In-between the great gaming selections, the bartender Juliana kept the great vibes going! It was a great experience for my girlfriend and I.

My family had gone here yesterday, Thursday April 17th. It was my nephew's 9th birthday, and he wanted to go to Dave & Buster's for his birthday meal. The food was not bad, the coleslaw wasn't the greatest (had barely any dressing) but that wasn't the main feature of the food. But all of our meals were great aside from that. I got the mozzarella sticks and they were so full of cheese, as well as fresh and hot. Service was great, and at one point a manager came to check on our table (Von is the name of the manager) and was extremely pleasant, and made sure my nephew had a fantastic birthday meal and experience at Dave and Buster's. I'm actually quite impressed with the service of this location, and my family and I will definitely be back for future outings.

The staff did a great job in rescuing what could’ve been a bad visit. Thank you to the good staff, including Brody, the manager.

Greatest location to play the coin pushers are a blast hah good way to spend your time on the weekend with friends and family. Also very friendly environment with hard working employees.

The manager Brandon was awesome and made it more fun for my kids. Because of him and his great hospitality, I will definitely take my kids there again. The bartender Taylor was also wonderful.

Such a great place for a fun family day! Had a big group but was seated right away and enjoyed a delicious meal. We REALLY appreciate having multiple gluten free options. Rob and his staff was so friendly, kind and helpful. They checked in multiple times and made an effort to engage and even joke around with the kids. With super hungry kiddos we also really appreciated that our waiter checked with us and had the kids meals come out as soon as they were ready. Of course after we ate we had a blast playing all of the games! With so many options we all had a blast playing our favorites. Time flew by and we can't wait to come again soon!

I went for the first time today with my 19 year old to the one in Henrietta . This was a wonderfull experience , all the employees were so kind and helpful . And the one waiter Kris was so professional and on point with everything he did. Ask for him to be your server in the restaurant if you eat there. You won't be disappointed I promise . OMG, we came here to accompany our friends with their kids. They told us that the food was good, ummm that was an understatement!! The food was AMAZING! It was the busiest time of the day on a weekend day and the food came out looking and tasting perfect. We will come back for just the amazing food and desset and drinks😁

Coming here is always a blast. Employees are quick to service machines and if they cant fix the problem they compensate in tickets or tokens. The games are updated and new ones are installed regularly. The prizes are reasonably priced with tickets and the food and drinks are great as well!

The unlimited season pass is worth it if you have free time on the week days. We had a great time there!

First of all this place smelled amazing!!!! And not talking food smell. It smelled like very pleasant perfume. I thought it was just me but apparently they hear this a lot. Our waiter was extremely pleasant, the drinks were amazing and the atmosphere was awesome. The food came out fresh and fast the fried cheese curds are to die for. They had a huge selection of games for all ages and likes. I would recommend this place for sure.

Super fun place to go out to eat. Great drinks too! We ordered food and then played in the arcade. The arcade can become crowded but it's really not that bad. They also have security on weekends who patrol and keep everything in order. I hit the jackpot on one of the machines so we were able to get quite a bit of stuff from the store. It was a pretty fun time.

It was my 1st time there..we were celebrating my niece & we had a really nice time. I gave the food 3 stars because I ordered the fried fish and wasn't feeling good immediately after a few bites. Idk if it was the fish or the garlic aioli that was served with it.. But the others I was with, their food looked amazing and they were fine after eating. I'll go back, I just won't order the fish..I'll have the ribs or burger. But I would definitely go back.

Two of your employees are worth complimenting~ 1. Bree was our waitress for a 5:30 p.m. dinner ... 18 people, and with 6 individual checks. Bree handled everything perfectly with charm and grace. She even went to each person to have them verify their food & beverage orders before finalizing their bills. Very proactive! 2. After a few hours of game playing, Rachel was our bartender. I requested a cup of coffee, and she actually went to make it for me, and updated me a to the status. Two other family members joined me at the bar. Rachel handled their cocktail requests efficiently and with a very delightful personality.

boyfriend and i came here on our day off, a thursday afternoon, felt like we had the place to ourselves. bartenders were nice, but i’m honestly writing this review to enlighten guests on the connect four hoops arcade game. i could literally play this for hours and even googled how much it costs to own one (it’s a lot). also i was #2 on guitar hero stats for stricken and cliffs of dover. bathrooms were stellar. shoutout juliana for being a sweetheart, you deserve a raise!

