Cibo: abbiamo preso il misto di antipasti (4 portate) che erano tutti buonissimi e deliziosi, molto curati nei dettagli. Lo consiglio vivamente. I primi piatti, invece, ci hanno sorpreso di meno. Rispetto agli antipasti le ricette sono abbastanza classiche. Servizio: il cameriere che ci ha servito era molto gentile. Molto apprezzata la breve introduzione del locale e la spiegazione iniziale dei piatti. Piatti serviti molto celeramente. Location: il ristorante si trova a trastevere. Sono presenti due piani e, al secondo piano, c'è una terrazza molto carina. Grossomodo la location è molto carina.
Un ristorante consigliato dal nostro hotel, con piatti eccellenti (pasta all’aragosta e pesce spada), servizio rapido e soprattutto un personale molto simpatico che ti fa venire voglia di tornare! Abbiamo passato una serata meravigliosa e i prodotti sono di ottima qualità. Lo consiglio vivamente.
Inizio col dire che sono stato molto indeciso se mettere 5 stelle piene, ma lo spiegherò alla fine. Iniziamo dalle cose positive: location molto carina, in modo particolare la terrazza che si presta bene ad accogliere sia un gruppo di amici (non troppo numeroso) sia una situazione più intima di coppia. Il menù propone un ibrido di tradizione siciliana e romanesca in chiave moderna ben riuscito, con materie prime di buon livello e preparazioni "pulite" sia nel gusto che nella presentazione. Giusto per dare un'idea di questo sodalizio culinario lo chef propone un "tonno porchettato" ovvero un tonno fresco appena scottato con le spezie tipiche della porchetta, molto buono. Veniamo al punto di indecisione: in 4 abbiamo mangiato un contorno e un secondo a testa, una bottiglia di vino e uno spritz con cui abbiamo aperto le danze. Avevamo anche il 20% di sconto con "the fork" totale del conto 190€, circa 50 a testa... Forse un po' alto? Ok, la qualità si paga, diciamo borderline nel compromesso qualità/prezzo, soprattutto se non fossimo stati aiutati dallo sconto "the fork".

Location che offre tante qualità. Già alla prenotazione si dialoga con personale gentile e disponibile a soddisfare ogni richiesta. Da Taranto abbiamo prenotato in questo posto a dir poco eccellente per la super qualità che abbiamo riscontrato nel cibo, ovvero cucina a base di pesce (e non solo) freschissimo. Ogni piatto è illustrato e servito con il massimo accorgimento nei dettagli. Il titolare una persona davvero a modo, garbato e molto preparato. Il personale gentile e sorridente. Si può decidere di stare fuori per godere di un belvedere che mette pace e tranquillità. Consigliatissimo a tutti. Disinteressatamente parlando, questo posto merita un bel 10!!
Sono stato in questo ristorante un martedì sera con dei colleghi. È stata una piacevole scoperta. Il locale si differenzia dalle tipiche osterie di Trastevere per la raffinatezza e la ricercatezza dei piatti. Lo chef ci ha deliziato con piatti a base di pesce proponendo anche delle rivisitazioni della tradizionale cucina romana. La carta dei vini è vasta e completa. Il locale dispone anche di una splendida terrazza al primo piano. Che dire, se volete soddisfare egregiamente il vostro palato e vi trovate a Trastevere non potete mancare!

Una location raffinata, ma informale in uno dei quartieri più caotici di Roma: Trastevere. Un'ampia scelta di vini e una splendida terrazza colorata sono la ciliegina sulla torta di questo eccezionale ristorante. ——————————- Voto: 10/10 Stelle: 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟/5 ——————————— Location: 9/10 Con tovaglie bianche e terrazza sbalorditiva, il locale si trova proprio nel mezzo della movida trasteverina; dopo cena, consiglio di fare una passeggiata tra i vicoli caratteristici del quartiere. Abbiamo prenotato una cena in terrazza per 2. Il posto è veramente suggestivo trovandosi in una zona molto tranquilla di trastevere. I proprietari ed i camerieri sono stati gentilissimi e professionali, attenti ai dettagli e alle necessità del cliente (ci hanno soddisfatti in tutte le nostre richieste). Piatti originali e saporiti che uniscono la tradizione romana con quella siciliana. Assolutamente da provare l'antipasto misto mare (soprattutto il conetto ripieno di baccalà mantecato e gamberetto di mazzara ed il crostino con gamberi e lardo). Prezzo equo per il posto e la qualità del cibo.
