Wow. The gravy is amazing. I didn’t know that chicken and waffles needed gravy until now. Wonderful breakfast place. You will not leave hungry.

My family and I drove 45 minutes to try this brunch spot, and it was so good! The service was lovely and the food was wonderful! We had a 10/10 experience. The seating and the ambiance was fantastic, and the servers were so attentive. My only issue was this Karen two tables away that kept obnoxiously complaining. She was probably racist because the service did not disappoint. I think she just wanted a free meal because she ate the whole plate. Anyhow, I would 100% recommend this spot, and hope that your experience has less Karens.

This is exciting to have a great breakfast in Richardson! The staffs are friendly! The food options are appealing! The crab Benedict was great! And my friend ordered scrambled tofu. She is happy that they offered that because not many places do. Matcha latte was ok to me though.

My new favorite breakfast/brunch spot! The coffee is delicious, and I loved the cloud cakes. The chicken and waffle were very good as well and everything takes like it’s made with high quality ingredients. The restaurant is extremely clean and the staff was nice.

Liked the menu choices on paper. The Crab Cake "Benny" had undercooked crab cakes - unhealthy to say the least (ceviche and sushi have remediating ingredients). The Sunset Huevos was assembled delightfully but the tomatillo sauce was too thin for my liking. Loved the choice of black beans and the bed of (again, for my personal taste) underwhelming hash browns. Clearly, given the imaginative variations in the menu, repeat visits are desirable. Although we didn't use the patio today, it was a welcome sight. Also, some of us like our coffee to be pure. The espresso doble was good but sprinkling cinnamon on the capuchino should be optional.

Do yourself a favor and go! We got the Dream Benedict and the Cloud Cake. Every bite I found myself going Yuuum. Add some mimosas in there as well!! Staff is nice. Place is cute. Great little neighborhood cafe! Ps get the frozen Irish coffee. OMG!!

Wow 😱 very pleasant atmosphere and this breakfast magical! Not only is the service here good , but the fooood! It’s over the top . I got fresh juice and was in shock that it was actually freshly squeezed it’s delicious, and for breakfast I ordered steak and eggs and when I tell you this has to be the best steak I’ve eaten in a while and I eat steak a lot , top quality ingredients and the chef doesn’t hold back my food was soooo delicious ! I don’t even eat breakfast bc usually it’s not that good but this , I got emotional it’s so rare these days for food to be this delicious !. Thank you so much for the amazing meal I’m overjoyed and glad i stopped by, I’m amazed , what a wonderful place stumble upon 🥰 I will be back

The food here is really good. The enchiladas are tasty. Had to force ny way through the cilantro that I was told wasn't in them. I'd like to try their breakfast but they don't open until 8. Maybe a late breakfast one day.

Went to Dream Cafe with 5 friends to catch up. The staff realized we were there to visit and while they were attentive, they did not rush us. We each ordered something different and all enjoyed our food. We had an accident at our table and the staff rushed to make everything right. They even moved us to another table. Dream Cafe is somewhere I would go again and recommend to anyone.

We shared the Crab cake Benedict and fried chicken Benedict. Best breakfast I’ve had in a while. Food was clean and well prepared. Service was good. Not many breakfast places out there like this anymore. Worth the price IMO.

Dream Cafe is a great addition to the Richardson area. The vibe is wonderful, and the menu has something for everyone. I really enjoyed the lattes and espresso specifically. I can’t wait to try the lunch menu sometime! There is plenty of parking and Dream Cafe is great for all ages of the family. Highly recommend!

Went here with a friend. I got the the Crab Cake Benedict and he got the Country Benedict. Both were exceptional. The crab cake was packed with flavor and perfectly balanced—not overly heavy—with a rich, velvety hollandaise that tied everything together beautifully. The eggs were perfect. The fried chicken Benedict was crispy on the outside, tender on the inside, and paired well with the poached eggs. Perfectly salted. This was easily one of the best breakfasts I’ve had in a long time. The food tasted clean, fresh, and thoughtfully prepared—nothing greasy or rushed, just quality ingredients executed well. You can tell there’s real intention behind the menu. Service was attentive and friendly without being overbearing, which made the whole experience good. It’s rare to find breakfast spots that elevate classics like this while still keeping them approachable. Definitely worth the price in my opinion, and I’d gladly come back to try more of the menu.