What can I say it was my first time here and as a gamer Dad this place is off the hook! But my biggest surprise is the food!! it was a delicious I had the Beastmode burger and picture will speak for itself my wife had the voodoo pasta and she was thrilled and amazed as well *(and she's the biggest critic on food!!) Kids had burgers and butter pasta they were pleased as well and we had an amazing waitress with beautiful butterfly pins that my daughters love and she was absolutely phenomenal, very timely and amazing

This place is great for a fun family night! When we got there we ate first. Service was a little slow, but to make up for it, our server was nice, and the food was good. Later, we played some really fun games, I would recommend the trivia game. Afterward, this random lady came up to us and offered free cards that were good till midnight, I thought that was really nice of her! After when we redeemed our points, we went to the gift shop. The gifts were a little pricey, but that was alright. In the end me and my family and I had a great time.

D&B is a family friendly, kid orientated place until it gets later for kids of a certain age. There are games however there are adults who have access to and do consume alcohol. We went for a few ppv sporting events and to have food. Great place

The food was good and ready pretty quickly. If you buy certain meals you get points to play the games. If you play like wheel of fortune or other big ticke games you can only play 4 times. But if you walk around there are cheaper games. They don't do anything special for birthdays. Our waitress was great and got my daughter an icee

Staff seem confused at times. Management fixed issues we had. Not sure if the POS system is difficult to use or if the staff were new but so Molly moving from the bar to a table screwed up everyone’s bills multiple times.

It was pretty loud in there, so having a large group ( like we did ) was difficult with conversations. It is to be expected tho since is an arcade games hall. It's amazing on the arcade side. Tons of different games. Had great time with kids and grandkids.

I’m here to talk about D&B’s food in here: They have limited items on menu, but they are so selective. Those items on the menu are popular ones we can find them anywhere, but the way they are making those is different from others. They taste really good and satisfying. I went thrice, and I had chicken parmesan, pasta, wings, truffle fries (special mention) and grilled chicken ciabatta. Except ciabatta everything’s really great and worth the price. They have some unique selection of drinks for kids. Cons: Slow service. Stains on seating and tables.

It was me and my wife's first time at this location and a first time for Dave&busters in general, For a first time experience it wasn't too bad food was great the drinks were wonderful but we had our food and drinks tossed away as soon as we went to the arcade. Thankfully when we return I was able to speak to the manager and got those items replaced at no extra charge, Another thing that needs addressing, some games were broken or not working and about half of the games that were two player one half had a system error so nobody could play the second player and there were at least maybe six machines like that. Also parents tend to leave their kids alone there like it's a daycare so beware of having large amounts of kids running by playing and even crashing into you. Thankfully they were all respectful!! Salute to those who raised them right!

Staff could be more informative on packages and the details included which do matter when your dropping $100 plus on your kids playing some games just to find out you can't play all of them on an unlimited game card. Last year I hosted my 30th birthday here and everyone had a great time, so this year I hosted my boyfriend surprise 30th here and it was a hit. The party room is roomy enough for about 30 people and the food/drink package was really reasonably priced. The entire party for about 25 people cost around $1200 with a buffet of burgers, nachos, pizza, and chicken fingers as well as unlimited coffee/soft drinks. This price also included the room rental, 25 alcohol drink tickets, and $15 game cards for each guest. I had a great experience with everyone in person. My only frustration is that they have you plan your party with a representative who is out of state. For both parties, the out of state rep became nonresponsive as we got close to the event and I needed to call the location directly to get someone to finalize details with me.

We like going here. We only go on Wednesdays because it's half-price games. Other days I wouldn't recommend because the games are outrageously high-priced unless you don't mind spending a lot on tokens. We like the eat and play combo, which comes with an entree and a game card. I like the fact that you can earn tickets towards prizes. My daughter was able to get a drone, which she loves.