Si possono dare sei stelle? Perché le merita tutte! Ristorante che crea dipendenza, ci sono piatti che non smetteresti di mangiare (uno su tutti i crostini di gambero con lardo) in una terrazza, se siete fortunati a trovare posto, che affaccia su Trastevere. Non Trastevere quella caotica e affollata, ma quella tranquilla dove vedi le persone vivere la propria vita quotidiana. Il menù è la giusta contaminazione tra cucina romana e siciliana con abbinamenti che possono sembrare azzardati, ma che al primo assaggio trasmettono tutta la loro emozione (Paccheri alla amatriciana di mare e Tonnarelli polpo, pecorino e pachino). Bravi, continuate così!
Abbiamo cenato su una bella terrazza con vista sui tetti di Trastevere. La cucina raffinata, offre piatti di pesce mixati con la tradizione romana. Personale molto gentile e professionale. Location romantica e quindi consigliata anche per occasioni speciali! Da provare.
Tutto molto buono dall'antipasto al dolce. Ottimo il servizio, l'accoglienza e l'ospitalità. Ottima spiegazione dei piatti e del menù. L'atmosfera è piacevole e rilassante. Anche i prezzi sono adeguati alla qualità dei piatti. Ci ritornerò sicuramente.
Un tuffo tra gusto e sapori immersi in una Trastevere meravigliosa. Una terrazza favolosa dove potete degustare piatti pesce con accostamenti unici. Suggerisco di partire dagli antipasti per poi farvi coccolare dai primi dello chef! Per i vini affidatevi allo staff! Hanno diverse etichette strepitose come Baglio di Pianetto!!
Torno sempre con piacere in questo che ritengo essere uno dei migliori ristoranti di Roma. Accoglienza, gentilezza, cordialità e professionalità contraddistinguono sia i proprietari - Mario e Paolo - sia il personale di sala. Menù ricercato con forti richiami alla cucina siciliana e una cantina di vini da non perdere! Ps. Quando prenotate, chiedete il posto in terrazza, un'esperienza da non perdere!
Ristorante molto bello e formale, ideale per una cena di pesce. Prodotti di ottima qualità, noi abbiamo preso un antipasto di calamari, molto buono ma leggermente piccante (sarebbe meglio specificarlo). Poi abbiamo preso 3 secondi piatti anche questi eccezionali. Per concludere la cena abbiamo preso due cannoli scomposti e un tiramisù. Servizio eccezionale, i ragazzi molto gentili e disponibili nel darci consigli.
Ormai sono diverse volte che mangio in questo ristorante, e posso dire con sicurezza che sia uno dei miei preferiti a Roma. Piatti ottimi, personale molto accogliente e l’atmosfera è piacevole ed elegante. Consigliatissimo!
Scegliamo di festeggiare alla VII Coorte il nostro anniversario, mai scelta fu più indovinata. Locale appena fuori dal caos turistico di Trastevere, accoglienza cordiale che ti mette subito a tuo agio. Location davvero bella, terrazza intima ed arredata con semplicità ed eleganza, ideale per un anniversario/cena romantica. Menù e carta dei vini che ti mettono subito in difficoltà per la varietà della scelta. Dagli antipasti ai secondi tutto buonissimo; materie prime di altissima qualità (te ne accorgi dalla freschezza e dal sapore della cruditè), primi fuori carta a dir poco eccellenti (i ravioli ripieni di cacio e pepe in particolar modo), ottimo il polpo rosticciato. Non abbiamo preso il dolce perché eravamo davvero sazi. Una menzione particolare al ragazzo che ci ha seguiti per tutta la cena a partire dalla spiegazione del menù con i giusti consigli su cosa scegliere, bravissimo preparatissimo e simpatico, ma mai invadente. Abbiamo trovato il nostro posto del cuore a Roma, sarà tappa fissa.

