I've been coming to this Braums location for over 15 years. They are pretty fast and their ice cream is always delicious 😋

Staff was well organized, taking great care of customers, and actively working with each other to get orders out. I was glad to see they primarily serve and carry A2 Milk.

I was actually happy with fast food. Ms Keshia was so attentive to not just u s but others. Our food was good, hot, and fast. My yogurt swirl was perfect!

My family and I go here all the time. This is our favorite braum's. We get dessert for everybody for 15 bucks, and about that much for food too. We are always looking for the milk deals or the ice cream specials and we can't wait to go back

Probably one of the best Braum's I have been to. The ice cream was delicious and we recieved some wonderful customer service from one of the workers. I did not catch his name, but he was wearing a red head cover and a blue jacket. He was smiling and happily helping his coworkers all around the store. The entire time we were eating there I did not see him in just one place. He might have been a shift leader or something, but definitely one of the friendlier ones I've encountered. He treated everyone with courtesy and seemed to genuinely interact with people. I wish I caught his name cause he deserves a raise! 😃

Had the #1 with a light chocolate shake. It tasted as usual. I'm a frequent customer at any Braums. The store has the best milk and steaks with a variety of other great items to purchase.

This location serves the BEST burgers. I always order my usual-- the #5 Quarter Lb. Bacon Cheeseburger. They always make the bacon in my burger crispy and just like how it looks on the menu. Plus, you can upgrade your drink to a shake FOR FREE! This is definitely one of my favorite go-to spots. 👍

Found a nice little niche for adecent flavorful breakfast for less than half of what I been paying at other restaurants. Opens at 6am and the morning crew is really very friendly and hardworking employees. I would like to give a shout out especially to Eric. The employee remembers my order and makes my tea hpot and fresh. The morning crew go out of their way to make your visit welcoming while setting up an enormous amount of parts and foodstuff. I stopped by Braum’s recently and was treated by mu friend for her defending thrsis proposal to their banana split, and it was absolutely perfect. The bananas were fresh and ripe, the ice cream scoops were rich and creamy, and the toppings were generous without being overwhelming. Each bite had the right balance of sweetness and flavor, from the chocolate and strawberry syrups to the whipped cream and cherry on top. It felt like a classic dessert made with real care. If you want something nostalgic yet indulgent, Braum’s banana split is hands down one of the best around.

Decent burgers, Delicious ice cream. They were super busy when we were there on Labor Day but still holding down the fort pretty well. Only minor complaint is that some of the tables weren't especially clean, but nothing a wipe down with some wet paper towels we got from the restroom couldn't solve.

If I could give fast food 5 stars, this would be the 1 and the location. This is the best place to get a drive through burger that I have ever found. Not only can you get a good hamburger, but a nice salad, a great milkshake, and good chicken strips. This chain is good, but struggles with standardizing quality across their locations, but luckily this one is a winner.

I can only rate the ice cream as that's the only item I had. Great ice cream and great value. I made two purchases, two different days. The first time service was a little slow but it was worth it. Second time, service was quick and great. If you want ice cream desserts, I recommend it (banana split or fancy sundae!).

Ordered 5 meals ... was asked to pull to side and they would bring it out. First they got kids shake wrong. Then they brought out only burgers, forgetting the fries. By the time I got all my food and got home, it was cold. I only live 5 min. away! They were not busy when I got there, only one person ahead of me and no one behind me. This is the first time service has been not so good for me. I will say, the young man bringing my food out was super nice and apologized numerous times. So cuddos to him.

I love Braum's, but every time I come to this location (1st weekend of every month), all of the tables are dirty and I have to clean one myself. 😕 They have someone come empty the trash, but not clean the tables. The floor is generally dirty too. Ice cream: 5/5 Cleanliness: 2/5

It took almost 45 minutes to get our order. But, Ms. LaKeshia, the manager was AWESOME!!! She made sure that we got our order, as swiftly as possible. SHE WAS GREAT!!!

