Omg I love this Waba location, No other Waba location can beat this one! Kenia one of the workers that was taking my order was so attentive and helpful since I was so indecisive on my order. Kenia helped me out and told me the best bowl at Waba and she was definitely right every Waba location needs a Kenia! 10/10 worker her customer skills are on point! Also it’s so clean inside! never seen a fast food restaurant this clean!! did I mention kenia made my food so fast I didn’t even have wait a minute!!

All around great place. The staff was helpful and friendly. I ordered a Teriyaki Chicken Bowl with brown rice. While I was waiting for my order I noticed how clean this location was. My food was fresh and to my liking. Can't see why they deserve anything else but five stars. Keep up the great work.

I come here if I want a wholesome, protein rich meal fast. Only reason I’m giving 4 instead of 5 stars is it’s a bit pricey for a meal you could easily make at home. But like I said I come here for convenience.

The quality of the food is not good anymore or depends who is cooking, I got a chicken bowl with veggies but I got just carrots, cabbage not even one broccoli. I’m disappointed.

Food was good but the tall skinny Hispanic lady probably in her mid 20s was rude as heck practically threw the money at me and demeanor was just not it not coming back here

Ordered Mini Chicken bowl with veggies and side of avocado. No veggies!!! Avocado was laid on top of bowl did not notice until I got to work :(

I ordered delivery from wabba grill today and they forgot the serano garlic sauce. This is not the first time this happens. Plus the order said it was going to be here at 6:25pm and it didn't get here untill 6:40pm. the food was a bit cold already. They didn't put any wabba sauce or green onions in the bag either. I like this place when I get carry out. They need to work on their delivery system.

On the evening of March 2nd, 2026, I had an extremely disappointing experience at Waba Grill. The service was terrible & the girls at the register were very rude. To make matters worse, I found not one, but TWO hairs in my food. It was absolutely disgusting and completely ruined my meal. When you go out to eat, basic cleanliness and decent service should be the bare minimum. Unfortunately, this place failed on both. I left feeling frustrated and grossed out. I would not recommend this place to anyone. There are far better food spots to spend your time and money.

Look at your portion sizes before you leave if you got to go, they are definitely giving way less portions than before like half the bowl height, third time on the last 3 weeks I had to complain. And they know because they remake it and actually put the full portions Edit: the quality is just getting worse every time I come there is something wrong, can you guys just cook the chicken like every other ways gril@, like hands down this is the worst waba gril and people only say it’s good cause they haven’t been to another one. Every other waba grill is 10/10 you guys are literally the worst one like la sierra and go watch them cook like seriously copy what they do, any deviations you guys are doing is wrong like flat out wrong. You don’t even cook th chicken all the way
