Super fast service! It's a busy place during lunch hour because of where it is, but it's the quickest wait whether one is going through the drive-thru or dining inside. They have the advanced Coca-Cola Freestyle machines that they seem to maintain well, and they rotate custom mixes, which is cool. Once or twice I've seemed to get a chicken fillet that's been sitting there awhile, but most of the time everything is fresh. Lots of seating inside, too.
This restaurant is always great. Customer service, food, and speed of order are always good. All service types: dine in, take out, as well as the drive-through. I recommend using the app for rewards, too.
Was treated very nice bye the cashier I believe her name was Brandon who suggested a better tasting salad dressing because the salad dressing I wanted in the beginning she advised me that they ran out so I tried the one she suggested and it turned out great she was very polite and was going above and beyond to make sure I was taking care of you have great staff great food I wish you would keep the berry salad on your menu always especially with pecans!!!! Will be sure to return for your great food and great prices!!!
Great customer service. This drive thru is always busy but moves along well. Interior is clean and i love the Coca Cola Freestyle machine with new flavors for the Diet Coke. Ginger Lime is my new favorite.
I’ve been to this Wendys probably hundreds of times, I shutter to look up my total amount spent over the past 4 years of working in the plaza. They’ve always provided great and fast service! I wish they would open up the lobby to dine in (posted 04.23.2021) but I can’t fault them. Hopefully it will open by the time summer and hot weather arrives.
I love me some Wendy's! So much so, that I spent almost 30 mins in line at 10 o clock at night, just for a chocolate frosty. And then pull up to order and they be out 🥺 any who, they're food is great so I won't dock em a star for the occasional frosty incident
I want to thank the staff for welcoming us and for the excellent customer service. Our cashier Anthony was very nice and happy to help us. Im not 100% sure about his name..but the manager Joel also helped with a coupon I wished to redeem. They infact honored it and made my day. Delicious and affordable food. Wendy's was real good We had the special with a small double cheese and bacon burger with 4 chicken nuggets,drys and a drink. It was hot,good tasting,and a real pleasure to eat their with a friendly servers. I would give this Wendy's a big thumbs up
Great. I had to wait maybe 2 or 3 more extra minutes for my fries since they ran out and put a new batch in witch wasnt a problem for me. The manager brought it out to our table and upgraded my fries, pulled down the shade (sun in my moms eyes) with out asking and said if I need anything else to just ask. Very friendly staff. Great food.
This Wendy's visit was a great experience for 2 main reasons. The young woman who took our order was very pleasant and friendly. She had a great smile and a great energy. Second reason, the food was very good. I will be visiting this Wendy's again.
After finishing a Medicare event at CVS, I stopped here for lunch. The ladies working here are the sweetest people! Food was good, quickly prepared and the restaurant was clean. Keep up the good work!
Great location, easy to find. The drive thru gets PACKED but the service is fairly quick. All personnel are friendly. The inside is very clean and the have a customized fountain drink machine (mix your flavor). Oh, and you can't forget about their 4 for 4 deal. I definitely recommend this location.
Great food here! I love their side salads they are a good portion size and very filling. I asked for bacon bits and they gave me real bacon. I usually go through the drive through each time and it moves pretty swiftly too. The employees always get my orders correct also.
Now I'm out of all of the hamburger places Wendy's is one of my favorites I love their shakes. And their burgers have fries does not give me heartburn I like some of the other burger places. I've always been honest and if I'm in there and I don't buy anything they always let me go to the ladies room without a hassle. A great place love it
This restaurant is newly built so everything is clean and bright. The staff are always willing to help, friendly and attentive to your needs. Orders are probably made and provided to you in a timely fashion. The only time you may have to wait it's possibly during their lunch and dinner rushes which is understandable. I have been here during both lunch and dinner rushes despite being overly busy orders are completed and provided promptly.
Was hungry late last night and stopped by Wendy's for a quick bite. The lovely girl at the counter, she had long blonde hair, was very polite and helpful. Service was quick as well.