My order was right and the food was tasty as usual. However, this place looked like a tornado had ripped through it. The tables were all dirty, trash was all over the floor, and the area behind the ice cream counter looks like it's seen better days. The management needs to enforce some higher standards of cleanliness. It makes you wonder what else is happening that is unseen if what is right out in the open appears so unkempt.

Wow...so disappointed. I am a fireman with 3 kids so we dont go out to eat much. Ordered a malt, 3 cups of random ice cream, a mixer and a hot fudge sundae. We got most of it in this drink carrier, only the malt and one cup of ice cream came with a lid. I found this odd. Then when we got the mixer and sundae the lady put the mixer into a brown paper bag and kind of threw it to me me. I opened the bag and it was lying sideways with the lid off. After more investigation, the mixer was vanilla soft serve "yogurt" and exactly 2 oreos on top. Really disappointed. I was really excited and so was the wife but when we got everything it was really sloppy....exactly zero TLC. Saturday night @ 7pm. If this was 10 minutes prior to closing maybe. We actually were talking about this might take bruams 20 minutes to make our order, they were busy and have never been known to me as fast as they cook to order. From order to us getting it was maybe 5 minutes. I can see why now. Been a Bruams customer for 20 years! Really a bummer in my mind!

Ice cream was good... plenty of options. But the customer service was not, one of our orders was wrong and when we told the employee he didn't offer a solution. Just stared blankly at us like saying "okay."

Great quality ice cream and froyo. You can also buy groceries here. However, there were close to no options for vegetarians other than ice cream and fries.

This is a classic stop for ice cream. Have always loved their selection of flavors. The burgers and fries are good. I would recommend for dine on only as the drive through is always VERY slow. I’ve waited in line 30+ before and it was not like the line was wrapped around the building. Overall a nice little spot for a sweet treat, only wish I didn’t have to go in to enjoy.

Very cool place with fast food, ice cream, and groceries. I had the banana bread sundae which was delicious but a little on the rich side. The place need a bit of housekeeping and cleanup. The staff was also very unfriendly and cold. As much as I like the concept and the quality I was turned off by the service received.

Been going here for years but Friday night was not good. Order was wrong on 3 counts, servers at the second window were surly. Not the norm here.

The food is decent and it’s what’s expected of a fast food restaurant. A hometown classic some might say. However, the atmosphere is enough to give you an aneurysm. The lighting, the tables, everything is out of date and irritating. Makes it hard to sit in a place so inhospitable and stuffy. Other than that, the food is good and well priced.

Stood their for about 5 minutes with at least 5 people working. The one cashier just stared at us and didn’t take our ice cream orders. Then a woman who appeared to be a manager didn’t do anything but ask who was working the front. Eventually the line grew to about 10 people waiting. We just bought ice cream out the store instead and left. Never had this experience before at Braums. Kind of ridiculous as to why the cashier was unable to work the register and ice cream line since they were the only person at the front.

Place was dirty, the seats and tables were not clean. Very sticky you could see all kinds of stains on tables and seats were dirty. I do need to say Britney the cashier was Excellent very friendly and polite. Quik service on food and ice cream.

I love Braums, but every single time I go to this location my order is consistently wrong.

I always go inside the store to purchase my favorite chocolate almond ice cream. The cashier usually appears behind the cash register by the time I get there. Not this time, the Hispanic looked right at me standing there waiting for a cashier and she went to another area and just stood there. I finally shouted out for help. Guess who showed up like nothing happened? I never go to the ice cream counter inside the store, so one of the young people there told HER that I needed help!!! These people need to lose their jobs in order to appreciate the privilege of having one in America, not everyone does!

The space wasn’t terrible however there was a lady by the name of Griselda who was extremely rude and had zero customer service skills. She was very short with I tried ordering a meal with a milk shake and she proceeded to tell me that I would have to order my food in one line and wait in a different line and pay for my ice cream there. Never have I ever not been able to change my drink to a milk shake. I brought in a group of 17+ people and she had the same posture with every single student. I will never come back here if I see her working the front register.

I have never felt more invisible. I picked up 2 cartons of ice cream and went to the grocery checkout. No one even looked in that direction so after a while I took the ice cream cartons to the regular ice cream checkout where a guy was dipping ice cream not 3 feet from me. I was never acknowledged in any way. So I left the ice cream on the counter and left. I hope they saw it before it melted.

