I love Subway, but the Rio Verde branch is usually missing something, like olive oil, salt and pepper, etc. The poor employees are embarrassed that they can't meet customer expectations.
The food is delicious, with fresh vegetables. The service is average. The staff doesn't put much effort into serving you. However, they do have their tip jars. You can eat right there. The place is very comfortable, as is the atmosphere. Another downside is that they don't offer fries on Crispy Night, which is annoying. The prices are average, typical of a franchise.

We arrived at 8:30 PM to order one sub. The person who served us was a rude and unpleasant woman. We asked for a suggestion, and she didn't respond with a sour face. We decided to order one ourselves, and while she was preparing it, I asked for another. She rudely replied that it was fine, and I asked if there was a problem if I ordered another one. She just threw things around rudely. It's awful that they have people like that working in customer service, especially since we were just passing through.
I went at 9 p.m. and they refused to serve me, saying it was already "closed" when it clearly stated here that it closed at 10 p.m.