Look I love Wendy’s. It’s not amazing and it can’t be good for you I get the biggie double stack combo with 4 nuggets and fries every time I go to Wendy’s. Look it’s Wendy’s like if you don’t know about Wendy’s that’s kind of honestly trippy to me. Definitely better than McDonald’s or Jack in the Box in my opinion. I even prefer it over In and Out but hey I may be solo on that - no worries. Gave 3 stars for service because I ordered at a kiosk and it didn’t work.

Quick service at the drive thru when I went around 2:30 pm. I specifically went to get the new flavor of their frosty. I went online to see which location still had it. I wanted to pay cash so I didn't order online.
I bring my daughter here once a week to grab a bite to eat ..the place is always clean the staff are awesome and the atmosphere is modern and relaxed .. even the cashier's talk super friendly to my 8 year old ..we love the Wendy's here
The night crew today 11/11/2022 did amazing! They had a difficult customer holding up the line and wouldn't leave. Let me tell you they kept us entertained the whole time and were really polite and apologetic about yhe long wait time. And they still managed to make delicious food! My husband got the chicken nuggets and he said they were so soft and tender! The frosty is always delicious 😋 And their fries are always good 👍 I had their grilled chicken Asiago sandwich and it was delicious 😋 Definitely coming back this crew was amazing 👏
Hi! Brinlee is awesome in the drive through. She has a good sense of humor, and we became friends! It’s nice to go here, because when I get finished commuting from my job in Orange County, I’m glad Wendys is open late. I like the 10 pc chicken nuggets and a medium chocolate Frosty. I love coming here!

This place is the Pinnacle of patience, took the wife and kids here and it took them 45 business minutes to choose an item to eat from the Cornucopia of calories, all the while the lady is just sitting at the window, looking at us like some lady waiting for her sailor husband to return from his one true love, the sea 🌊, food was good too.

Let me begin by saying the customer service was stellar, top notch. The employees were pleasant and skilled. I had the triple cheese burger combo, hold the mayo. The sandwich was okay, the fries were hot and flavorful, and the drink refreshing. There was one annoying, inconvenient snag though. No napkins at the self service counter. Lots of ketchup and other condiments and the like, but zero napkins! For that reason one star less than five.
Very busy location. Hard to find parking if you come at lunch time. Order process is fast. Food came out fast. Just couldn't understand the lady on whose order was whose as three orders were there ready for pick up and there was no receipt to match with. The lady kept walking off getting other orders to bring up to the pick up counter. Eventually after about a minute she stopped and took the time to let everyone standing there know whose was whose. The inside seating fills up quickly at lunch time. The food was good. The burger wasn't slopped together, like I've had at other fast food places when they get busy.
Any time we've stopped in staff had been great with the kids. Timely service and the afternoon manager during the week makes sure his team is running well. It's fast food, and therefore a matter of picking your preference. Wendy's? It's all about a chocolate frosty!
I think I have been to every Wendy's in Inland Empire and some in LA County. They definitely range in quality and this one is of mediocre in relation to quality and customer service. Everything is just ok and most staff is friendly enough. They are fairly quick at prepping orders in comparison to others and good at solving issues. The baked potatoes leave something to be desired; usually dry and small. Good luck!

I've been through the drive-thru of this location quite a few times, they are either stingy with sauces or just don't put them in the bag at all most of the time.
I wish they gave more meal options. By the time I ordered everything a la carte even though it was pretty much the same as a meal deal it ended up being over $16.00! I think that is a lot for a junior double burger, small fry, small drink and 2 small frostys. The guy at the counter was very nice. The service fast. A sweet woman that worked there showed me how to work the drink machine. The food was good and fresh.

Love the food, except for their fries because they're hardly ever fresh, but service can be terrible at times. If there is ever a problem with the order, which has happened more than once, they are always confrontational when it comes to who is to blame as opposed to just fixing the issue. There have been times where items are missing or our orders have been switched. Make sure to double check that you get everything right when you get your order.