Worst experience of my life! We normally love Braum’s food and ice cream. We go to the Centennial location all the time and it’s always been a good experience even late at night. This location was very different. My family and I ordered and paid for our food at 10:28 pm, got our food about 10:40 pm. I didn’t eat my food hot so that I could order ice cream. I specifically asked an employee behind the counter if I could still get ice cream and have time to eat it because I knew they closed soon. She said yes and they started making our sundaes. Nothing was packaged to go and there was no indication that we needed to leave to eat our ice cream. (I wouldn’t have come there if I thought that.) While I paid out at 10:48 pm, a new person appeared, Laquoya, and yelled rudely over a microphone “We’re closed, leave out the side door”. I thought surely she meant after eating the $55 worth of food that we just ordered. I sat down and took the first bite of my food. She came back maybe 6-8 minutes later and yelled at us again, at which time my husband went to talk to her and get lids and things to take our food togo. While he talked to her, she then accused us of “refusing to leave” and CALLED THE COPS at 11:01, only 13 minutes after paying out. I got upset and told her we weren’t refusing to leave we were paying customers and were just trying to eat the food we purchased a few minutes ago. I asked for my receipt and bags. She wouldn’t give me my receipt and ignored my request for a bag, another employee had to get it for me. All of this in front of my small children. Terrible experience! Horribly rude and unprofessional asking someone to leave when they just got their food. Surely this isn’t how Braum’s trains their managers to treat people!

As we soon as we entered, we were looked at a very discriminately way and from that we started to feel a wave of envy. They don’t wanna see us winning, they wanted to send me back to Asia (zaza foreign). Not only this incident in this specific timeframe, the manager disrespected the existence of my cologne too.

Only reason this place has good reviews is all the old people, it gets so busy to the fact people are so un caring about how the shakes are made and they should call they’re sundaes sad daes it’s doesn’t take that much time and effort for things to look nice and god the water they put they’re scoops back into

Extremely rude!! Rolled her eyes and scoffed when I didn’t want my sandwich to be part of the meal combo. She rudely said I should have told her it wasn’t the combo before she put it in when I ordered just the sandwich. Again when ordering a milkshake she snapped at us for telling her the size first instead of the flavor. Food was fine.

Shocking! My wife had gum surgery so had limits on what she could eat. She wanted a shake and fries so off to Braum's I went. I ordered her a shake and an order of fries plus two more shakes for the grandkids plus a burger for myself. The line wasn't long but I did have to repeat my order several times before I thought they got it correct. I went to the first window to pay then proceeded to the next window for the food. They handed me the bag of food and said the shakes would be right out. I looked inside the bag and there was no fries. I assumed it was lost in the ordering process so took out my credit card again and when the manager Hailey handed me my shakes I told her there was a mistake and I didn't get the fries and she told me they weren't in the order. I told her it must have been a mistake so could I order one now- I had my credit card out the window- THE FRIES were two feet from Hailey. She said sorry but I would have to go back through the line!!!!! Looking behind me the line was now long so asked again but she just shut the window in my face!! Normally I would have just driven off but it's really the main reason I was there. I spent 15 minutes back in line just to get the fries. Hailey said nothing when I returned to her window. She just stuck her hand out with the bag of fries and then shut the window. No offer of ketchup or not even a thanks. Got home and my burger was cold, the shakes melted but the fries were hot. I know this is a long review but I've never been treated like this so just wanted to make sure I could tell my story and vent my frustrations.

I felt very uncomfortable with fellow workers who took away my salt and we were looked at in suspicious manner. I felt the black girls aura rise and scare my aura away. I left away sad and not wanting to come back.

