Gave my family the wrong food and never got my original order. Asked for the food back and delivery driver refused to give the original order. Still charged the card. Called manager and he was very disrespectful. If I could give the rate a 0 I WOULD! Don’t eat there, I feel like they reserve wrong orders to people.

I’ve been a loyal customer since 2011. This has been the only place I will eat Chinese takeout from. They have been a constant in my home, at least once a week. During times when my health is bad and I can’t cook, they supply a majority of our weekly dinners. I’ve spent countless dollars here. Even had them cater the cocktail hour for an even with over 50 guests last summer. My average order is over $40, for family lunch or dinner. I called to order today, and wanted to use the coupon for free pork fried rice with over $35, my order was $37. I was told I have an old menu, the new coupon is over $42. I just got this menu with my delivery last week. The person said I was lying and maybe I throw away all the new menus and keep the old ones to get the coupon. Are you kidding me?! He said the menu I have is at least 7 months old because their new menu just came in last month. Make that make sense. I spend too much money with them, I’m a regular customer and I won’t allow them to devalue me or my dollar. It’s funny, when the pandemic first hit, I made sure to continue to support them. Then they had to close. When they opened back they called me, because I was a regular customer and they wanted us to know they were open. I made sure to buy 2 days out of the week. Because they were good people and I wanted them to know that. Well I guess I’m no longer a valuable or welcomed customer. So this is the end of a decade long relationship

Been ordering from them for a while however from today moving forward I will no longer be a customer! They are constantly begging for tips & normally I give them but this time I said not today. The delivery guy asked me for a kiss in exchange for tips & of course I felt offended. It made me feel uncomfortable mainly because the man was old enough to be my father. I called the store to complain & the young man that answered the phone completely brushed off what I told him & said “ I don’t see what’s wrong with him asking for a tip”. So disgusting I will no longer be looking for service with them!

It’s quite disheartening to loose a relationship of three years with you guys. You’ve catered for my party, been my last hope for dinner and also have also been a go to for my friends but tonight after been spoken to rudely on phone and bang the call on me telling me to take my money somewhere because I specifically requested I wanted my rice separated from my sauce. So bad and it’s terribly bad. Customer satisfaction is key and I am quite disappointed it came from you. Apparently you couldn’t figure out it was me but it doesn’t matter, old or new customer treat them well. I’ve once written a good review but it’s good I write my bad one too

The eggrolls were dripping in oil, which means the hot wasn't even hot when they reheated it. The fried rice was so soaked in soy sauce that it was darker than Wesley Snipes. The "chicken" had a weird taste and consistency that I wonder if it qualified as meat. The sauce for both dishes was gelatinous, salty, and unlike any other Chinese food restaurant. I couldn't even finish the food, which is very unlike me because I'm fat. I hope this place moves again... moves out of my town.

FYI speaking the truth is not slander, you and your safe are very disrespectful, why would I put my number and address?? So u can harass me?? I called about the wrong smelly order u sent me, you staff was very disrespectful. I hang up. You called me back to argue. Which business owner call back a customer to argue?? I told u, I already disposed of the food. U still on my phone arguing. WORSE business ever. You need to take a class in customer service!!!

They food used to be good But ever since the staff changed to a group of younger People which which may possible be younger family, the Food is Nasty. Rice is horrible. Fried wings are like cardboard.. Its a disgrace of how it went downhill fast

Be careful when you order food from here, I placed an order, and the wrong order was sent to me, Best Wok did come back with the correct order 25 minutes later, I didn't have a major problem with that, what grossed me out was they took back the wrong order, and probably gave that order to someone else. I am an honest person, but if I wasn't, I could have done something to that food, and they gave it to someone else, it makes me think did my order come from someone else, or was it freshly made, something to think about. BEST WOK WHEN YOU MESS UP ON AN ORDER DON'T TAKE BACK THE FOOD FROM THE WRONG ORDER, LEAVE THE FOOD WITH THE CUSTOMER, AND SEND THEM THE CORRECT ORDER, THAT IS KNOW AS GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE. They'd get no stars from me....but that's not an option. The receptionist is rude, the driver is disrespectful, and I've had wayyyy better chinese food than from here. They also force you to buy food for a family of 4 just to get a delivery because they have a $25 delivery minimum. Thats a rip-off for someone eating alone. Not worth my money, and I will NEVER eat their food again.

The delivery man tried to write my debit card number on a piece of paper. He refused to give me my food until he could write down my full information. I had to tussle with him and physically fight to get the food I paid for. The delivery man is absolutely disgusting

If I can give 0 stars for the delivery guy I would. I paid with credit card because I had no cash. So when the food came the guy was like hey !! No tip!! I told him that I honestly had no cash and that I would double his time next time,. He started cursing me out and he immediately started taking photos of my house. I'm absolutely afraid to order again I don't want him spitting or pissing in my food. Chinese people love revenge.

I eat here all the time and I ALWAYS leave a tip as it is respectful and courteous. Today I ordered and couldn't tip because of insufficient funds and I told the delivery man that. He got so mad he started cursing at me and when he got in the car, he took a picture of my house. Never gonna order from here again.
