the worker and they sent us off. once we stepped outside the door, we checked our bag and we were missing items. i went back inside and the bag was on the counter so the team member just seemed to want us out of the store. we ate in the car as with CoViD currently we aren't able to dine in. our chipotle chicken breakfast wraps were both cold as if they had just been sitting out. we went back inside and got those exchanged as well. we don't plan on returning to this location as we received poor customer service and poor food service as well.
