Solid Thai food at very reasonable prices. Casual and comfortable atmosphere, and the folks there are very friendly.

My favorite restaurant in PV. I've been going here since I was a kid and I always love eating here.
My parents and I had a great dinner here last night. The restaurant can modify almost any dish to be vegan, and we enjoyed the flavorful eggplant dish, corn and mushroom dish, fried rice, and vegetable and tofu soup. We also had excellent service from Tyler and Allison who were knowledgeable about the vegan options and very helpful. This is a new family favorite and we will be back again!
The food was really delicious and healthy! Not the best thai in LA but the best Thai in the area. If you want something yummy and delish this is it!
I really appreciated the kind and respectful service we received here. It did not go unnoticed. It was a pleasant experience and I felt relaxed in the atmosphere of their restaurant. I’ve had more authentic tasting Thai food for sure but theirs was still tasty and not lacking in flavor. I enjoyed my meal and was satisfied. I’ll be back just for the pleasant experience, which is rare to find these days.
This is my favorite Thai place in LA. Yellow curry has been one of my comfort meals for 15 years. Highly recommend to everyone. Seating is a little hard when busy but it’s worth it.
Excellent food. My husband and I always eat here when we're in the area. Best Thai food around. We even bring our friends over when they visit. I would highly recommend their pineapple fried rice as a starting dish if you haven't tried them yet. My only complaint about this restaurant is that I can't fit them in my luggage and bring them home with me! 😆
We went there when it first opened me and my son loved their food. The Mongolian beef but we always changed it to chicken he was prob 5 then now he's 13. We talk about this place to everyone and all the memories we shared going there. We have even planned to drive there by next weekend just to go to dinner and take a stroll at the beach thus the review. Yay can't wait!!
I LOVE this place, food and stuff ❤️❤️❤️

My favorite food to eat is Thai. So I know quality Thai when it hits my taste buds. I’d say this was pretty decent but i for sure have had better in the general LA location. Would love to explore more on their menu soon. Worth coming to try.
The Dragonfly Thai is a local takeout/ eat -in establishment. Hubby and I ordered two different dishes. His was flavorful and well-received (Thai Kung Pao). Mine, Pad Thai with tofu, was rather bland and I needed to keep adding additional sauces to enhance the noodles. I ordered extra vegetables (paid extra) - and frankly it was hard to see what were the extra veggies and which were the ones that came with the dish. The staff were very kind and business was busy. I would go back - but not order the Pad Thai.
We tried their lunch specials today, pad Thai and Green curry. Both were pretty tasty. I had a Thai ice caffe, it was decent, not too sweet like some other places.
Dragonfly thai is not your ordinary casual or fast food style restaurant. To me, I think they serve good food with lots of options to choose from noodles, meat, veggie which can be really healthy too. At lunch they have a lunch set which has a complete meal with drinks but with reduce ala carte portion. The padthai here is good! Also, the veggies samosa or dumplings. Environment is okay, nice weather in the afternoon too.

Lovely service from the waitress. She was very sweet and hospitable. This location is ideal for 2 people. There’s only one large table in the center of the restaurant. We ordered the fried rice and added chicken. We also got the pad see ew and added beef. Both dishes were flavorful and delicious. The only disappointment were the crab ragoons. I’m used to a thicker cream cheese taste with the bits of crab and these had more of a liquid-ish cheese with bell peppers. In all fairness, I personally do not like bell peppers. The ragoons do not deter me from returning. I would definitely come back.
Yummy food and good customer service. I had a small catering order of chicken satay and green curry for 10 people. The food was delicious and everyone loved it. The problem was that the kitchen did not properly package the curry. They put it in a large aluminum pan and put tin foil on top. They didn't wrap it in a secure way with plastic wrap and the curry leaked all over the floor. The manager paid to have the carpet shampooed. My car still stinks but at least he was nice enough to pay for the shampoo.

Very good food.....relaxed atmosphere. Small dinning area however you don't feel cramped.

A little restaurant that could be great but failed. They've got a beautiful set up. . . but marginal food. I hate to leave a low rating, but I have to tell the truth! First off, I think the good part about the restaurant is the inside is decorated pretty. They are located at the end corner space of that strip of the mall, so there is a great little patio. If I remember correctly, there (is) dining in the patio too. Also the inside interior decorating is attractive, with gorgeous wood tables. For my meal I had the lunch special because I didn't have time for a lot, and I wanted to try this restaurant out. For my meal I think I had the Garlic Chicken. It comes with rice, a side salad, and two wontons. It was flavorless though. My dish was overloaded with water chestnut slices, onions, and those awful pre-cut / pre-packaged thin sliced carrots - that are always so tough, you can't even chew them! They need to use (real), fresh carrots. I (do) like onions, and water chestnuts, and carrots too for that matter, but it had way too much of these, compared to the chicken slices. It did have enough chicken (slices) for me, but sadly these were a little dry, and lacking much flavor too - with very little if any seasoning. Also, I think the dish could have had a little more sauce, but the sauce lacked flavor. You could barely taste any contrasting flavor in what little sauce was in it. The whole dish wasn't seasoned much at all. The little side salad was perky, and I thought it was nice. But I honestly saw what appeared to be kind of old pieces of pineapple in it. It's too bad too, because otherwise, the little side salad would be good. To their credit, the fried wontons were fresh, warm, and tasted good. Those I (liked). The older lady is pleasant, but infortunately it could not make up for the lacking in the food. I hope this restaurant improves because I think Dragonfly Thai has potential to be fantastic! They just have to do it!
We haven't ordered from here in a long time because of a bad experience. We thought we'd give them a try again...but we still had an issue. Our order was wrong and there was a large chunk of something hard in my soup. The last time we found a paperclip in our pad thai. We won't be going back again
Just a heads up, the prices and timings are inaccurate. Also I ordered tofu and received chicken which I can't really eat. I tried to eat what I could and for what it's worth it still tasted really good but I'm gonna check the box next time to make sure my order is correct.

The place is gross, every condiment bottle, salt /pepper shaker was sticky and dirty... YUCK.. floors filthy, idk how they have an A rating cause this place needs a deep cleaning, the food is ok, so much better Thai in the area.