One of our go to places. Was really disappointed when the location at Preston and Beltline closed years ago, so really happy to find this location. Food and service great,location tucked away but well worth finding. Atmosphere is ok but hard surfaces make conversion an effort. Still, we'll be back for more!

Went there for the first time. I had the chicken and waffle. It was fantastic! The combo comes with a white gravy. It was really good and thick. Every time I dipped the chicken, the gravy would sit on the chicken (yummy). The waffle was also very good. My daughter had the pancakes and sausage. These aren’t those tiny sausages you get at the other places. These are thick and delicious. My wife said the ingredients felt authentic. I agree with her. We sat on the outside patio. It was an all around good dining experience for my family of four.

This is a cute spot with a really nice ambiance. The atmosphere was warm and inviting, making it a great place to relax and enjoy a meal. My server, Emily, was AMAZING! She was attentive, friendly, and made the whole experience even better. I ordered the spinach dip, which was just okay — it didn’t have enough spinach and the cheese was a bit runny instead of thick and creamy like I prefer. However, the shrimp tacos were absolutely delicious!!!! They were flavorful, well-seasoned, and definitely the highlight of my meal. Overall, I had a good experience thanks to the great service and tasty tacos. I’d definitely come back to try more items on the menu.

The menu is the same, the patio is comparable, in it's way (and growing, with an expansion already underway). The interior decor is a bit more modern than the other locations; but with a similar feel. The menu is identical (plus a full bar) and well implemented, with a kitchen that already appears to operate like a well oiled machine. The staff is welcoming and eager, while gaining experience. The location already does a brisk business from neighborhood traffic and does regularly have a few parties waiting seating; but the diverse collection of clientele never seem to have to wait particularly long for a seat. I look forward to many meals at this location!

Ordered the Strap Hanger. My eggs came out perfectly. The hashbrowns were made well, a little crispy on the outside and soft on the inside. The bacon was very good, too. I have never had a popover, I'm not sure if it was made correctly. The outside was nice but the inside was a little doughy. It was ok, I didn't like the doughy part. My friend ordered the biscuits and gravy. She liked it but said the biscuit was a bit salty. We sat in the patio. It was very clean and the staff was friendly. The waiter kinda disappeared after we received our food, so our glasses were empty through most of our meal. Just FY, there's no website for the Richardson location. The website on Google Maps is for the Lakewood location, and it only lists Lakewood and Uptown.

I was in the area and we literally Googled a breakfast place and decided to try them. Although they were busy, they sat us and fed us in a timely manner. I thought the menu was limited and service was average but good. It was a cute, brunch restaurant and I'd visit again if I were in the area. I tried something new and I'm not mad about it at all! The atmosphere here was pleasant. Everything seems very clean. The food here, however, was just OK. The barley was flavorless, and the feta cheese omelet was too rich. The cappuccino was delicious. Our server seemed to forget about us towards the end, so we had to order with another server. I may give the food a second chance in the future sometime.

We saw fantastic reviews, and were excited to try the place. Being empty for a Friday dinner should have been a warning. Our drinks were great, but our meal was lacking. Chips so thin they broke off in queso. Hummus without olive oil. Rice that was both overcooked (chewy) and undercooked (crunchy). Fish that tasted flavorless and refired. Vegetables were great, though! Decor was confusing - we had a big screen TV nobody was watching, but with volume that clashed with the (extremely) loud music. Halfway through our meal, a server placed a lit candle on our table, but we weren’t entirely sure why. Maybe that would all have made more sense at a busier time? I’m hopeful it was just a bad night, and am willing to try again, but it’s going to be a few weeks.
