the BEST tasting cup of coffee I’ve ever had in LA. I ordered an expresso shot and a cup of pour over. the extraction is perfect with all the pleasant aromas and sweetness and NONE of the harsh, unpleasant off notes. it’s a bit far from DTLA but 100% worth the drive imho.

I think heaven might look something like this. White walls, lots of light, minimalist design, and two lovely angels ready to give you liquid hope. It was all astonishingly well made. They use a chawan and proper technique for matcha preparation. The espresso was pure gold. RVRNT ☕️

Wow! Just huge wow! So a dear friend of mine is a champion roaster, he has won the Golden Bean Award several times now. This place is on place is par with his coffee. Its rare to find such a place. If you have a opportunity and want a fantastic cup of coffee thats above any others, this is the place

Awesome coffee. Moved from Echo Park and this is the ONLY place I’ve found to get decent espresso on the entire peninsula. You can tell they really are into their craft, great latte art and awesome styling. Please support this place! The location is a bit off the path and I need this coffee up here!

So good!!!! Best coffee I had since a while, so much flavor without any bitter aftertaste. Im so glad I tried the gluten free ricotta cake, it was one of these split second decisions…so super moist and delicious, instantly added on top of my list for sweet cravings:)

The coffee is always made perfectly, from the drip to the lattes and every tea is rich and flavorful. The cozy, calming atmosphere—right across from the library—makes it the perfect spot to unwind. Our favorite coffee place! Everything is high quality, including the pastries and cakes. Blueberry scone and prosciutto artichoke croissant are amazing, and the banana coffee cake is to die for. Would come here every day if I could!

Had the best cup of iced coffee I’ve ever tried. I like to play around with drinks at home and always try to get the tasting notes on coffees, but can never truly get there. Ordered an iced coffee that had the tasting note of peach rings and was in disbelief when I actually tasted that. You can tell everyone here has a passion for coffee, so this place is absolutely perfect for coffee nerds. They weigh out their doses, have cool wdt, and use different grinders/burrs depending on what type of coffee you are getting. Lance Hedrick also seems to help supply them with onyx coffee.

They are experts in the art of coffee making. Some of the best espresso shots and pours I’ve seen in awhile. Well balanced flavors and great coffee! Lots of delicious gluten free pastry options as well! Great customer service and extremely knowledgeable. One of my new favorites.

Great coffee! Finally found excellent coffee in PV since moving from WLA 2 years ago. Love that they have seating outside (2 more tables outside on a busy morning would be good to add 😊). Also, heard the pastries are from Farm Shop In Brentwood (Sweet Wheat has better pastries and it’s much closer 😉; Farm Shop’s are not bad at all, just a suggestion 😊)

I don't drink coffee much. When I do though it is usually a instant coffee mix. So when I came here I really had no idea what I was doing. Even though I was most likely a bother asking what different things meant. The staff were super nice. Listening, offering suggestions, and being really patient. They even had a smile on their face the whole time and it didn't look forced. Excellent workers and good coffee.

Small, clean coffee shop, dog friendly, free wifi. I ordered a cappuccino. There was no variety of baked goods, only cookies. There were many visitors. My cappuccino tasted sour.

Came here for the first time. I loved its bold interior design and friendly employees. Ordered latte and chocolate croissant. To my taste, latte was ok; definitely better than the one you get at at a chain coffee shop. I didn't like the chocolate croissant as it was super dry and flaky and literally fell apart apart when I bit it. I don't know whether they have a good selection of pastry or not, but I came in around 8.30 am, and there were not too many choices. I would possibly give this place another try, though.
