I love this place but was super disappointed in my breakfast burrito just sloppy burrito completely split down the side made it difficult to eat. Gotta do better

Great service the food is good just kinda expensive for the size you get ( not very much ) the beans and rice are really good as well as the meat's the salsa bar is amazing but the tamale's are not good. And they cost $3.50 a peace. Way to much for bad tamales the chili Verde one sucked but everything else is pretty good just small

Ordered the shredded beef taquitos and they are NOT good! They look and taste like the frozen ones! Hardly any meat and nasty tortillas whatever they use! DON’T WASTE UR MONEY! I gave a 3 rating for the other items ordered.

I have been here a few times the last couple months. Every time I have ordered food the portions are so small now from what I remember. I ordered a Bean and Rice Burrito but it was mostly rice. Pretty small burrito compared to other restaurants for the price.

I have been going to Miguel's Jr since there was only 1 location in Corona. I was excited to see one open up near where I moved to and then was immediately disappointed by getting soggy tacos that fall apart as soon as you open the wrapper. The food still tastes good and its a flavor I expect and love but soggy falling apart is not the standard.

I went in today and the bathroom was dirty, no seat covers. There was only one girl working while some big caucasian girl with a blue shirt was in the back complaining and gossiping and didnt help at all. I ordered a bean and cheese burrito, and a taco kids meal. It took 20 minutes to get my order. My kids rice was very dry and hard. The ice machine wasnt working. I was very disappointed by the lack of cleanliness and poor dining experience. Theres no customer service anymore.

It’s really disappointing to order chorizo breakfast burritos and then get ZERO chorizo in them :( I went towards the end of breakfast hours, so I understand things may be low or out, but I would have preferred to know that when I ordered or got to the window. Instead, I got home and discovered that the main component of both of my burritos isn’t in there at all. This is the second time this has happened at this location, but I hoped the first was a fluke.

The food was good but the customer service wasn’t the best. I ordered 1 bean rice and cheese burrito and 3 burrito boxes. 2 shredded beef and the other carne asada. When I was given the 3 boxes, there was no writing or telling of which was which. It wasn’t the worse thing ever but it wasn’t convenient. Second, when I was asked how many hot sauces I wanted, I said 3 for each atleast, but I was only given 5 in total. Again, really inconvenient. Also the burrito boxes come with chips, but there was hardly any per box. There was only like 3 chips in each box, I was really disappointed. Lastly, when I checked my receipt I saw that I was charged for 3 bean rice and cheese burritos instead of just 1. I was okay with it since I really do like their burritos, but then I saw that I was only given 2 burritos. But by the time I found out, I was already home. Keep in mind, I live 20 minutes away. I’ve just moved to this area so I wasn’t familiar with this Miguel’s and I wanted to give it a try. But after this experience, I’m not sure I’ll be coming back.

I have been coming here for years and I have NEVER had my order come out correctly. If I say "chicken" they give me cheese. If I say "sauce on the side" they put extra sauce all over. If I say "no avocado" extra Guacamole on top. And this is not a mistake once or twice. Its EVERY TIME. Im done. Taco Bell is now getting my business. Manager plz train staff better or invest in a better speaker box in the drive thru.

WTH!! I’ve been gone from Cali for a year (military at a different duty location) and just moved back for a new assignment. Only to find my beloved carne asada looking like carnitas or carne seca. Completely changed flavor and nostalgia gone!!! I am so brokenhearted and will not be ordering carne asada again and really no one should until they bring back the original!! I wish I could give a zero on food because of the carne asada but at least the beans and rice are still good. And the customer service and the way they respect the military and law enforcement is still outstanding!!

These fools suck 18 minutes in the drive-thru without moving at all. all because they were waiting on somebody's Cali Burrito. You need to start pulling cars forward and parking them like everybody else because you just lost my service and I will never come back to this location

My coworkers and I decided to go grab a breakfast burritos. We were there the second they opened and the only 3 customers there. My coworker first and he ordered the Green Pig burrito. I was second and ordered the Green Pig burrito as well. My third coworker ordered the Chorizo burrito. As we are eating my coworker who ordered the Green Pig burrito finds a long black hair in his food. He informs Jovita and they make him another burrito. At this point I’m about half way done with my burrito when I take a bite and start chewing that I feel a hair in my mouth. I immediately started gagging and pulled a long black hair out of my mouth. I informed Jovita the cashier at the front and told her I didn’t want another burrito but I did want to let them know there is hair in my food. Jovita just responded with “oh my god, what’s going on this morning?” But that’s all she said. That’s just completely ridiculous, they weren’t even open for 20 minutes nor were they busy. I completely lost my appetite and am just disgusted whenever I think about it. I honestly should have asked for a refund. The only thing I enjoyed was the coffeechata but even with that I hope they made it right.
