I love my first experience here! The service was so quick, helpful, and consistent. The food is so fresh filling but doesn't make you feel icky inside, I am still full of energy! The vibes and atmosphere in here makes me want to come back, it's very clean as well. Food is super yummy!! Employee working Saturday at 12 when they opened was extremely rude. She did not want to be there. Was planning on dining in, but after the rude treatment I wanted to exit the restaurant asap. Had to take my food to-go back to the Hotel. Definitely would not walk in and order to this restaurant , would only order on app to-go to avoid the rude employees

No notes — just fantastic! ✨ I went here for lunch today and I already know I’ll be back! The Bang Bang Chicken + double Serrano Aioli sauce was perfect for me. My mom loved her shrimp + Hawaiian sauce. Everything was fresh, fast, and delicious.

The food was delicious and fresh with A lot of variety! I do think they skimped a little bit on the protein, but I guess that's pretty normal with pokè. I ordered my bowl to go with the sauce on the side and sadly the sauce was missing 😭 However, when we went in the store to pick up the pokè bowl the employees were super helpful and happy!!

Definitely Ono! Pokeworks offers a great variety of poke options, so there’s something for everyone. I opted for 2 scoops of fresh ahi, served on white steamed rice. While many poke spots use sushi rice, the white rice still worked well here. The texture was nice, and it didn’t take away from the overall flavor. The ahi pieces were a bit on the small side, but they were still very fresh and tasty. The sauces and toppings were pretty standard, but they complemented the poke nicely. Some of the toppings, like pineapple, orange slices, and corn, were a bit unconventional for a traditional poke bowl, but they added an interesting twist if you're looking for something different. I also tried the mac salad, which was pretty bland and didn’t give off that homestyle Hawaiian vibe I was expecting. The garlic spam musubi was pre-made and sitting under a heat lamp, which made it look a bit unappealing—it was easy to pass on that one. Service-wise, Isabelle was very welcoming with a warm Aloha vibe, which made the experience feel friendly. On the other hand, Nick’s response to my questions made him seem a bit clueless, which was a bit of a letdown. Great spot overall—reasonable prices and tasty poke. My only gripe is the music; I’d choose something different to match the vibe, but I get it. Still, I’d definitely return for the fresh ingredients and satisfying poke bowl!

I love this place, we have been coming here for over two years. We drive almost 45 mins from Maricopa City to eat here... But recently the quality of the fish went down, and every time we go there there's someone new and they do not do a good job. Example, today I asked for greens only for base, I saw him put it in the bowl... But only after I left realized there's rice in it, so either he still added rice or picked the wrong bowl. Will give one more try and then we might be done with this place... Sad

The blonde woman working during the Friday lunch shift was rude and irritable, like she was mad about something. It was loud we could barely understand what she was saying (my friend is a native English speaker). Honestly, no matter how good the food is, I don’t think I’ll be coming back. I was so taken aback that I left my first ever Google Maps review. That said, the other staff were friendly.

I’m a regular at this spot, and my husband just brought home our to-go “half bowls”. I don’t know if to be mad or laugh at this! Is this a joke?!! lol I’m not sure if a new employee was being trained today, but the portions were unusually small. The serving we received was truly disappointing. This is just ridiculous!
