The staff was absolutely PHENOMENAL! The restaurant was clean and everything was running smoothly. Our food was fresh, hot, and perfectly sauced. Such a great experience in every way! I wish I lived closer to this location so it could be my regular stop.

the GM at this location is so kind and respectful. the staff is incredible, they made sure my order was accurate. my wings were well done crispy the way i like. it was my first time coming here. i was greeted with a warm welcome and smiling faces. they have a great selection of flavors. i can’t wait to come back and try them all!!! highly recommend

This was easily the best Wingstop I have been to. From the cleanliness of the restaurant, to the friendly and welcoming staff, to the fresh quality of the food. I had poor experiences at other locations and this one changed my mind completely. I will definitely be going here from now on and will make sure everybody I know does too! Amazing service!

Saturday, I went in the morning, and there was this lovely woman there welcomed me in and was extremely polite, also the environment is clean even the bathroom looks and is clean, very well put together. The food is made fresh and they have such a good environment definitely would recommend that Victoria Ellis gets a recognition for being a good worker!!

As a student, I love having this Wingstop right on VCU campus! I’ve never had a problem with them and I’m always greeted with a smile. they can be busy but just be patient with the workers and they will accommodate anything you need. 100% recommend stopping in!

Me and a friend visited Wingstop after work, late on a Saturday night. My first time visiting there so I was leery at first. Of course it was busy but that didn't bother me because I was people-watching. The atmosphere was live ! Service was great. Wings were cooked to perfection. Employees were courteous. One of the best wingstop I’ve visited in Richmond. I never have to wait any extra time, my food is always hot and fresh. The staff here are super friendly and the restaurant is really clean. I absolutely LOVE this Wingstop on Broad Street by VCU. From the very first time I came here, I knew it was going to be my go-to location — and now it’s the ONLY Wingstop I go to. No matter how long the wait is (and yes, sometimes there is a wait), I’ll always wait patiently, because I know the food is going to be 100% worth it every single time. The wings come out hot, fresh, perfectly sauced, and crispy just how I like them. You can tell the staff takes their time to make sure every order is done right — and that kind of care is something you just don’t see everywhere. I’m honestly so happy they added this location near VCU. It’s become my comfort spot after long days, and I always leave satisfied. I see how hard the staff works every time I come in. They’re constantly hustling, trying to juggle in-person orders, online orders, delivery apps — it’s nonstop. But even through the chaos, they stay professional and keep things moving. What I don’t understand is how anyone could come in here and say anything rude or negative. These employees try so hard to keep up with the demand, and they do it with great energy and effort. They deserve more appreciation for what they do, not complaints. So shout out to the whole team at this Wingstop. Thank you for being awesome, for making fire wings, and for always holding it down. You’ve earned a loyal customer in me — keep doing what you’re doing!

Great customer service and my order came out quick. The wings here were noticeably better than the several other Wingstops that I’ve been to. Loved how the fries were cooked & seasoned well. I’ve gotten dry wings and soggy fries at other locations but my meal today was one of the best Wingstop meals I’ve ever had.

I ordered the 24 wings meal and requested flats only. Received my Door Dash order and has flats and drums. Paying 60 plus dollars I expected get what I paid for!

We waited 45+ mins only to walk up to the desk and have one of the workers say that it had been ready and sitting behind the desk and that she had “been calling” that our order had been ready. Neither I nor my partner heard this and we were sitting right next to the desk. Overall crummy experience and will not be coming back, this place is too busy.

This is the worst wingstop in the state of Virginia. Not only do they not pay attention to the orders, it also taste like buns. This place is an abomination. And do NOT order from doordash because it’s worse.