Food was great despite getting our order slightly incorrect, it was still delicious. Service was fast. I like the ability to buy credits with dinner. Love that they are using cards instead of actual tokens and tickets now. The arcade is a but dizzying with the number of lights and machines in a small space. One of our children has sound sensitivity. They used headphones to be able to play games and it turned out okay. I couldn’t imagine them actually being busy bc the arcade side is absolutely packed and filled with games. The prizes are predictable arcade prices with a few exceptions. Overall it was a fun experience for our family. P.S. get the boba adult drink. It was delicious.

I’m disappointed that the Eat & Play combo is only available to those who consume meat and gluten, excluding vegetarians and individuals with celiac disease. Those of us with dietary restrictions would also appreciate the opportunity to enjoy this offer and participate in a more affordable, inclusive experience alongside our friends and family. It’s 2025—celiac disease is a well-recognized medical condition, and vegetarianism is a widely practiced lifestyle. It’s surprising that a large corporate restaurant like Dave & Buster’s has not yet adapted to accommodate these common dietary needs within their promotions. Exclusionary practices like this feel outdated and unwelcoming. I hope to see more inclusive options in the future.

Honestly… pretty tired of these places scamming. I ordered nachos…. Was served a pile of chips with about 4 pieces of chicken and very very little queso. I was pissed and sent it back. The waitress even said it wasn’t right. I purchased the “advertised” gold unlimited play card just to find out it doesn’t include all games and you can’t gain more than 1000 tickets a week. What kind of limitations is that on a card that’s meant to be unlimited and in the guest favor. The servers were helpful and understanding of my frustrations.

Updating based on recent visit. I usually love Dave and Busters, I've been to locations across the country. I went the other day and the chicken on my salad was cooked till it was so dry it was like jerky. Its sad, I wonder if that's why they are starting to do "half price" games every weekday just to get people in the door.

Honestly a little disappointed in Dave and Busters this time. I wrote a good review a few years ago but now many of the games are broken. We bought the $60 play all you want for 90 minutes and half the games we played weren’t working. The Kung Fu Panda pad was stuck so we couldn’t play that one. The joysticks in PAC-Man don’t really work. The basketball games were missing basketballs. It’s impossible to win the Let’s Bounce game because one of the tiles doesn’t change color no matter how times you hit it. The Ring Toss game wasn’t working properly. The speaker in the Guitar Hero game was busted. The football game was locked at payout and I told an employee who unplugged it and plugged it back in, and it was still locked but he just walked away and didn’t do anything when I said it was still broken. Gave 3 stars because I know the food here is good, just a bit pricey. But again, disappointed that we spent $60 just for a lot of it to not even work.

This place is pretty good. The food was above average but not stellar. The cost was good. We went with a family of 4 and ate for around 100 dollars and bought the premier 56 dollar token package which lasted us about 3 hours. The service on the other hand was subpar. Having to track down our waitress and flag down other waiters for drink refills is never fun. Management seemed to be absent all together as when we asked to talk to one they never showed up. It was not a huge deal and we wanted to enjoy our time so we brushed it off. I would go back due to the affordability. It's around the same price for a family of 4 to go see a movie now a days so for a few extra bucks to get a full meal out of it is worth it to me.

The food was fine, and the arcade was fun. Our server and the rest of the staff were friendly and helpful. A couple of things that really troubled me. One is we went on and there were tons of tables, yet, the server seated us right at a tabe where a big group of people were hanging around and noisy, and were even using the end of our table to place their drinks on. You would think that the staff would be trained in having some sense of positional awareness, specially when there were so many tables available. Secondly, we went in there because on the app, the first highlighted sporting event was the T20 cricket world cup final. We asked them to put it on one of the screens, and after a while of trying, it turns out that they did not have a subscription to Willow TV which the cricket world cup was on. The staffer tried for a while and we could even see the Willow channels on the display showing that they didn't have a subscription for the service. This just tells me that the place has promise, but clearly the management at this location lacks diligence. I mean if you have a number of sporting events highlighted on the app that might bring people in, the first thing I would do is to make sure they actually are available to watch. Hopefully they can get some new leadership that can fix easy to solve issues like this.

