We celebrated our 17th wedding anniversary at PF Changs. The food and service by Nicole was amazing.

The pad thai was a little pricey but it was off the hook baby, I mean off the hook!!! It was a great way to celebrate my 66th birthday, thanks to my daughter and my son-in-law.

We order take-out from this P.F.Chang’s Restaurant at the Tyler Mall in Riverside, CA, on a frequent basis. We recently started dining here in person. The service is excellent and the food is spectacular. My husband, daughter and I dined here earlier this week for lunch, and had the pleasure of having Nick as our server. He was friendly, efficient and made our entire experience wonderful and memorable. Nick went above and beyond to not only ensure we did not lack for anything, but also ensure that our drinks, food and check were all received in a timely manner. Also, Dante, the busboy, was great as well. He packaged all of our leftovers for us, which added a thoughtful and classy touch. We will most definitely be back soon!

I'm NCGS so I eat gluten free, and I've never had a reaction from eating at this location. I wish they wouldn't continually get rid of my family's menu favorites through the years, but overall, the food is good, the service is efficient, and it's usually clean and well stocked. They have gluten free food items and dessert as well!

1st time here in years. Came at 1130am, great time to arrive. Food was really delicious. Drinks took a hit minute to come out, but service was still good. Overall 2 thumbs up!

A couple of days ago I went we family and friends for dinner , the atmosphere was amazing, the service staff were friendly and welcoming. Our server took his time to make sure everyone had an enjoyable evening . Our food was delicious, our drinks were always full, did not need it to asked to be filled. Also the manager, Bruno came to our table to making sure that we were all happy with our meals and services. Amazing experience, I’ll speak for all of my family and friends as well. Without a doubt we recommend them.

The food is equally impressive- delicious, flavorful and affordable for the quality offered. My favorite and my son favorite is the lettuce wraps and my husband loved the Kung Pao shrimp and the California Roll. We definitely go back. Customer service was pretty good for a mid-week. Today I had a lovely solo diner experience at the pf changs bar. Marco was my bartender he gave great recommendations and made one of the best margaritas I have had in a long time. I would definitely try this place out.

PF Changs Riverside - Excellent choice for take out dining during the pandemic close down. The food was Hot and Fresh and prepared as ordered and served just as described on the menu. This location was not busy when I ordered and the wait time was minimal. The order was brought out to my car and included all utensils and sauces. The server was courteous, friendly and was wearing a mask.

We were here to celebrate 2 birthdays and we had an awesome and amazing time. Our server was above and beyond accommodating.

Janet was our server and she provided some of the best service I’ve ever received at PF Chang’s. She was very attentive with a pleasant attitude. She made our dining experience great!!!

Use to come here all the time but moved further but recently just came back. Everything is still the same and even though it’s different servers the atmosphere is still great! I am a picky eater so my order is always adjusted but thanks to Nicholas it came out perfect just how I use to get it !

It was a family lunch, we have ordered, Lo Mein, Lunch special, Kung-pao Shrimp with rice, Spicy chicken with rice and calamari as the appetizer. They Infact took special instruction from us. We went out for a date night, enjoyed the atmosphere and the Waiter, Dustin ,did a phenomenal job! Took care of us and was an all around great host! Only complaint I could possibly have for my first time here is the main entree seemed a bit light on the sauce(honey chicken) but tasted fantastic none the less!

I have never had a bad experience at P.F. Chang's. We used to come here just for happy hour. Then after a wonderful experience provided by the Tyler location team for a belated birthday for my then 2 year old during COVID they have endeared themselves to me. Today was no exception. They treated me to a delicious 3 course lunch and served my son and with great attention and dignity. Some places offer a Veteran's Day meal or special as a gimmick then look at you like a panhandler. Not Chang's. Not ever. I love this place.

The drinks were perfect. Perfect poor and the taste very unique. I highly recommended the spicy mango margarita. It's tangy, smokey, and spicey. Never had anything quite like it.

Went to P.F. Chang’s Riverside last Saturday around 4 pm with my fiancé. We sat at the bar. He ordered a Sapporo and I had plum wine, which paired really nicely with my food. For dinner, my fiancé had the Kung Pao Chicken — he really enjoyed it! Flavorful and well-cooked, though he expected it to be spicier considering the hot chilies 🌶️ (no way I could even try it, haha). I had the Chicken Lettuce Wraps, which were absolutely delicious. Perfectly seasoned, and the contrast of the warm filling with the freshness and crunch of the lettuce was so refreshing. Even better with the plum wine! Service was okay overall. One odd moment: when a second bartender started his shift, he kind of got dressed right there in plain view — not exactly something you expect at a restaurant. That aside, everything else was good. Overall, tasty food, decent service, and I’d still recommend this spot if you’re craving P.F. Chang’s classics in Riverside.

