Good food and clean restaurant
My friend ordered a firehouse club with double meat. He keeps it plain except for mustard. The sub was made exactly how he asked and it was delicious
Great food. Order was a bit off, but the staff made it right without issue.
I came in today, and Zoey was so sweet. You can tell she has great customer service. My hook and ladder was AMAZING too!!
I had a most wonderful experience here with Zoey providing the very best customer service! She was very patient with me when I was indecisive and explained everything perfectly! 10/10 I’ll come back anytime
Enjoyed the carry out once we were home. The subs were very tasty and we plan on going back in the future. Staff were friendly and it didn't take long to get our order.

Very Welcoming when you come inside. The Restaurant & bathroom is Clean aswell as Stocked with a Variety of Chips & Drinks. The Employees are Great, they work well as a Team. Zoey, the Cashier, Is Very Friendly & Brings a Great Personality to your Visit. I've been to Alot of Restaurants & Managers are Extinct when it comes to Labor, But Not the 2 I've Had the Pleasure of Meeting. Ms. Kelly & Candi are Great with their Team. Looking forward to my next Meal ;)

I came in last week for lunch had great service and delicious food, Zoey did a great job making my lunch fast and tasty I will definitely be back.
The place looks a lot clean then used to be just a few months ago. The service was really good and food taste great.

Great food, just too expensive for the amount, $12 for a 4 inch long sub meal....
Nobody in the store and two sandwiches took 20-30 minutes to make. Three people working 2 females and a male. It seemed like the females just stood around talking while the male did everything. The tea that was out needed to be replaced (based on the stickers they had on the front), lettuce a little wilted, store seemed a little unkept (tables could’ve been wiped down a little more frequently). Probably the worst firehouse I’ve ever been to, never took that long to make sandwiches at any of the other ones I’ve been to and they were probably 5 times busier than this one was.

He was listening to the staff until he arrived to the store and ended up just having to order in person. Not okay, Firehouse….
My sub was cold, I'm not sure how that happens as it was a meatball sub. Also, when I asked to use their microwave, the kid was too stoned to understand me or the word microwave. Another young man came and saved the day by throwing my food in the microwave. It did take him a minute as there is no rush to help any customers. 3 kids in the store, 0 adults, and it shows. Store was messy and sticky eww, food was slow people were unhappy and the only smart lady was the one who scolded them for taking more than 20 minutes to make her sub and she requested a refund. I should have followed her lead. Anyway we live and we learn. Get some adults in the store to help actually make food according to Firehouse standards and to help train these kids on how to actually do their duties while at work. I don't blame the kids, they are just kids staring at their phones and working as slow as humanly possible to pass the time. I want to say that the young lady was trying her best taking orders at the register and working the line. Again, ALL kids need supervision.

Ordered medium size.... clearly, what we got was not medium. The white bread did not rise properly, and the amount of meat on the sandwich was lacking. When brought to staffs attention, it was said that it is a medium, and that's how our bread always looks. The wheat bread was fine, just a smaller size. Unless they changed the actual size of a medium, that's not what we were served.
We ordered 2 medium Engineers. Neither sandwich had mushrooms or cheese. Shrooms is why we don’t order a plain turkey sandwich.

Do not go to this restaurant unless you have more than 45 minutes to eat. I generally would assume that I should get food within 10 to 15 minutes from ordering, but not at this "fast food" restaurant. From the time I paid and got my receipt until we left and asked for a refund, was 30 minutes. Not only did I not get my food, they kept the tip from the refund.