Had a fantastic dinner here during our time in Rome. The food was absolutely delicious, with fresh ingredients and really well-balanced flavours. Everything we ordered felt thoughtful and well prepared, and you could tell a lot of care goes into the cooking. The atmosphere was relaxed and welcoming, and the staff were friendly and attentive without being overbearing, which made the whole experience even better. It felt like the kind of place you could happily sit and enjoy a long, unrushed meal. Would definitely recommend to anyone visiting Rome and looking for a great dinner spot. We’d happily come back.
I had a very nice birthday dinner here. The service was great and the waiter really had a good expertise in wine. He surprised us with the right wine for our food and also took care of me because I have food intolerances. Thank you for the nice birthday surprise for desert :-) We can recommend this place. You can sit upstairs and downstairs or even outside on the balcony. When we came we were surprised at first because no one was sitting inside but that was because everyone sat upstairs.

Absolutely delicious! Our server was patient with our English and knowledgeable about wine selection to pair with our meals. My husband and I agreed they had the best octopus antipasto we’ve ever had!
To the point: the food is great, rooftop terrace is lovely, and the staff are wonderful. More context: Vii Coorte was recommended to my family by our hotel’s front desk staff. We were craving a nice seafood dinner at a nice family and not stuffy restaurant. Vii Coorte was just what we needed. We had a hard time choosing from the menu bc everything sounded delicious. Our main waiter, Adnan (I hope I’m spelling it correctly) was so patient, informative, and accommodating. He walked us through the menu and entertained our 6 year old with kindness and smiles. To end the night, we were offered a complimentary limoncello to end the night. Bellies and hearts were warm and full. Zero complaints from us!
Excellent dinner, one of our best in Rome. This was recommended by a local. All the seafood was fresh and was an amazing change up from the typical pasta/pizza.
Had a great experience here with Santiago, he was super friendly and knowledgeable. He spoke Italian, Spanish, and English to different patrons within the same breath. The food was amazing. The started grilled calamari with spinach/kale was great. Grilled octopus with honey was great, the carbonara with pancetta was like nothing we’ve had before. Next time in Rome we will be back here!
A really rare experience that I had. Technically speaking I don’t consider myself a foodie as I am relatively relax about food. As long as it’s not overpriced and not a scam, I don’t pay too much attention. We went here because of a friend’s recommendation and I was truly impressed by the food (sea food) that we got here. Things were just right. The grilled sea food plate was served everything hot however nothing over-cooked. This wasn’t something easy. The smell of grill seafood was phenomenal. I don’t think the smell was from spice but probably from the umami from the seafood itself. I would say the taro was also top notch. Right amount of grill that it smelled great but still really tender and juicy inside. We also had the crab red sauce spaghetti. It was amazing as well. The noddle was probably hand-made (we didn’t ask but it tasted “thick”. The “thickness” feeling probably was because of the rough surface that all the sauce could be “gripped” by the noddle itself). The spaghetti was really hot (and we really like it). In short, I really couldn’t think of much similar experience that I could be such impressed by food. Especially I am not a foodie. The price was also pretty acceptable considering the quality of the food. I know lots of people had left their experience but I’m just leaving mine.
