Had great food, quick service and were super polite, lobby was clean and pleasant to sit in.
I come here often and order large orders for my 20 man crew and Tanashia, Zakhi, Fran and the crew take it like a champ without any hesitation or hold up and don’t miss a beat on serving the rest of the customer at the same time. I will drive miles to come here just for the service and amazing food! Always pleased and well taken care of at this location. They all deserve a raise, any other fast food place I go to always complains and makes comments like I’m not standing right there. Here I feel welcomed and leave happy!
I just wanted to say thank you to Phillip for making my drive through experience quick and entertaining! Keep that energy! And my food was fresh and HOT I mean it was still steaming when I got home!
Shoutout to Philip at Burger King for going above and beyond! I asked for fries, and instead of handing over the older batch, he made me a fresh, hot batch without hesitation. That kind of service is rare and really appreciated. It’s the little things like this that make a big difference. Thanks, Phillip—you made my day!
Service was so slow moss was growing. They dealt with drive thru over any in store people. 15 mins for a whopper Jr and chicken sandwich
I am diabetic and was feeling a bit low on my blood sugar. I stopped in to get a drink to help with my sugar and a sandwich to help sustain the effects. I ordered a Big Fish sandwich only and a large coke. I don't know whether she was the only one working in the restaurant but it took almost 15 minutes for my sandwich to come out and when she brought it to me because I had to park and wait for it. I asked about my drink and she hadn't even charged me for the drink or put the drink on my bill and a drink for me. Unfortunately it was the most important part. So I couldn't believe that I waited all that time for the sandwich only to have nothing to drink.
Service is always slow...you can be the only person in drive thru and you will still wait 5min or longer...on top of that your order is all wrong...I love burger king whooper but this location just don't care about service, accuracy of orders..Just so sad

Worst drive thru ever. I waited to order for about 5 minutes or more without so much as a “ I’ll be right with you”. No welcome, no - have a good day. Never again. Avoid the drive thru at this location!!!!!
Don't come here for lunch if your ordering a mobile order on the drive tru they will make you go inside so don't waist your time going on the drivethru.
I literally never leave reviews, but my God please close this location. I try and try give them another chance, out of the past 5 orders I’ve placed (mobile order nonetheless which should be easier to put together) have been entirely wrong and this time it’s just horrible. No other way around it, night time cook is a joke. Food tasted like it was under the heat lamp for 30 minutes and the temperature in the bite felt like it too. Again, close the location.
It is my fault for coming back to this location. If you have 20 or more minutes to sit in the drive through before someone takes your order, this is the place for you! No one ever comes to the intercom and they are very rude. Just go across to McDonalds.
This location has serious management and operational issues. The cook actually prepared my sandwich exactly as requested, which I appreciate. However, the cashier took more than 3 minutes just to come to the counter and take my order, even though the store was not busy. The furniture is old and worn out, and the glass windows clearly need better cleaning. The Coca-Cola freestyle machine, which is supposed to offer a wide variety of drinks through the touchscreen, didn’t even have regular Coke available — a basic item. This shows a total lack of attention and care. There is clear neglect from the franchise owner, and the franchise itself is not much better. There seems to be no quality control, no regular inspections, and no enforcement of basic standards. Even the TV menu area looks poorly maintained, as if one screen is missing, and simple things like alignment and organization were ignored. Running a store with only three employees is unacceptable and directly results in poor service. This raises a serious question: are these locations heading toward decline, or is this simply the result of franchisees focused only on profit with no concern for customer experience? Overall, a very disappointing visit that reflects poor management rather than isolated staff issues.
This locations food was absolutely horrible, and you know what, this location is the reason people say burger king nasty. Number 1) They messed up my order, the receipt clearly say fries and not a single fry was in site. Number 2) When I eventually got the damn fries they was nasty and tasted old, that’s the whole reason i wanted burger king for the fries. Number 3) There was onion rings in them nasty fries, i ain’t order no damn onion rings, now it got me thinking that they just gathered scraps together and put in my fries container. Last but not least number 4) them chicken nuggets was as hard as a damn rock how the hell was i supposed to eat that.
Don’t be fooled just because the light are in the sign says open and another sign says open 24 hours Thursday-Sunday and you see the employees out here they are not open or at least that’s what they’ll tell you as they sit on there phones just go down the street to McDonald or up the rod to the other Burger King
Whole experience is a zero including the staff as #1. Issue is they don't care. Black lady with the glasses has 0 business working anywhere with that poor customer service. Very inappropriate mannerisms and unprofessional! Stay away please!!
I don’t what it is about this location. They can never get it right even with being given chances. My order was 2 whopper meals both with cheese one with bacon and one without. Asked for fresh off broiler not even close. Get home I have no cheese on either sandwich and no bacon. Cheese is .70 cents and bacon is 1.79. If any location that needs to be closed it’s this one. The worse BK I have been to in West Palm.
absolutely horrible service! work next door and tried to go grab a drink at 1040pm, signs on door say store closes at 11pm. was told I had to go through the drive thru and the door was locked. management should be ashamed.
The workers here have the worst attitudes and customer service you could possibly imagine. Do yourself a favor - Drive the extra 10 minutes to Indiantown for fresher food and GREAT service.
I ordered a sandwich through the drive through. I waited over 5 minutes and then backed out the area as the line had moved. I parked and went in and after 10 minutes the front car hadn’t moved. I was told by the store manager on blue heron that they only had 2 cooks and I would need to be patient. I walked out and will never go back. So sad the service was so poor and someone should replace the manager.
I placed an order for pickup at the drive-thru, and the girl at the drive-thru didn't feel like delivering it to me. She told me I had to go to the restaurant. At first, I doubted myself, but I checked and my order was correct for picking up at drive-thru. The service at this location is very bad.
I've been to this Burger King a few times now since moving to the area. Not once have I ever gotten my full order from this particular restaurant, never. Other burger kings, no issue, this one restaurant has completely dropped the ball every time I've made the mistake of going. I think I probably waste around 6$ Everytime I go because they either forgot a sandwich, or a side, or charged me for drinks and then told me the drink machine was out of order. Stay away, I don't know what the issue is but honestly it's not rocket science, the fact there's a problem to begin with is ridiculous
I went here before and my order had a mistake and figured it was just an mistake as it was very late, there were quite a few customers, and it looked like it was a shift change. It happens. Well... no, it's an actual pattern now. I had a very simple order and with NO CUSTOMERS in the drive thru or inside the lobby they still managed to screw it up. I ordered a whopper, no tomato, extra pickles, mustard. Well to no ones surprise they kept the tomato, REMOVED the pickles, and forgot the mustard. They also forgot another item I ordered and I had to go back and get it. Absolute pure incompetence from whoever is making the orders and bagging them. I don't expect Brainiac to be working at BK but it appears reading is not a skill you will find on their resume. Or maybe they can read but they don't care. One is sad, the other is pathetic. Not sure who owns this location but I'm 100% confident they too don't care and just collect money. Pay minimum wage, hire bottom barrel employees, and get money. Quality and repeat business is not even in their top 10 requirements for running this location.
This location absolutely sucks! I've been here twice and the drive through takes forever even though nobody is in it. The food seems old and barley warm. They definitely need new employees and some quality control.
