My mother sent me up here for a sub. I was served by some young, giggly, and funny young ladies. Mom said the sandwich was good so good job.

If you get a sub here, don't call it in. Go in and watch it being made. Got an American Club . Called it in and got very little veggies. I will go in from now on.

Nice people but very slow, and wasn’t acknowledged after nearly 10 minutes standing at the register.

Waited 30 min for one sandwich had a line of 5 people and the boys working Sunday around 7 where just standing in the back talking and had messed up two pizzas and had two people walk out one of there names is Logan and the other has curly hair no name tag

Hours posted online are incorrect. Closed at 8:30 when online says 9:30. Management needs to post correct hours.

Save your time and money and just stay home and make a BLT. They have messed up my order like 12 times now. My sandwich that I always get has 3 toppings and they somehow successfully screw it up every time. This was no where near the first time but it will be the last, I will not be coming back.

Ordered the garlic chicken wrap. Wasn't really a wrap it was a fold. They used chopped up rotisserie chicken that was like dog food. Preparation station was not wiped down between each sandwich. Bypass do not stop. Horrible

Slowest subway ever. Terribly disorganized. Mobile ordered and stood there for 10 minutes completely unacknowledged. Whoever owns this subway has some serious work to do. You might as well close if this is the kind of service you’re going to offer. We will never be back

IF YOU GO TO THIS SUBWAY ANYTIME AFTER 8p THEY WILL TELL YOU THEY ARE CLOSED AND WILL NOT SERVE YOU ANY FOOD BECAUSE THEY WILL TELL YOU THEY ARE CLOSED! BUT THEIR HOURS SAY THEY ARE OPEN TILL 9p, WHICH MEANS THEY SHOULD STILL BE ABLE TO SERVE YOU FOOD UNTIL 9p! BUT THEY CANT AND WONT BECAUSE THEY HAVE ALREADY PUT AWAY ALL OF THEIR FOOD AND CLEANED OR ARE FINISHING UP CLEANING FOR THE NIGHT SO THEY CAN WALK OUT THE DOOR AT 9P. WELL THATS FAULSE ADVERTISEMENT ! CHANGE YOUR CLOSING TIME TO 8:30P IF YOUR GOING TO STOP SERVING FOOD BEFORE 9P !!!! YOUR SUPPOSE TO SERVE FOOD UNTIL CLOSING TIME THEN YOU START YOUR CLOSING PROCESS WHICH WOULD BE PUTTING YOUR FOOD AWAY AND CLEANING THE RESTERAUNT ETC. SOMEONE NEEDS TO EXPLAIN THIS TO THE NIGHT MANAGER BECAUSE SHE IS THE ONE THAT IS REFUSING TO SERVE CUSTOMERS AFTER 8p BECAUSE SHE SAYS THEY CLOSE AT 8:30p. THEN CHANGE YOUR HOURS TO SHOW THAT PLEASE!!! I HAVE ALREADY CALLED YOUR CORPORATE OFFICE AND FILED A COMPLAINT ABOUT THIS PROBLEM .

Horrible experience. The lady that finally waited on us was not a pleasant person at all, no customer service skills. The sandwich's we ordered were a mess you could not hold them and eat. She half cut the 12" and it just looked like mush had to have a plate to drag it on to literally and a fork to eat it. Nasty food awful service. I will not refer anyone to go there. I should be given a full refund. The EMPLOYEE needs training in customer service!!!!!

Place was nasty, bad smell. Service was slow, sandwiches were made well. Girl wasn't very friendly, seemed irritated we were there. Food tasted weird. Tea was awful!