I ordered two cookie cream cone and i found something with blue colour in one of my cone when told the same to the lady manager she was like i cant do anything things like this always happened here and she didn’t changed or refund my payment but she was like let me abuse and insult you little more and what she offered me was like i can give you the same amount of ice cream what you have left to eat right now. Very disappointed from this location. Also their mix n chill machines and all the mixer machines was very dirty unfortunately i dint have any pics for now otherwise i upload that here and also report the same to city of richardson but i will make sure when i visit the same location next time i will take the pictures and report them to city of richardson and braums corporate office also. They should fire that lady manager who doesn’t have any knowledge how to behave with customers.

My husband and I went to this location on Aug 22 at 6:18 PM , our order number was 565324. A hispanic lady handed our ice cream at the drive thru , I got a Cookies and Cream and my husband got the Butter Pecan. She greeted us and said Hello, before we could even greet her she said in Spanish we were "mal educados" which means ill-mannered. I don't appreciate someone telling me in Spanish I'm ill-mannered, I assumed she thought we wouldn't understand because we look white, but as a hispanic, I am extremely disappointed by the customer service at this location and we will not be back. Your staff has a horrible attitude and you should not be putting labels on your customers!

was at the drive thru around 8:40pm. gentleman that took my order was very nice at the speaker and when paying. i head over to the second window and the older woman hands me my two cones with one small napkin so. i ask if i could please have some napkins and she turns immediately and shuts the glass window. my ice cream is melting so i decide to wait for a bit until she comes back around to the window. 2 minutes later she comes to the window and rolls her eyes while huffing and puffing when she sees me. i ask: can i please have some napkins. as she’s getting them she mumbles aloud (clearly because i heard her) she says: you really sat here and waited for some napkins so i respond i asked you for some but you closed the window she looks at me with attitude huffing and puffing and tells me to “have a good night” lol it was a good night until that encounter. very rude woman. please only put kind people at the window and at the very least hand out sufficient napkins. if employees working aren’t happy then maybe y’all should communicate and find out why.

Least crispy chicken sandwich I've had, was soggy and dull in color.

What has happened to Braum’s?! They use to have great burgers that were big and now they’re the size of a kids burger. The ice cream mixes are never full like DQ. The mixes are seriously 3/4 full. My wife went through the drive thru and ordered two burger meals an ice cream Sunday and two mixes. She had to wait for literally 20 mins in the drive thru line and then only got one burger, the mixes were 3/4 full and her Sunday barely had any hot fudge in it. Braun’s use to be awesome. I’ve seriously loved them all my life and now the food quantity is a joke and I don’t understand the drive thru wait times. Come on Braums get it together!

I guess the drive thru is their money maker. Salad to go for me never came after 18 minutes. Got a refund. The number of people sitting around waiting for their food inside was sizable while the drive thru kept moving. I like the food. I am not a drive-through patron, so I will stay away.

I went to this Braum's today and ordered a double dipped sundae in the drive thru totaling $4.10, I pull ahead to the next window to get my sundae and there is a roach sitting on top of my strawberries dead. I had to make sure I was seeing correctly, so I took the lid off and see that this bug in fact does have antennas. I get someone's attention and tell her that it has a bug on it and I would like my money back, she says oh...pull in a parking spot and I'll remake it. Not what I wanted nor what I said, so I park and go inside. She hands me another sundae and I advise her that I wanted my money back as I have now lost my appetite. She says oh, goes in the back and take over 6 mins to come back. I'm on a 30 min lunch break so I don't have time for this. I ask another worker to please go get someone else because I just need my $4 back so that I can leave. The shift manager comes to the register after now me being in this store way too long. She hands me $3.45, I tell her that I paid $4.10 and explained how I just needed $4 back and again that I am rushing so that I can get back to work. There was an older lady there whom the shift manager gets to speak with me. They ask if I have a receipt and continuously explain that It's only $3.45 that I'm owed. I tell them that I handed the lady a $10 bill and a dime, she gave me $6 back. The older lady says well yes 4+6 would be $10. Maam don't insult me when you obviously just aren't accounting for the tax that this sundae has on it because it's $3.45 on the menu with no tax added. At this point she finally just hands me the $4 still explaining that I'm "wrong". No apology that there was a bug in my food and no accountability on arguing with me about change. The service was poor, the restaurant was not clean, and there was no way that a bug should have made it to me because I immediately seen it, why didn't yall?

