Not a fast food person but this Wendys offers good food at a reasonable price. Great service and the restaurant is immaculate. Our family dined inside. Long long line for drive thru;however it was peak lunchtime hours.

Went to Wendy's last week, and today, Wednesday, Jan 31st, 2024, and went through the drive-through, ok Service when ordering PERFECT!!! Interaction at window EXCELLENT!! Food AMAZING!!! Two times in less than a week, and I'm sooooo happy with the service and food. I will continue to frequent this Wendy's in Riverhead. Whoever the manager is there and the staff are doing a GREAT JOB. Thank you soooooo much, I'm happy and pleased with everything. Parking Lot spotless, Attitudes Gracious and Happy. Go to Wendy's for fresh, perfect food. Bought the $6.00 biggie bag.

This is a great Wendy's. Already pretty clean, great staff and delicious food. I loved the Southwest avocado chicken sandwich. Plus they have those awesome Coke soda machines. Would definitely recommend

Wendy's is always a good place to go if you need something quick, cheap, and good. We made a large order and Aliyah was polite, and helpful. Great fast food restaurant. Food is always good. Price is fair and usually get out of there fairly quickly. Sometimes around lunchtime it gets a little too busy but other than that no complaints.

This place is amazing. I ordered a Dave’s double and while the manager took my order, she was “playfully” aggressive with the workers saying she is not afraid to hit them in front of the customers. Once my food was ready I told her “thank you” and her reaction was like “no problem have a nice day” in a grumpy face. She hasn’t smiled to the other customers one bit. I also think she talked behind my back. The food was really good though. The innocent workers deserve a raise. Best Wendy’s experience I had in my life

I like the food, service is quick especially in the drive through. The inside is very nice I like eating here quite a lot. Prices are good and staff is usually very friendly. Everything is usually quite clean and the experience is overall enjoyable.

The food was great!! There were lots of choices. However, the drinks are bigger than excpected, the burgers are a little smaller than excpected. They also messed up my order of 1 drink instead of 2. Overall though, the food tasted great! Totally reccomend this place!

This Wendy's has great food, great atmosphere inside the restaurant, it's in a great location, and it seems to be very popular for that reason. The burgers are probably the best out of the three big restaurants, burger king and mcdonald's. They also have coca cola drink machines where you can choose from a huge variety of drinks all with the push of a button. However one issue I always have with this Wendy's is that they often mess up my order. I always get the triple baconator and it's always either missing bacon, has ketchup and mayonnaise, or doesn't have three patties. I always have to tell them to fix it, but they do it no problem and in their defense it does get overwhelming with all those customers, but still it has to be mentioned. Other than that it's a great restaurant. Give it a try.

We were advised that we Had to wait 5 minutes for a cod sandwich, which we agreed to. Hopefully this is not a common occurrence. Order nuggets for the first time in a long time, I was very disappointed as they had thick batter coating, not like previous, when they were like breaded chicken nuggets. I love there chili!!

Food was good home style asiago chicken club sandwich was on point👌 even though few people ahead of me it was smooth. Plus they put napkins and ketchup in the bag which most places have to ask you first. Just passing through not a frequent customer I'd go back.

It is clean and the service is good. The cashiers are always pleasant and nice. The food there is good. But every time I order drinks with no ice but it is always watered down. Dave's single is my all time favorite.

Love going here as a late- late night treat. The 'Biggie Bags' are a great deal. The staff are efficient getting orders out, the wait in line is usually short and they are good at getting the orders right. I recommend this Wendy's.

I wasn't sure what I was supposed to do. I noticed the car in front of me had taken a while at the speaker also so I know it wasn't just me. He could have said "ill be with you in a minute " to let us know we need to wait there.

This location seemed to be having lots of staff issues. We ate inside and orders took a very long time, most came out wrong. No apologies, no improvement, I will steer clear of this location in the future.

Wendy's is a good for their junior bacon burger and their signature offering is their chilly. Burger King signature is their onion rings, mc Donald's is their fries.

Not sure why but everyone at the window at the drive thru was acting like I'm the person who told them to work there...and I ruined their day or something....the attitude I recieved was sick. But yeah...food was as expected ..sub par because it's wendys...but yeah definitely didn't need attitude when I'm already annoyed I was eating Wendy's to begin with lol. We were there on a Saturday for lunch and did a mobile order for 4 meals with drinks. Unfortunately, when the order was bagged up, they did not have a name or receipt attached so the workers did not know who the order belonged to. The workers did not even verify the name at all and my sister ended up picking up my order and only realized it after she opened the items up. My order was also missing drinks and got a regular cheeseburger when I ordered a JR bacon cheeseburger. If we did not dine-in, and left Wendy's, we would've had the wrong orders and missing drinks.

