Walked right past it because I didn't see the word Subway on the glass. No line and quick service.

There was only one person on when I went. ( No one was on break, in the bathroom etc just one) ONE. To help the patrons, fill the on line orders, deal with the door dash pick ups etc, at 8 pm at night, and now your staying open to 10pm. With ONE person on. That is wrong, insane, dangerous.

Doesn't accept the coupons!! Patchogue does and much friendlier!!

They have a metal dome that blocks the view of them making your food. It's bad enough that shredded mozzarella was removed, but still. Also, if you wanna let your toes breathe, do it where we don't have to see it. That's gross. The guy serving me was fine, and the food was ok.

Horrible experience, I got charged almost 3 dollars for adding pepperoni to only a turkey 6 inch,,, Two crappy meals, 6 inch tuna, and a 6 inch turkey with pepperoni,(, Two drinks and two chips came out to nearly $30 with a three dollar upscale on a little piece of meat.. That wasn’t even the problem. I stand with my hands in my pocket nearly 10 minutes, trying to pay the guy who didn’t even have the food or cups out, so I couldn’t just start eating. After multiple request to the female to help this guy who obviously needed help, he didn’t understand that we wanted Italian urban cheese, but we’re both getting something different on a 6 inch It was just a mess. The whole process was horrible and I felt bad for the elderly couple that came in five minutes after us ordering who waited probably another 20 minutes for their food. My main problem here is they refuse to make me another sandwich because my chipotle dressing was warm and sour, and I took a half of a bite and immediately did not like it with my stomach… All of their sauces did not look like it was above an ice chill, and definitely wasn’t refrigerated Mind you it was like 80° in there and it’s not cold outside… The lady refused to make me a sandwich and told me she was going to charge me if I wanted another sandwich. I didn’t even take a sip of my drink or open the chips yet and she was saying that to me.,,, I said you don’t make me a sandwich. I call food inspections And then I was like you know what never mind I don’t wanna wait 10 years for something that’s probably stale. ,, I waited nearly 10 minutes for her to figure out how to do the return process to give me back a lousy eight dollars,, They also refuse to show me a closer view of the permit that’s public records.. Unbelievable, horrible service from start to finish and it’s a fire hazard unless you run through the back door which I don’t expect to be clean because she had the whole aisle where you order food blocked with sodas.. I literally asked her if she needed help that I could have it done in 26 seconds

The only reason why I gave 1 star is bc you have to in order to write anything down. This is by far the WORST subway that I have ever gone to. First off the "sandwich maker" was not attentive at all. He pulled out 2 of the most stale footlongs ever. Not only was the sandwich so sloppily made and not tightly rolled that it opened up before he could wrap it a second time. When one of the falafel balls fell out he just sloppy stuffed it back in. The other sandwich was also so sloppy made that by the time we got home (which is 3miles away) everything was a mess. I tried to attempt to save what I could but after maybe 3 bites I had to throw it away. Don't throw your money away and don't go here!!

The ppl at this place are rude there bread is steel and they never give you what you order and when you call to complain she will call you a liar I will not go back to this place again will drive 4 miles to the other subway

Woman working was extremely rude and disrespectful for no reason. If I could give 0 stars I would. I ordered 2 sandwiches and she made one of them wrong. Normally I wouldn’t say anything but I was allergic to the item she put on the sandwhich. I nicely asked her to remake it. She went off on me making it my fault that she made the sandwich wrong. I was baffled that I was being spoken to the way I was. She raised her voice and was being EXTREMELY rude, making nasty comments and even tried to not remake the sandwhich. I had also already paid for my items so I wanted them made correctly. I asked to speak to a manager and then she lied trying to say she was the manager. After speaking to the ACTUAL manager I am still very annoyed with my experience and will NOT be coming back to this subway.

He doesn’t listen clearly to what you want, he gave my brother the wrong sandwich and didn’t fix it. he is also never up front to help customers, we had to basically make a weird noise to get him to come from the back of the room and help us. There are much better subways in the area, as nice as the place looks inside, they’re rude service.

Went here for a BLT footling for lunch. The young lady starting making a BMT and had no idea how to make it. Kept asking if I wanted cheese after she was told no. I also asked for a little onion. When I opened this sandwich it was really sad and sparce of any of the ingredients. It was a pathetic wilted sandwich with uncooked bacon and wilted lettuce. I will not be coming again sadly.

He obviously didn't care about how the sandwich turned out. He drowned it in sauce, it was absolutely disgusting, I felt sick after eating it. AVOID

Used to be nice, new owners does not handle food properly( no gloves, threw my sandwich together( literally), Use marketing tools from subway but refuse to hand out supplements for it, removed the fresh juice bar, and cut back service portions drastically. and treated employees poorly in front of customers. Overall gone down hill, i am never going back, new owner does not care about customers.