This Wendy is always busy but the lines move quickly. I eat there about 3x a month and the food is good. The restaurant is close to the Riverside Plaza Regal Threater so it's good for a quick bite. Parking can be a problem on Friday and Saturday nights.
Ordered salad today for lunch. Got two spoons to eat with! Asked for fork only to be Informed they had no forks! Eat salad with spoons? Person in charge of ordering supplies needs to be held accountable for this.
Ordered the new grilled chicken wrap and the meat was gummy and fatty. It may have not been the restaurants fault; just the type of chicken they are using. Not sure who their vendor is but I would most definitely never order that wrap again.
Go to the one on Trautwein if you can. I gave it two stars because most of my order was correct. However, I got the wrong-sized Frosty and no receipt from the new kiosks to prove it. The fries were stale, like they were from the day before. While eating, I saw a customer complain about rude service from the cashier and ask for the manager, but the situation was only getting worse so we left.

I think the manager was upset, because the ketchup was touching my fries and I ask for another bag. I ordered a cheeseburger with "NO" bacon. She gave me another bag with a bacon cheeseburger. I didn't want to argue with her. I just toss the cheeseburger in the trash!
Now days food is just something you have to do, I remember when you didn't have ask for your receipt for what you purchased. It si becoming more normal to just make small talk even in ordering food.
My husband and I stopped here for lunch on our way to visit a relative. This restaurant appeared clean and comfortable, however turned out inconvenient for us. We are both elderly and use a walker. First, I went to the window and ordered our food, a cheeseburger cut in half, French fries and a large coke. When my name was called, I walked back up to the counter and was handed a bag with the food. I sat back down at our booth and opened the burger which was not cut in half. I got back up taking the burger and walked back up to the counter and finally was able to get the attention of an employee who handed me a plastic knife and advised that they were not allowed to cut it. I walked back to the booth and used the plastic knife to cut it. I took the fries out of the bag there was no ketchup. I walked again to the counter and attempted to get the attention of an employee and after was handed 3 tiny packets of ketchup. The french fries tasted good but the burger didn't have much taste at all. When we finished eating we collected everything and deposited it in the disposal near the soft drink machine. I refilled our cup with another coke
The food was fresh as expected and a good variety as usual and I like the new fountain drink machines that have but it seems like almost endless possibilities of all types of flavored and zero sugar drinks and iced teas. Pretty difficult to park because of the constant traffic in and out of their parking lot from The Shopping Center parking but there was plenty of parking either way. Service was good except that my order was input and correctly and I didn't get what I wanted but I dealt with it instead of complaining about it and waiting longer for my food.

I hate going here since it always seems that they rush to fulfill drive-through orders and put dine-in orders on the backburner. I've gone here on my lunch break on several occasions for very small orders and ended up waiting 20+ minutes due to this issue. As for the food, it's what you'd expect from Wendy's.
Before I left, I realized they forgot a burger for my to go order, I pointed it out and I thought they remedied it. When I got home (about 20 mins away) I realized they only got 1 out of 3 burgers correct. The other 2 were not what I ordered. They were much cheaper burgers too. If I lived closer, I'd have gone back to get it fixed. But, it was late, after running errands and the kids were cranky.
Food was really good, but we went and sat inside close to 9pm and the floor and tables were extremely dirty, crumbs and ketchup on tables, fries on the ground, and their trash cans were overflowing. I found it strange that there was only one other group besides us so it wasn't busy and they seemed to have about 6 people working but none of them were cleaning the dining areas. Normally we do only go through drive thru and after today it will stay that way.
It's your typical Wendy's. The dining area is a bit nicer than your typical fast food joint. My largest complaint is how they make dine in customers wait forever for their food while the drive-thru customers get to enjoy fast service. It's probably faster for me to just order my food in the drive-thru and then sit inside.
Ordered, among other items, a bacon and cheese baked potato. Potato was luke warm and had no bacon on it. This is the second time this month that my order has been wrong. I really don't want to be one of those people who hold up the line to check the accuracy of my order, but I will be from now on.