Chili used to be pretty amazing but now very soupy. Mostly tomato sauce. Too much liquid. And the men's room is out of order.

Every time I come here the vanilla frosty machine is down. It's been like 4 straight visits now. You guys are just as bad as McDonald's and their milkshake machines.

I stopped in on the way to the airport to get a kids meal for my child... I sat and waited and waited for my order as they sat and filled all the orders to go. 20 minutes later, I had to leave.. I asked for a refund, and the manager said he gave me one, but of course, he did not. So disorganized

Tool about 25 minutes for a baked potato. The Potato was not cooking in the oven. It was out of the holder they have. The person who was on inside left the station to clean a spill but still had orders on the screen.

Their quality has been slowly declining. The app doesn’t work. The staff isn’t particularly friendly. Go to BK down the road for a better meal.

The fries were (old) so I had to throw them away - thy single burger 🍔 was good -But I will never return. I wanted what I ordered together- That's why I ordered as such - Only once a year I go to Wendy's- DONE DEAL .

The person who took my order failed to give the correct change. The order was prepared in correctly. It was suppose to have sausage patty. It dd not. The coffee was also prepared in correctly, not a full cup, with no sweetener and very little half and half, just the opposite of what was ordered. Total disaster!

I go to Wendy's in Riverhead strictly for my son with autism. He loves the jr bacon cheese burger biggie bag. I go here in the daytime, I like the guy who take orders and the woman who takes the money. I wish i knew their names. They work as a team and very friendly. I came at night on 2 different occasions I ordered the chicken tenders were overcooked and not edible. The night crew are kids they don't act professionally. Girls have these long nails with no gloves. I will never come there at night again.. It's very hurtful when you spend your money- fast food is expensive receive messed up customer service..

Was just at this location. Ordered saucy nuggets with blue cheese. And a biggie bag with a junior cheeseburger. Asked for honey mustard. Before leaving location I realized I didn't have the 2 sauces. The woman at the window looked bothered when I asked for them. Got all the way home and realized my burger wasn't in the bag. If it's too much for the workers to be cordial and remember an order then maybe another line of work would suit them best.

It's always at drive thru, asked for BBQ sauce, got some ghost pepper sauce. It's petty but when you want what you want.

Please check your orders. I ordered chocolate chip cookies. When I got home, I had sugar cookies in the bag. It would have been nice if they would have asked. I don’t like sugar cookies. I just threw them away. SMH

Well... the sign posted outside the building says the dining room it closes at 10 PM however this location locked their doors at 8pm for no apparent reason and didnt even acknowledge customers who walked up to the door. They simply ignored us as if we were homeless beggars. Never will come to this location again. Great customer service guys.

I go here often because it is by where i work normally i have no real issues beyond abnormally long lines which is a so what in my eyes. That is until i ordered food inside to go for somereason it was sent as dine in again no problem or so i thought until o asked for a bag at which point the young lday behind the counter proceeded to argue with me that it was a dine in order and threw a bag on top of my food complaining loudly as she did. Just went through Drive thru. THREE times my husband repeated his order. Got to the window and they didn't put the chili in the order. Just stopped there after a 6 hr trip home and attitude was dismissive and the food let's say bothmine and my wife's fries were like a wet cold noodle. In the last week, 2 orders missing items. First was my daughters bacon fries which I had to drive around and wait on drive thru again to get because dining room not open and door is locked. Second time, last night august 25, my whole damn chicken nugget combo meal missing! They gave us 3 bags so we assumed all was there: nope drove all the way back to Hampton bays and my husband says where’s your dinner? His and my daughters was there, funny thing is I got my bottle of water that I wanted with the meal but no meal. So where’s my refund?

Went to pick up dinner at 7pm tonight at riverhead Wendy's. I ordered double burger no cheese, onions or pickles. The kid who took my oder asked if it was a double burger. No restrooms available after 12am even under dire circumstances. I was turned away even after purchasing in the drive through window. I went around and knocked on the window where a staff member turned their head and pretended not to hear me. I stated I have colon cancer and must use the restroom imediately. I was not allowed in, I did not see anywhere on the bulding stating no one may enter the fast food restaurant after 12am. Inhuman staff running this establishment.

My family and I had lunch there yesterday. The total was $18.09. I gave the cashier $20. She, I think it’s a she, hands me back $1.75. She says nothing about short changing me. Only when I brought it up the her attention, she tells me they had no change. This was noon. They just opened a hour ago. She then opens the cash register and hands me like 11 pennies. I looked at her to let her know it is still not correct. Then the manager with a very bad attitude comes over and throws a quarter and retrieves the bunch pennies back and said “it’s New Year’s Day Jesus Christ” with a really cocky attitude and just walks to the back, leaving me no chance to address his issue. I wouldn’t recommend this Wendy to anyone unless you feel like to be disrespected by the staff and in particular the Manager.