usually I have a good experience at Dave and busters aside from today. I work in the area and wanted some nachos for my break! I did a phone order so it would be ready on time for my scheduled break. And let them know this in advance. We decided I'd pay when I got there to pick it up and I'm glad we did , they said it would be ready in 15 minutes which was perfect. I waited 20 minutes to pick them up as it is a weekend so I decided to give them some extra time. When I got there to pick it up they didn't have it and I was left waiting for 15 more minutes while they went to go get a manager. Finally they come back and said it would yet again be another 10-15 more minutes and unfortunately Im not waiting 45 minutes for overpriced nachos. I was on a time crush and they didn't seem to have any sense of urgency. Staff was moderately helpful. But also at the same time didn't wanna help the person helping me, when she clearly needed some help! Wish they would get it together if they're gonna be the only real food option in the mall besides greecy empanadas and greecy Pretzles. . .

We came here for dinner before going out for family night. The food was good. The service was not great.there were 5 of us and our food came and they forgot a meal. It took another 15 plus min. To get that meal. Everyone was finished eatting when it came. So we then waited for him to eat. There was no apology for this. Which I work in Service and know this happens. But you could atleast acknowledge your mistake. There were always about 6 to 8 employees just hanging by the drink station doing nothing. I feel service could improve at this location. its ok....good selection of games, but it takes mucho credits per play! i only went in because i downloaded the D&B app that would give me free $20 play - the catch was the $20 would be loaded via the app. *surprise---app just kept giving me errors! the $42 i loaded lasted the fam & I approx 20 mins -so not a great value @ $20 per 10 mins

Giving two stars because the games are AMAZING but if I were just judging by food and service on the restaurant side, zero stars would be more appropriate. Our bartender on Wednesday was rude to say the least. The bar was very sticky and covered in crumbs. We found the cleanest area but asked nicely for them to wipe down the spot after we had been sitting and ordered drinks. The bartender became obviously annoyed and didn’t do it. I let him know about my food allergies and he told me I couldn’t have any of the specialty drinks on the menu (which I knew wasn’t the case because I had dined there before). Finally after more explanation he agreed to make a margarita without triple sec (I’m allergic to oranges), but was strangely put off about the request. After dropping off the drinks he didn’t say anything else or offer menus, so we had to wait and ask a different person for food menus. Eventually the first server came back and we ordered, but he was clearly annoyed about having to take care of us. When our food came, he didn’t provide napkins or silverware until we asked about 5 min after receiving our food. The chicken “tenders” weren’t breaded at all - just strips of chicken, which was the strangest part of the whole experience. The Philly sandwich tasted like someone dropped an entire salt shaker worth of salt in it. My advice - stick to simple drinks if drinking and head somewhere else for food.

Staff was friendly, food is fine, games sometimes worked or were out of order. Kids had fun though. A bit of a cash grab when you use your card, nothing happens, and realize the broken game deducted tokens. Felt like it is set up that way on purpose.

I was having an enjoyable time at Dave & Busters. The food was sub-par although our waiter was very cordial and attentive. When we had a game falter on us a very nice attendee with a mustache and beard assisted us kindly. When we were going to redeem our tickets, this taller lady at the check out area walked past us and said excuse me. I apologized and didn’t bat an eye, but when she was coming back to the check out area this is where things made a change. She said excuse me, while darting looks at my friend and I and gave us attitude while saying this. I was so disappointed that my friends and I walked feeling not only embarrassed but berated as well as I had apologized again as I did not mean to be a bother. I was upset as this ruined my Dave and Busters experience. Only come here if you want to be belittled by some employees, if that sounds like your ball game then go grab your bat and take a swing at it.

The last time I was at this business was well over five years ago. My daughter wanted to send time with her friend and we went. We ordered wings extra crispy they came out in about 10 minutes soggy and just gross. Ordered a side of guacamole and my first bite was pure onions, no flavor, lime, I ended up not eating it. Our server simply disappeared. I ordered their new Gold dust Margarita and I’m still trying to figure out what they gave me . Like why was mine clear !!!! 😆 To get service I had to approach other employees so they could look for her. All in all now I know why I don’t go there. Just a mediocre place and experience.

