I want to start off by saying I love wingstop but this place was so filthy by far it has to be the dirtiest wingstop I have been to. The food was good but the tables and restrooms were very dirty and almost every table had food left on them.

Recently I've been coming to various wingstops due to the chicken sandwich combo. It's very high in protein for a fast food chicken sandwich and a great price. This is the third time I've came to this location and received disappointing or inadequate service. Today was wild... four people that i could see on staff. Two of them on their phones. The other one leaning but didn't notice me standing there. One of the employees walked passed me and starting grilling the employee who was leaning. Mentioning how there was somewhere there. Yet i have still haven't even been greeted. The boy comes up and asks if its a pick up order or for here. Then says I'll grab as cashier for you. Never got a greeting, no upsell, and why doesn't anyone ever ask if the meal is for here at this location. Talking shit about how a customer spent 150 on wings should really be kept in the back. What do these people think pays them? That order... I am really into those chicken sandwiches. So let's see how next time goes.

I placed an Order through Uber eats. I was supposed to receive 12 bone in wings. I ended up getting six bone in and six bone out. All of the wings look like they were fried and they slapped the sauce on top. Seemed like there was no effort to make my wings correctly. I do not recommend this establishment. I wasted $65. Very disappointed

I love wingstop but bever again coming.. idk what that is but thats discusting im soo disappointed DO NOT EAT HERE PLEASE.. this is going to make me sickkk

Went in to get some chicken and right before I could order a roach popped out on the soda machine. The didnin area was filthy and there 2 baskets of pre cooked chicken. Sorry but it's a NO for me. I walked right back out. Customer service was good she was nice and quick to ask for my order.

Went in to get my order, as I walked in there was a bunch of people waiting for their orders, orders were just placed on the rack with no one calling out names. One guest place her order at 5pm and set a time for pick up and it was not even ready the time was 7:30pm. Online order are not giving the correct time of pick up. I asked for a refund and the host just wrote on my receipt and told me it takes 3-5 business days I then asked if I can get refunded now she told me that her manager isn’t there until Friday I proceeded to asked for a supervisor and apparently they were on lunch. Not the customer service that i expected. I just hope my husband receives his refund back.

Bad service. Came in with me and my client and we both order, I got mines first because I order online. Took forever and they were extremely rude. They need more assistance. More help. It’s overly packed, and they provide bad service due too high demand and unorganization. Didn’t even get my ranch, and that’s the way I love too eat my wings and fries, way too packed and crowed. Hirer more professional and get more organized.

Disgusting, disgusting. I had food poisoning so bad that I almost ended up at the hospital. Do not buy from here. Everything is cooked in the same oil. Seems like the oil never changes. Be careful eating this food. I'm not a picky person with food at all. I never had any issues with food. I never had food poisoning in my life and this was the worst experience I could have ever had. Never again trying Wingstop.

last time i came here, i got a 10 piece and upgraded my fries to large and they weren’t large, i didn’t think anything of it because people make mistakes... today the same thing happened and on top of that, my 10 piece was all drums. i never said i wanted that?!

I made an order online at 9:15pm because the wait time here is long, from previous experience. When I get into the establishment to pay for my order, the order was done wrong. I asked for wings to be well done. It said it on their ticket the cook just chose not to do it. So then they had to redo my order and when they did my wings they were dry, extra salty and burnt. Some of my fries were also cold and salty. The attitudes from the shift manager to the other employees were unprofessional. I will not be coming back to this wingstop. Their lack of customer service, my food was completely sabotaged and unenjoyable. Keep in mind I had my 7yr old daughter with me and she had to eat this food the way they served because she was hungry and it was too late to go anywhere else. I also am 7mos pregnant and very hungry. I am a dissatisfied customer.

We usually order at this location when visiting from out of state and generally it’s okay. It’s not as great as other Wingstop’s we’ve been to around the country but it’s been the best in this area of California. Except for today. We ordered 12 mild buffalo wings with 3 lemon pepper dry rub, large side of fries with 2 drinks. The only thing that was correct about our order was the drinks and those were filled by my husband. They gave us 13 buffalo and 2 lemon pepper and even then, they placed the lemon pepper under the buffalo and they were swimming in buffalo sauce. Out of the 100s of times that we’ve ordered wings from Wing Stop, they’ve always wrapped the dry rub separately from the buffalo wings. The large fry hardly had any fries in it and they were very lightly seasoned if you can even call them seasoned at all. They are plain cold fries. And not that it’s a huge deal but definitely frustrating, they gave us all flats and no drumsticks. The drumsticks are my favorite. When my husband called, they wanted us to drive 30 minutes back to the store to show them proof. The manager had a ton of attitude and refused to do anything. This is not and never has been Wingstops policy. Stephanie needs some training on customer service and is definitely not ready for a management role. I am going to go and review all the great Wingstops we’ve been to before because they have gone above and beyond anytime an order was wrong but generally our regular Wingstops are great to begin with. This one is definitely lacking and not up to par.