Thank you Wendy's for gaslighting me about the color of my soda. I had done a mobile order for a diet orange cream soda (for a diabetic) and the woman at the window hands me this mysterious red drink. I ask, is this the diet orange cream soda? She says yes. Do I call her a liar to her face? I'm not a confrontational person. So now we have a cup of sparkling red water with no flavor because your cashier wouldn't redo our drink. Won't be back for a while.
I have not been to this location in a while. This was the first time in more than 10 years. They are rude. Waiting currently after ordering from the drive thru 18 mins later. Made for others that came after us. They told my husband it will come out when it comes out. 🤯
Friday thought let's get good food. But it wasn't the burgers were dry and burnt. The nuggets were hard and crusty. Order large frosty due to can't use my free frosty Keychain with other deals and got medium size didn't know when got it. Only thing was good was the warm chilli. Poor for any location. I have going to location for years never had this poor quality. The founder would be upset with their quality. And why is the Wendy logo faded on their drive thru. Shame on this location. Update watch ur order second time they didn't get it right. I try to complain but the person didn't understand. Guess I am out my nuggets they didn't give me. Wow wendys need to take my money. Guess this restaurant is not doing good if they need to do that.

I love fast food but this was nasty. I got a baconator which tasted old. The beef patties looked very dark like they had been sitting in the heat cabinet way too long. My "medium" sized fries were not fresh and very skimpy on the fries.the only plus was there soda fountain which serves dozens of drinks and flavors. My wife got a baked potato that smelled funny it too was old. We should have asked for a refund. This was about 630 PM on a weekday. The food should have been good and fresh. Very dissapointed
This store has a consistent tendency to close their dining room this past year with no notice, which means no dine in and carry outs. If you don't have a car, don't mobile order here as they won't bother to talk to you outside. The app won't tell you they close their dining room. The drive thru usually has 1+ hour waiting time, and they will screw up your order if you order through drive thru. Some of the managers also treat the employees badly in the past two years. Edit: Waited over 30 minutes for my sandwich and 20 minutes just for my frosties. 4 customers left without ordering anything due to long wait. The managers try to do everything by themself. Getting nuggets and fries, putting things into fryer, make frosty, etc. Two employees just standing there, doing nothing. Not their fault because they would get yell at for helping.
Went this evening and it started out by being in line for a total of 29 mins. I’m only aware of the exact time because I called my kids to get their order and hung up as a pulled up. They served 9 cars in that time. When I got to the window to get my food I waited a couple mina before the girl came and brought me the food and she opened the window she handed me the bags and didn’t say a single word. I motioned to her to come back because I hadn’t gotten my drink and she turned around without saying a word and and talked to her coworkers for another minute before handing me the drink that was already made and sitting next to the window. She handed me the drink and immediately closed the window again but I was in the middle of asking for some ranch dressing so I had to motion again. This time the girl taking the order opened the window and didn’t say a word but I asked for my ranch and said, “you know I’ve been in line for 29 mins and the least you guys could do is listen long enough to make sure I’ve got what I ordered”. She said “that’s not my problem, but you can call corporate “ and shut the window again. Unbelievable. The worst part is the food we ordered (chicken sandwiches and fries) were completely room temperature. Not even remotely warm. The fries were stale and barely warm. First time we’ve ever experienced this poor service and old food at this location but we’ll never be back.
This Wendy's has very bad quality assurance. They constantly short people of their items. Multiple times I've gotten home and I'm missing something. When I call they're response is next time you come in we'll have your sandwich for you. This happens so much. I check my orders 90% of the time but when you're solo and have a small order and they assure you everything is there you assume they double checked. I hope they one day get it together.
Haven't been to Wendy's in a while because honestly to me the food isn't that good. We went through the drive thru ordered our food along with ranch and bbq sauces. We pulled up to the window got our food and my daughter says they forgot the sauces. I asked Laura shift leader for sauces. She exclaimed they were 25 cents each for extra sauces. I looked in the bag and said we didnt even get any at all. She says they charge for them. Which is weird because my kids have been through before and never had to pay sauces. They go at all times of the day and never paid for them. It adds up when you want 5 extra dollars added to your bill for sauces especially if you have a big family. Definitely not worth it for just ok food.