Spent 1040$ here on my daughters birthday. I had to serve the kids the food myself. Asked for chocolate milk for the birthday girl. Never got it. Had to walk into the kitchen to ask for a knife to cut the cake. Saw my not serving server on her phone. Got yelled at by some lady. Refused to give me a knife. Thanks for nothing I guess?

Don’t eat the fish! Took my nephew there for food and games. My parents joined us. Fish made me sick but not my parents, we all got the same besides my nephew. I was sick for almost a week clearly from fish poisoning. The games are the same from 10yrs ago, the atmosphere is the same from 10yrs ago. I use to take my nieces there and it’s all the same. Wouldn’t be surprised if it went out of business lol. The calories one would get from any burger there is all calories needed per day. Come on man!

Bar tender was on phone entire time. I'm positive the waitress was not trained. She obviously couldn't count, party of 5 kept bringing 4 of everything. Had to ask for silverware. My meal was cold by the time I got a fork. We will not eat here again...used to like it here. Sad really.

Do not go here!!!! The server, Javaughn, took extra money from us! We went here on the 8th of march. We had a big group and there is a mandatory 20% charge for big groups. When we went to cash out I noticed that me and my friends bill was way higher and didn’t make sense. When looking at the receipt that I had requested we noticed that we had paid an extra 30$ tip ON TOP OF the mandatory 20% tip. We requested the manager and he said it looks like we “picked up the slack” from other people who didn’t tip. No, actually javaughn never let us see the screen on the device he was using to cash us out. Then the manager says that we must have picked to tip extra. Again, no, we never saw the screen! Because we weren’t taking his explanation he said he would give us a 20$ refund. We at the time accepted this offer because it seemed like we were gonna be getting no where with the manager. But when we got home we took a big look into the receipt and noticed that a couple of other people were charged extra for there tip. We gave them a call that same night and they said they were busy and would return our call. Now here we are a week later and no one has reached out. In total javaughn took $41.86 extra making the tip total for the meal $83.82. Or meal was only $209.81. This is crazy and it seems like the staff doesn’t care about their customers.

This Dave and busters is not for the ones who want to come and drink. I had ONE crown apple and cranberry and the manager proceeded to cut off my entire table (after one drink) because he didn’t want to stand there as a manager and do his job. They refused to serve someone who is 23 because she didn’t have her ID, so he had to sit in the restaurant the whole time we were there and when he was “over it” kicked us out. Brody, the manager of this Dave and busters took it upon himself after I ordered another drink to decide I wasn’t capable of having one without even having a conversation with me. Avoid this dave and busters if you are an adult, looking for some drinks and arcade games. There is a place in downtown Rochester called “swillburger” take your money, smiles, and game activities there! Much better management and much better service. I have pictures of my receipts and food to follow to prove the manager just simply didn’t want to do his job. Go to swillburger and have a blast!!

This place used to be reasonably priced and fun. I took the family here and spent over $200 on games and food. More than half of there games are a ripoff and cheat you. The 90 minutes i was playing games, i got shorted close to 2000 tickets fue to games being broken or just straight out cheating you. I Hit 2 jackpots that flat out just robbed me and acted like i never even shot the ball. The first time i figured maybe i was throwing to fast back to back. The next time, i waited a good 10 seconds between shots to make sure that it would register. Threw the ball, hit the jackpot and again it didnt register, and it said that i had 1 shot left but wouldnt give me the ball back. A few games are setup to to make you think your winning tickets, but your actually not. It says in fine print really quickly across the screen, "No tickets paid out, just for fun", i bet im the only person that caught that today. If a machine robs you of a prize or tickets, good luck finding somebody to help you because the only staff member is at the prize counter trying to help 10 people at once trade tickests for prizes. Me being fairly good at arcade games after 90 minutes straight of playing games and hitting good jackpots, i only had about 1600 tickets, which only gets you a few tiny BS prizes, that you have to wait 30 minutes in line to get. OHHH and to top it all off, the entire place smelled like disgusting pungent fish the entire 2+ hrs i was there.