I always order the orange sherbet freeze… this is the first time that I ordered it and received basically an orange flavored soda. It was watery, and didn’t taste good at all! I was tempted to return it, but I was scared what they might give me in return… if anything at all. On top of that, the service was very poor. There was a lady hollering at someone while I was ordering through the drive thru to her. Then the same lady gave me the milkshake I had also ordered but it was covered with melting milkshake all over the cup, which made a huge sticky mess! They kept trying to give me a vanilla milkshake, which I didn’t order. It was the worst service from this location that I’ve ever received!

Usually I love Braums diff location but ☹️Sadly this time this location was DISAPPOINTING . They were NOT BUSY we're only car. Then one car behind us as they hand me out food, 1 drink mine was not ready Cheryl Limeade no ice, guys say I'll bring out in moment. Still only 1 car behind us.. Well 5 cars later NO DRINK I went inside finally got my drink had to STILL MAKE IT 😱had to come back it was bitter need more cherry. Usually I’m always happy coming to eat here but today I was so disappointed because The manager decided not to change $100 bill that my daughters wanted a ice cream that is an acceptable. I am a manager of a restaurant as well. At this time I know I should have changed for that. Now. I gotta take my daughter somewhere else because of him.

I recently had a disappointing experience at Braum's. The staff was incredibly rude when I asked about the menu prices. They seemed annoyed and didn't provide clear answers, which left me feeling frustrated. To make matters worse, when I ordered my burgers, they refused to give me any sauce, claiming it was an extra charge. I felt like they were lying about the prices and not being upfront about their policies. Overall, it was a very unsatisfactory visit, and I won't be returning anytime soon.

We recently went to this location and a friend of mine has a gluten and peanut allergy. She stated this multiple times to the workers so that they'd take caution when making her ice cream. She ordered a double dip strawberry chocolate sundae and was specific with her details (to please change gloves, etc.) While she stood there, we all saw the manager tell an employee to place two scoops of strawberry ice cream that had already been contaminated by being on top of shortcakes(on a customer's order who had changed their mind) back in the ice cream bin. This is a complete disregard of those with allergies and should never be done. The manager`s name was Theresa. I should note that Jaydon was very helpful and accommodating to my friend's allergy and made sure her order was allergy free.

The servers were racist and gave me and my friends too much attitude. One of them couldn’t understand what we were ordering, also she was sooo slow. An other lady gave us too much attitude just for asking an extra glass. Am attaching their picture below. Don’t let them serve you when you go next.

I always buy frozen yogurt ,but this branch had the worst ,the cone was half empty and it was already melted and the cone was liking

My fiance and I just left this Braum's maybe 20 minutes ago. We ordered a single dip strawberry shortcake sundae and some other ice cream items for the kids. We went through the drive thru. They handed the items to us, and as we were passing them around the car, I went to take a bite out of the cake part, and it's completely frozen. The spoon wouldn't go into it at all, and you could even hear the ice chipping noise/sharp thud when the spoon would hit the cake. We told the Hispanic lady who gave us our ice cream immediately, and then a dark black lady with dreads came up to the window and said with an attitude, "How is it frozen? We don't even freeze them." Obviously, there is no way for us to know how the cake became frozen. We just know that it is. So, we show her how the spoon literally will not go through any part of the cake. They take it back and then come back, and the black lady says it is from the strawberry filling and just keeps repeating that they don't freeze the cake... I asked her if they could just make another one. She gives it back to the Hispanic and tells her to remake it, then slams the drive thru window shut... Unfortunately, I did not see a nametag on the black lady. A man named Tre came back with the remake and was really nice about it. The rudeness of the black lady had already spoiled the thrill of a small treat for me, though... She should've offered to remake it and not ask us how it got messed up, and she definitely should not have had an attitude about it. Edit: Her name is LaKeisha. My complaint is really about her poor customer service. A simple, "I'm sorry that happened, let me make you another one" would've kept us happy.