Just left here. My experience wasn't so pleasant. I was charged extra for an item I didn't purchase. While I did receive a refund, I wouldn't have if I hadn't spoken up. I had actually spoken up when I paid for the order, but obviously, it wasn't important enough for them to fix my order until I said something again. Also, the girl at the drive-thru handing out the food needs an attitude check. I understand being busy and being stressed out working with fast food. Trust me. I did it for a year, but I wasn't mean or rude, and I'm coming there to spend money. Listening to your customers is key, and so is having a more pleasant attitude.
I bought a biggie bag & a baconator combo, they gave me the wrong order then made me wait in parking lot did not give me sauces or the nuggets in the biggie bag & made the drink the wrong size. Was given attitude when i went inside. Would not recommend this wendy’s
This Wendy's is the worst. Their duties are eliminated by computers but they are so rude if they have to interact with you over ketchup. We ordered for here but they packed it to go. Covid is over...knock it off. Not everyone is looking to take it to go. It is always freezing inside. I hate this location and the staff is ridiculous.
Used to visit Wendy's for the spicy chicken. Here it was dry, almost no dressing, tasteless. Fries weren't much better, and they had these fancy soda vending machines where 2/3 of the flavors were not available. Wendy's is not what it used to be. Won't be doing Wendy's again.
Placed a mobile order online for a relative to pick up for me since I'm sick and cannot leave the house. They were told they could not pick up my order without me being present. Waited over an hour for mobile order support to help me and they hung up on me. I asked my relative to put me on speaker so I can verbally let an employee/manager know and the woman at the counter told them "oh no, I'm not talking to anyone." Customer care/satisfaction is not important here. Maybe Wendy's needs to reevaluate their mobile order pickup process.

She and her class mate when in and talked to the manager (Aliyah) and she had the audacity to tell her it was just a burn peace of cheese and refused to give her her money back! Then she called and spoke with another manager ( Marie) and she said they don't have roaches in that establishment! Please take your business elsewhere, super unprofessional and no apology was ever given.
Terrible service and terrible food. They struggle with managing inside dining with the drive thru. If you see a big line out front, don't go in! You'll be waiting at the register for 15 minutes before you can order. In addition to that, last time I ordered a cheeseburger from here it was cold! The cheese wasn't melted and the patty was like warm. Avoid this place.
The girl that took my order at the drive thru was so unnecessarily rude. She kept interrupting me as I was trying to order which led to me having to repeat myself at the window which made her visibly upset. If she would’ve heard me the first couple of times, she would’ve gotten before I got to her window. I tried to redeem my free frosty but because they’re other register was locked she couldn’t scan it? Didn’t make sense, but i had to pay for it anyways. And to top it off she put my SMALL fries all the way at the bottom crushed and soggy when I asked for and probably paid for a Medium. I couldn’t even check the receipt because they didn’t give me one.
Ok...Wendy's you really need to step up your game when it comes to Breakfast! Those French Toast Sticks! why are they so thin?? and soggy?...And let's talk about the Wendy's at Riverside Plaza...the manager needs to fire that whole morning crew and get competent morning help! This morning I go to drive thru and order a #10 Breakfast combo with a coke. I go into work ( literally 1 min from Wendy's), open my bag, take a bite of the French toast sticks and they are effing cold! Then I try the Breakfast potatoes and they are COLD as well! What a disappointment! The food was awful!! You know the employee could have felt the food was cold when bagging it. She should of told her crew this stuff is cold and made fresh and hot food! Its not rocket science. Would you want to eat cold food after you just paid $10 plus dollars?? I will be calling later to speak to a manager for a refund of the money ok just spent to not be able to eat tje food! smdh...And don't bother calling them in the morning, they won't answer the phone! Come on Wendy's get your s**t together!!