Great food, good atmosphere. Usually very busy on the weekends. Arrived at scheduled time for takeout. ... Drove up to the sign and made the call. Identified which number I was at... Multiple customers went in picked up their orders. I know many business are having staffing problems. Gave them the benefit doubt and went inside. They had a steady business throughout the restaurant. Just feel it would be a better experience if they just had the customers walk in.... Other than that moment delivery is always great also or sit down is more desirable.

My only complaint was that it took a really really long time for the food to come out and a lot of the stuff was forgotten. We love coming to PF Chang's. The food is always flavorful and they always have plenty of brew selections to choose from. The servers are always very friendly and have great recommendations. They are very helpful with accommodation any food allergy issues as well. The dining area is clean and relaxing and we always enjoy ourselves there. We are a bit sad though to see the prices continue to increase and the portions continue to go down. Also we miss the table side sauce mixing for the lettuce wraps. Also the lettuce is much smaller now and you get alot less. Overall though we will still come here but fewer times per year and we will just forgo the appetizers in the future.

Like many things today, prices have gone up, quality and service down. P.F. Chang's was a place where you could enjoy good Chinese food with a twist! Now, the quality has gone down a couple of notches. I ordered their fire chicken and Mongolian beef. The beef was a lower grade than they used to serve, a bit tough, and of course, more green onions than beef. The chicken was good, still, it tasted as if it was from a box already ready to heat and serve.

Good service overall. The entrées are hit or miss, but the food overall is pretty good. I love the lettuce wraps, beef and broccoli is good, and spicy chicken is great. I'd say a solid four stars if the portion size was better, especially given that they're over priced.

What a disappointment. We have had some awesome meals at various PFC's throughout the years. Eating there was always a special occasion, but our visit at the Riverside, CA restaurant was saddening. The hostess, Vanessa, was curt  while she seated us at a table almost in the doorway when the place was empty and booths were available and she handed a sheet of paper with a QR Code on it for us to see a menu...but it didn't work for us. Our waiter Chris kindly found us another sheet of paper with their very limited menu. We usually order a bunch of appetizers. Today's meal consisted of Lettuce Wraps, Northern-Style Spare Ribs, Crispy Green Beans and Shanghai Cucumbers.  It was not what we fondly remember.  It was just OK; not something to write home about. We're feeling that PF Chang's cool atmosphere and great food is waning. We certainly won't go out of our way to visit a P F Chang's any time soon.

On may 11 , I ordered Chang’s spicy chicken, sushi, and chicken pad Thai. It was horrible the chicken was very dry and shriveled, also not enough sauce in my pad Thai. I was very disappointed because I usually eat here a lot and the food is usually good but just not today.

Really bad experience. We were 7 adult 3 kids,10 in total. A soon as we get there they told us they will be charge 20% extra for party's 8 or more. We ask for 2 separate checks. They charged 20% each ticket no for party's. In Total we paid 40% extra, so $50 dlls for tips together with both checks. One ticket was only 2 adults and 3 kids drinks. Last year, also they burned 🔥 my daughter's hair with the bday candle, was so scary, we still afraid of candles in restaurants after that. Really, really bad experience. Never ever again.

I did a lunchtime pick up order. I ordered the Mongolian beef with onions and 2 spring rolls. The spring rolls were mushy and tasted horrible. The sweet and sour was ginger. That’s it. Very watery and just yucky. The beef itself wasn’t bad but lacked sauce. It was a small portion with very little sauce, making it dry. The LARGE amount of green onions that took up the entirety of my meal, were undercooked. I will never eat here again.

I don’t eat any kind of meat, so I always order the Mapo Tofu. The problem is that when the tofu is cut into very tiny pieces, it turns sticky, gummy, and has a horrible texture. I have asked before for the tofu to be cut in larger pieces, but today once again I arrived and they already had it pre-cut into extremely small pieces. They never have extra tofu available to accommodate this simple request. I had to leave without ordering. This is the third time this has happened. Very disappointing service, especially for customers who don’t eat meat.

I went with my family for dinner, and the hostess (Ana) didn’t even look at us when we arrived. The first thing she said without a greeting was “For how many? Event fast-food places don't that!! I literally had to say “Hello first.” Then she told us we’d have to wait 5 minutes for a table, even though the restaurant was almost empty. At that point, I decided to walk out because it was clear she wasn’t doing her job right. I called to speak with the manager, Houston, to address this and he told me this was the first time he’s ever heard a complaint about Ana. When I said I was telling the truth, he replied, “I’m not lying either.” If that’s how the manager responds, no wonder the staff behaves the same way. To the management out there: Don’t let some employee ruin the good name you’ve built over the years. There are plenty of great restaurants out there that still know how to treat their customers with basic respect. Last time ever coming here