The ambiance in the restaurant was outstanding. A beautiful terrace overlooking the rooftops of Rome. The food and service were outstanding. We highly recommend the seafood platter and the pasta with sea urchin. The waiters were also able to recommend a suitable wine and gave us a truly wonderful evening in Rome. Excellent!!! This was a very relaxed atmosphere with great food and service. The server gave great recommendations, being that I was a tourist. I are on the terrace upstairs and would go back here. I had the special, grilled octopus-and it was amazing! It was more tasty than lobster! The cannoli was also amazing!!!!
This was my family's favourite dinner in our two week trip in Italy! Our server was very helpful with a garlic allergy and all the seafood was very fresh. They have a wonderful terrace that is great to get away from the heat of the day. We ordered the trio of ceviche (was called something different) an asparagus pasta, a stuffed pasta and also an grilled octopus to share. Would highly recommend this restaurant if you come to visit Rome!
Amazing, cozy place with a cute terrace. The service was also very nice and thoughtful! Even if everything was bad, I would still put 5* for the lobster pasta they serve..guys, I live in Italy 5 years. It’s the best pasta I’ve ever eaten.
A hidden gem! This will not disappoint. It’s primarily a seafood menu, but there are some meat and classic Italian dishes like beef steak and Carbonara. I had a 4 course meal including carbonara and everything was divine! Better still, the service was on point, flawless even. They told me from the start what they didn’t have available from the menu, what the substitute were, and perfectly paired a wine based on what I ordered to eat. I’ll definitely be back and if you come, ask for Santiago, he knows the menu and wine list thoroughly.
We had an amazing meal here on our last night in Rome. We fancied something a little different and this was perfect! We also managed to book a table online a few hours before. Would definitely recommend the shrimp ravioli special (please note the photo shown is just half a portion as we shared this) and the grilled mix of fish - the tuna steak was definitely a standout. The Octopus was also very nice. The pistachio cheesecake and pistachio layers of mousse were incredible (I was obsessed with the mousse!). The staff were extremely friendly and helpful, and the patio was a lovely peaceful setting. Thank you to all the staff. We are so glad we found this place!
Was a great experience, nice food, shrimp tasted so fresh. Ravioli is the MUST try. Octopus was very close to overcooked, since it was grilled, so it had a nice smoky taste, but could be improved. Wine was great, so was the patio on the second floor. Nice ambiance, and atmosphere. Will be back again

Notevole qualità di piatti con alcune rivisitazioni di piatti della cucina romana con arricchimento della cucina siciliana. Pesce, pecorino e verdure con pasta? Perché no? Sia chiaro alcuni piatti base della cucina romana rimangono nella loro impronta tradizionale. Cucina con prodotti freschi e preparati al momento. Ricca selezione di vini Cortesia e simpatia sono sempre presenti. Prezzi medi e buone porzioni. Sapori decisi. Un ottima esperienza che consiglio vivamente.
I had the lobster pasta. Very tasty, lobster was spot on, not rubbery at all. Keep in mind it was half a lobster for the lobster pasta. I think the portion was a little too big for us as we are small size asians. Nevertheless, quite a nice restaurant.

Resaurant was quite empty and lacking in atmosphere. Didn't have the wine we chose from the wine list. Service was fine. Food was average.
Same as the other low reviews, I don’t understand how they got so many good reviews. Short version: they need a new chef or the current chef needs to be better. The food was not great. We came here because there were many reviews the place was good but several red flags developed. First, we arrived at 7pm and there was only one other couple there. Second, we ordered the bread. They handed it over in a paper bag. They didn’t pour oil for us. They didn’t put it in a basket. They literally just placed it on the table. Third, we ordered the grilled vegetables. Look at the pictures. It looks like they just touched the grill and then served it. Fourth, prices are typical tourist prices. I thought this was a local place but was wrong. My friends from Rome gave me a piece of advice: if they charge more than 20 euro for any kind of pasta, it’s a tourist trap or a Michelin Star. This restaurant was not a Michelin Star. For this quality, everything should have been less than 15 euro. Their location, staff, and rent would not justify their prices. I’ve been to places in more expensive areas and they did not charge more than 20 euro for pasta.