Was truly disappointed !!!! Went there last night. The fries was cold. The chicken sandwich had no condiments just a plain dry chicken and buns. Also the employees were busy on their phones to be doing their jobs right even to ask for barbecue sauce that wasn't given its like we were disturbing them just to get an attitude. Wendys is normally my first choice but not any more.

We came with the whole family to the order counter, there was no one, we stood for 3 minutes to place an order, the workers completely ignored us. After another minute we left. Horrible. And no one paid attention to us.

The customer service at Wendy’s was terrible, the workers seemed unenergetic, annoyed slightly for whatever reason, there attitude was bad from them, and the moment I stepped in they gave us a bad look most likely racism coming from them, the meal was fine but still terrible customer service all around.

I do not recommend to go to this Wendy's. I went there around 2-3PM at 1/19/20, the customer service was non existent and the employees didn't care about you and didn't even say "have a good day". I paid 15$ only for them to mess up my order so badly and they didn't give me a receipt so i could fix the situation. I feel conned and scammed for how much i paid for. I was supposed to get large fries/ nuggets with a large drink. But they manage to give me the smallest meal possible. I learned my lesson not to go to this place or trust for them to get my order right.

I love the chicken sandwich. But this time it was raw in the middle. I called the store and they said bring it back and let me see. But I can't go back. I offered to send a picture and she said no so I said I will just put it online. Make sure you check your food before you leave I guess. This means you can't trust them to quality check their food before handing it to you.

Poor service. Called the facility to issue a refund and they told me I had to drive to them just to get the refund because they're just too busy. I requested a refund because I specifically requested no salt on my fries and instead they doused the fries in salt. I also let them know that they had no voicemail set up for their number and the person on the line hung up on me rudely. I contacted the main line for Wendy's and they set up a ticket for them to call me about the complaint and they stated they called me when they didn't call me at all.

Very poor service at the drive thru window. Paid $20 for a $17 purchase, service person gave me my order without giving me my $3 change. Pulled away from the service window without getting my change, then turned around went back on the line and explained I did not get any change. Service person insisted she gave it to me. Never got it and did not get a receipt. Will not go back and will only use a credit card when paying for fast food.

+90% of the time they don't have unsweetened iced tea... The only unsweetened drink besides water... Then the manager won't let you sub in a frosty for the inconvenience... It puts a damper on everything else when you can't get their healthiest menu item ( that is also your favorite drink...) They say it's because they either don't bother making it or they get rid of it around 7 or 8 pm, and don't make it again because they don't want to have to wash the pitcher again (which I imagine only takes a minute) so that's 5+ hours of operation they just don't have it every night, if they make it at all... They also forget to add sauces and give the wrong salad dressings... So check your bag before you pull away!

How are you 50 years old arguing to other customers about me (17 years old) about barbecue sauce?? Let’s be for real right now?? Yeah so I stopped here for breakfast and it was the worst Wendy’s I’ve ever had in my life chicken biscuit tasted like they found it behind the equipment and just reheated it. Fries taste like they were found on the floor and scooped up and reheated . The people that work there look at you very suspiciously while making your food. I had to say hello to even get the drive thru person to acknowledge I was there otherwise I probably would have been there till today! No wonder there’s no line. They simply don’t like their job! Shut it down!!

While using the mens room at your riverhead ny location I witnessed a male employee leave the restroom without washing his hands and returned behind the counter and continued serving customers when I brought it to the female managers attention she did not make him stop serving customers and wash his hands I was appalled I will never go to this resterant again Maybe a call to the DOH is in order

We wanted to grab a quick breakfast while out running errands and we saw that Wendy's was now serving breakfast. We were disappointed to see that the actual restaurant did not open till 11 and we would have to go through the drive-thru and eat in our cars. Okay fine. We ordered our food and found park bench a few minutes away to eat. I ordered the egg and swiss croissant. I asked for no sausage they did remove the sausage. But when I got my sandwich there was no cheese either. There was no Swiss at all. But what there was on the sandwich with some kind of disgusting white filmy sauce. It was literally grotesque. I didn't see anything about a sauce mentioned on the menu. I've never tasted anything like it and I never want to again. The home fries that came with it were pretty bad too but the egg sandwich itself was totally inedible due to the sauce they put on it. It honestly tasted like old mayonnaise marinated in a dirty work boot for 6 months. Never again will I get breakfast at Wendy's.