Horrible customer service they threw the change at me and bags of food and put hair and spit in my food. I tried to call customer relations. And they didn't even offer a refund. It is the two women in the drive thru hispanic with dark hair. Didn't even give me my receipt. I paid in cash. Will never come back and I hope this doesn't happen to anyone else I got a kids meal for my son and I had throw all the food away. Never picked up the store phone to fix the issue.
They charge 50 cents per sauce!! I got 10 nuggets they only gave me 1 sauce for 10 nuggets thats ridiculous!! At least 2 sauces for every 5 nuggets, not 1 for 10!!! I bought 2 combs!!! 2!!! And only got 1 sauce!!!!!!
I entered the restaurant and immediately felt as though I had stepped into a void. No staff acknowledged my presence or offered assistance as I stood there, waiting to place an order. I waited patiently for 15 minutes, hoping someone would notice. Eventually, I asked an employee if I could order, to which they responded, 'one moment,' but they never returned. All I wanted was a large soda—something that would have taken seconds to prepare. It would have made a significant difference if someone had simply asked for my order to understand what I needed. No one should have to wait that long for one drink. My visit was on Monday, November 4th, around 12:30 PM, and the lack of attentiveness was genuinely disappointing. I strongly urge improvements in customer service, as this Wendy’s location is not currently meeting even the most basic expectations.
Francine and whomever the young man is on scheduled today at 10:58 pm you guys are horrible and if you are in management or whatever your position you should be fired and your corporate and hr and general managers should feel bad staffing people that have an attitude when dealing with a customer . First of all we drove far to come to this location and we order a lot of food and when we asked for more sauce we were ignored the staff was absurdly rude to me and my family. You definitely need a new job if you have no respect for a customer simply asking for more sauce or napkins or anything’s that is completely unacceptable . Your attitude is everything you need to do better and if your a manager u need to be demoted rolling your eyes and getting upset with a customer the way you guys were was upsetting to deal with and go through we pay our money to you that’s no way to treat a person. Definitely need a write up or to be fired because if u can’t respect people you don’t need to work there. We did nothing wrong for you to have an attitude and treat us the way you did obviously it’s an issue if we felt the need to leave a review if your management does nothing to correct this shame on you . Horrible service.
If I could rate this location 0 stars, I would. As soon as I walked in all the kitchen workers were conversating among themselves in Spanish, and didn't even offer in taking my order or asking if I needed help, so I ordered from kiosk. it took them about 15 minutes just to get my breakfast burrito that I ordered, out to me. You can tell that they were prioritizing drive thru orders rather than dine in & take out orders. When I went to fill my cup from the self serve soda machine, they didn't have any options except for coke , Dr Pepper & sprite, all other flavors were unavailable. What got to me the most was that the plastic condiment containers near the self serve station were completely dirty, they had some substance all over the containers, it was disgusting. I feel like the service as well as communication can greatly be improved, I will no longer be coming to this location. All 3 workers seemed unhappy to be working there, one seemed to be dressed different (assuming it's the manager) super unprofessional & disrespectful!
it seems everytime I come late night to the drive thru, I'm met with the rudest customer service ever. food is usually okay, but I've never had a nice server and it's upsetting. I've also used the app for discounts and coupons, but they never seem to work here.