We arrived a family group of approx more than 10 people. During the order we were advice napkins were limited per Ms. Katelyn, young female with no proper uniform or name tag. Shortly after we were advised it’s time to leave and orders needed to be taken out. We kindly responded, it’s fine. Then by the time we ordered and sat down, few minutes later Jared another employee, again no proper uniform or name tag. Approaching table by table asking all customers in the location to leave. Advising in his words.. “You guys have to literally leave right now!” The couple in front of us was in shock but left the location. Then it was our turn. Sadly, we weren’t even given our food that was ordered! Manager is Sam. Unfortunately she is not fit to run this store nor manage a team and customer service. Corporate this unacceptable service!

Last time they got my order wrong and this time we ordered a chicken sandwich meal and an extra fry with a limeade for the drink. They forgot the fries and the sauces. The sandwich wasn’t a patty it was strips which I’m not sure if they were out of patties or if they were just lazy and didn’t want to make it properly. The drink was basically sour water. Zero care in the world for their products or attention to detail. Not sure if I want to return a 3rd time if they are going to mess every aspect of my meal up every time I go. Sad just sad

No service, long wait times, cold food. We were here for a soccer tournament. After our first game we had time for breakfast, so we decided to visit this location. The opening shift was 3 employees that we could see. One was at the drive through window the other two were talking and then randomly doing a task then back to talking. They did see us waiting to order. We finally ordered and waited for our number to be called. We got our cups and went to fill our cups. We were hiven a coffee cup for the fountain drink, so I went back to the counter to request the large drink I ordered and I had to wait 5-8min before one of the ladies decided to finally stop talking and come over. They did see me. We made eye contact multiple times. The drink station was dirty and had not been wipped down in what looked like a while. It should have been clean as it was 8:00 am and closing shift should have deep cleaned. There were 3 people in front of us. It took over 40min for our food to arrive. We ordered biscuits and gravy, hashbrowns, a burrito, a breakfast plater, coffee and fountain drinks. Unfortunately we didn't even eat half of our food. The biscuits were chewy and rubbery and hard all at the same time. The gravy had sausage pieces torn up & somewhat mixed in, not cooked in. The breakfast plate was cold sausage and food. The burrito was soggy. The hashbrowns were room temp and soft, no crunch or warmth at all. We didn't have time to reorder or complain so we just left. Even if we had informed the staff of the terrible food quality, I'm sure nothing would have been done as they did not care about the customers.

I ordered a burger with a medium fry. They gave me a small fry with literally 8 total fries in the bag. Didn’t realize until I got home. What a disappointment.

Service level… very poor. Manager on duty was not leading team. Hard to even tell who was the Manager… I had to ask. Line was almost out the door and employees were not helping move the line. Customer were obviously unhappy, a few walked out. Food was cold and our order came out in swifts. When addressed with Mgr, reply was sorry we are short staffed. They might have been understaffed , but the the bigger issue was, no direction or leadership from the Manager. I felt sorry for the employees!!

A kid name Kenderian or something like that treated me and my 2 years old daughter with such an attitude. At first, I wanted to frozen yogurt, but he ended up giving me a messy melting frozen yogurt and when I told him I do not want that since it was dripping all over the cone, he rolled his eyes at me and his side, and then he handed me this. Please stop hiring high school. Kids would attitudes.

Wow that was awful. Walk in, it takes forever to get acknowledged by an employee. Finally, A CHILD waltzes up and takes my order. Couldn’t have been older than 8 years old. I guess this place employs child labor. Finally place my order (#5 combo) and get upsold to large fries and large soda, but no cup was provided (I guess 8 year olds are forgetful). I didn’t have to wait long for my order to be fulfilled, but that speed came at the huge cost of accuracy. What I got was a bland, lukewarm burger. The cheese wasn’t melted, and there was NO BACON! How do you mess that up? The “large” fries left much to be desired, and were ice cold. I have no idea how that managed to go out. What is going on here?! Didn’t even bother to try to get a refund. Attempting so would mean standing around and then surely having to plead my case to an 8 year old. When I moved to Texas, everyone sang praises about how great Braums is. Maybe the ice cream is great, but their burgers and customer service are trash. I would not recommend anyone go here.
