I had a fantastic time at Primavera Volvera restaurant. The quality-to-price ratio is incredible; if you want to eat local (Piedmontese) food at a very affordable price (€23 per person for two courses, dessert, wine, and coffee), this is a great place. I highly recommend it!

Everything was delicious... I remembered the photos, a little late🤣 Gnocchi with chopped pistachios and crispy bacon... delicious... very good Alba sauce, fried calamari crispy on the outside and soft on the inside... everything was really good! Highly recommended!

A typical Piedmontese family-run restaurant. The owners are very friendly and welcoming, always available to accommodate their guests' various requests. The quality/price ratio is excellent. I highly recommend trying the Piedmontese mixed fried fish and the Alba-style fried fish with shaved Parmesan cheese 🤤. Also excellent for an aperitif, with generous mixed platters.

A simple place, with friendly staff. The food was excellent, both the appetizers and the first courses, while the second course was slightly salty. The wine cellar is unique, with Nebbiolo from the Novara hills, which is unusual in restaurants. The price was fair. Recommended for satisfying all your needs. 😊

I frequent this restaurant and I must say that the food is always good, less Piedmontese in character, very attentive and impeccable service, there is the opportunity for seconds with every course, we went last Sunday to our friend's 60th birthday and as always the menu was very good as always at least until the Piedmontese mixed fried fish, then there was the fried fish, I don't know if they wanted to do the fried fish/seafood but the fish was very disappointing, poor batter, badly fried it was rubbery, I think it is better to continue on the path of tradition, at least until you have gained the right experience with fried fish otherwise you risk losing customers!

Found it by chance at the last minute... Good food, good service, and a nice atmosphere, with an outdoor dining area as well... Good price, compared to many others that have dramatically increased their prices. Congratulations. If I'm ever in the area, I'll be back.

I went to this place for lunch on a weekday. They don't have a fixed-price menu (the so-called "menù lavoro" [work menu]), nor is there even a printed menu (so you can't know the cost of the cover charge, courses, drinks, etc., in advance). The menu is "spoken out loud" by the waiter. I chose veal with tuna sauce (ultra-thin slices with a terrible industrial sauce), and scallops with mushrooms and zucchini (decent). I drank a beer and finished with a coffee (terrible). The cover charge is €1.80. Total meal: €20.00!!!!! Excessively priced, the staff was formally polite but not very welcoming.