I caution you all to the lack of & ineptitude of communication from the employees. Especially the supervisors or managers in this branch. Below is the account of my experience with them today 10/08/24 at 1pm. Today is tuesday, 10/08/2024 I went in to pick up a doordash order around 1pm. I went up to the pick up counter and there was a woman there in a red shirt. I believe she was a supervisor so I attempted to ask her if she had a doordash order under the name of my customer. Before I could utter a name, she rudely interrupted me and said "I don't have any orders right now, I only have 'to-go' and Elizabeth!" I haven't spoken a word to this woman before she interrupted me. I simply went up to the counter. I was greeted with an extremely dismissive tone and attitude. So I stood aside to wait for an opportunity to tell her the name of the doordash order that I had. More orders came in and she was preparing them. Then she started pointing at other customers incredibly impolitely, demanding names as she pointed to each person. I waited for her to ask me, but she decided two pass me up. I waited for another 5 minutes. Then she peeked around the corner wall of this counter, and she stared at me with her mouth agape. I looked at her and I asked her if I could help her, she stared at me some more with her mouth opened then said "name?" I gave her the name to which she dismissedly replied "there's no [customer name] here" and proceeded to bag orders. I went on the DoorDash app to try and reorder what the customer wanted, and I was trying to show this woman what the DoorDash app said on my phone screen, but she just repeated that there is no order for my customer on her end. I took the opportunity to let her know that I have re-ordered as well as Doordash was to pay directly, and that was the only time that she told me that I should go to the Register to show the cashier what the order was. I showed the cashier and that it said on the DoorDash app that DoorDash will pay them directly. However, after asking for supervisor and finding out that it was this woman who has been rude to customers, was a supervisor after all. The cashier, notified me that I had to pay for this order out of my own pocket. I asked for the supervisor to get some clarification. The girl walked towards the lady in the red shirt and came right back to me and said, I again had to pay. The prompt on my screen, specifically said to show them my screen to notify them with the order was, and that doordash was going to pay directly to Wendy's. The supervisor didn't take the time to look at what I was trying to show her to acknowledge any concerns. She decided to cancel the order, without acknowledging or attempting to resolve the issue at hands, and went back to bagging all the other orders. I resolved the issue with DoorDash. Luckily, their customer receive the full refund.
the service is horrible. The staff can never get my order right every single time i go there. Its as simple as a 10pc spicy nugget combo and they somehow cannot get it right. Hire staff that can do the job right. Never coming here again. Save your money.
The cashier was rude when taking our order. At the window, she was so quick to rush us out of the drive-through. Our fries were cold took them back just to give us the same thing.They didn’t give fresh fries but fries that were sitting under the warmer.
Worst customer service I have ever dealt with. Employees are very rude. They got upset because they got my entire order wrong.
Spend 20$ on food and the night shift girl covered in tattoos looking as if they got her straight off parole didn’t even give the sauces we asked for or napkins or even a straw - horrible service
They took the ghost pepper ranch, they charge 25 cents per sauce, and they heavily over salt the fries making them inedible.
Dear Franchisee , What a terrible experience. Went thru your drive thru last night got back to office the double burger no onion mustard only and chili xtr cheese and onion was... Unaccpectable at best ...on my trip back tonight I said I'll swing back and nicely ask for food replacememt.. well AFTER being denied and asked for my ID and ph # to give to manager so the cameras could be checked and I would get a call back with a decision. My billable hourly rate exceeds $510 with going back 2x and now reviewing your establishment lends itself to the distain. so I've made the decision to publicly state my frustration over a $12 meal and being ask what I was asked. Always rude and take forever to make your order, the manager was lazy and told me to order on kiosk because I guess she didn’t want to take my order then forgot to make my coffee. Then finally grabbed someone to make it from an old batch of coffee . Low quality place gets you experiences like this . DO NOT COME TO THIS LOCATION
Very disappointing… this is the second time I have went through the drive through and ordered the apple Pecan salad and large chili and asked for extra pecan and cheese and onions on the side. The cashier Act like it’s a problem for me to check my bag… and if I ask for anything else it’s a problem. They don’t give you your receipt and it’s a problem for you to check what you bought. Why? They have one more time with me. If it happens again I am done with Riverside Wendy’s. I paid my money and I don’t have time to come back if the get it wrong and every time they forget something. Why the attitude I don’t know. Maybe they need to find another job. I’m just saying. Look out…
Just left here, rushing to work, but pregnant and hungry. Ordered a biscuit, egg and cheese combo - no meat - which was confirmed by the drive thru lady. I got to work, opened my food, there's bacon on it. Just disappointing. I'm usually okay with taking it off and still eating it, so I tried that. But then the biscuit was soggy and the egg was ice cold. First time at this location, won't be back
