I always come to this location because the customer service is impeccable. They always great me by my name and remember what I usually order. I also like when they recommend new combinations to try. Brandon is a worker that seems to be there every time I come and he has the best smile and makes me feel like an important customer. I actually pass up other smoothie kings just to come to this particular location.

Man I had a great time here. Great service too! This one guy Brandon did a great job getting my smoothie fast and it tasted great just the way I asked. He made should that I had everything I needed and ready to go. Thanks man!

Best Smoothie i had in a long time! I woke up late for work, decided to stop in because I need a boost. I got the protein-packed Gladiator, as soon as I took that first sip BOOM!! IM UP, Had me floating, next sip BOOM ANOTHER ONE, Hit it so hard I cracked the straw, the combination of ingredients in that smoothie combined with the excellent customer service this store provided was amazing. Im coming back twice a week!

I am from out of town and was headed home. Stopped for a smoothie for the trip. I went inside to stretch my legs and use the restroom. Everyone was nice and helpful. The store was clean and pleasant. The smoothie tasted amazing. Couldn't have been more pleased with the experience.

Wow, AMAZING!!!! I NEVER got a smoothie like this one before. Best location ever! The workers were sweet and very very amazing. Thank you for everything Smoothie King Aliana. The workers who served me were Brandon and Lance, just pure whole hearted message for them. Great job.

I had a disappointing experience at this location. I specifically requested bio-foam cups, but the order was incorrect at first; plastic cups. When corrected, the 20oz cup wasn’t filled properly. For the price I paid, I expected full and accurate service. The employee came off very dismissive and had a noticeably bad attitude, like fixing the mistake was an inconvenience instead of basic customer service. Not outright rude, but definitely unwelcoming, I hope attention to detail and customer care can be improved.

I tell them to ring it up as whatever they have to but it’s always an issue for some reason. Most smoothie kings are able to make the order without much coaching but this particular location has an issue. To the point they refused to come to the window to take my order while I’m in drive through. The black girl that works here is very rude and she needs a class on customer service because her attitude sucks. She told the guy to close the window on me as I’m speaking to him. But I’m sure she’ll twist it into something else so she can keep her job. They called the cops on me saying they are refusing to take my order when they never said anything to me. They did receive any threats so I’m not sure why the cops were called. They are wasting emergency services on nonsense. I will be following up on this matter

This location has horrible service. I placed an online order prior to leaving my house. I got there 30mins later and it still wasn't ready. I had to wait another 30mins for my 4 smoothies to be made. I would never order from this location again and makes me having second thoughts about ordering from Smoothie King as a whole.

Hey! I came here and walked in ready to order :) there was a few cars lined up but the lines seem to quickly go. I came inside and wasn’t greeted or anything or told they would be with me in a second. I understand having a busy car through line but it doesn’t take a 2nd to say hi or be welcome. I still haven’t been able to try smoothie king due to unwelcome employees.
