Domino's Pizza

I have given this location several tries and they always disappoint. 1) they skimp on toppings 2) they don’t cut the pizza properly (slices stuck together so I always need to re-cut) 3) flavors are off compared to other dominos 4) has mishaps and delivery issues

This location needs to check the temperature of their ovens or have the ovens checked because they are over cooking the pizzas and breads. Make sure you are cutting the pizzas all the way through so the pieces come apart without ripping up the pizza. Delivery drivers I’ve had have all been nice and timely - no complaints with delivery. Never been inside the location so no feedback for the location or people working inside.

It was obvious that the personell did not know of any specials, such as the ones televised online and on TV. How is that possible? It took about 10 minutes of conversation with the acting manager before they acknowledged the specials. And the product afterwards.....very disappointing. I asked for pineapple as a garnish and there was barely any pineapple on my pizza.

I have ordered from this location several times and have not been completely happy ever however tonight they really have lost me as a customer. When I checked my order, I noticed one of the pizzas was missing toppings, cheese, on 1/3rd of the pie. What a lack of quality control. I will not be recommending this location in the future.

We ordered five large pizzas, and unfortunately all of them arrived soggy with far too much tomato sauce. The crust couldn’t hold the toppings properly. On top of that, one of the pizzas was missing the chicken topping we paid for. Very disappointing experience overall. We hope this can be addressed and improved in the future.

Picked up pizzas and lava cake from this location today with not kidding still not here for 40 min wait in the store when the pic on screen and online on order says Pizza ready for 30 mins. What a way to trick the system to get the delivery times up.

Not only was it cold but delivered at the wrong address. Stiff and dry not recommend.

Just do carry out unless you want to wait a long time. Live 5 minutes down the road and it's common place for the order to be sitting at the restaurant for 30+ minutes after it was done. Waited 40+ minutes for my order today.

The curbside pickup, intended for convenience, particularly for a pregnant individual and an toddler, resulted in an unacceptable wait time, far exceeding the initially estimated 11 to 16 minutes. This extended delay of nearly an hour indicates a critical need for operational improvements. A comprehensive review of current management and staffing practices is recommended to address these deficiencies and ensure a more efficient and customer-focused service delivery.

I visited Domino’s Pizza on Highway 6 and was disappointed with the experience. The staff did not treat customers with respect, and the restaurant did not appear very clean. I’m concerned about the hygiene standards and hope management takes steps to improve both customer service and cleanlines

7/25/2025. Called in a pizza for carry out at 7:10 pm. I was told my pizza would be ready in 30 minutes. It is now 7:58 .No pizza. Guys in the back just looking at me set and wait. Come on people, gat your shirt together.

I ordered a pizza and the tracker showed that the manager was preparing it. 20 minutes later I was outside store waiting for car delivery service. The first thing I noticed was two young children running and playing in the food prep area! That was not only unsanitary, but dangerous for the kids! I went into the store and was met by a long haired young man (who's hair was hanging wildly out of his hat and not cleanly put up under hat). It was really gross and unsanitary. He said he would check on my order and walked away, without even asking my name. Ten minutes later I went into the store AGAIN because the tracker still showed my pizza in "prep" and not yet in the oven, even after 30 minutes! This time I was told the order "was not in the system" and they demanded I find my order on my phone, saying they could not find it without the order number. When I asked for the manager, she said "are you sure you didn't place your order at the Highway 6 location?" I told her "no." Eventually she checked the computer and found my order. She made excuses about being busy and said it would be another 20-30 minutes! That means getting a pizza (that I drove to pick up) would take ONE HOUR to make! I asked for a refund and returned to my old Domino's on Highway 6 and got my pizza in just 14 minutes. Meridiana Parkway Domino's is a joke. The pizza is disgusting and the crust is too thin and tastes like rubber. We have yet to get a pizza that is sliced correctly and even. Also, now that I know germy kids are playing in the cooking area, I will NEVER eat from there again until management changes and the service improves drastically.

They messed up my order twice. I ordered thin crust, and they made a regular pan. Worst thing is they lied to me and said that my pizza is still in the oven when in fact they just made a new one to replace it. When I told them I got a txt that my orders are already ready. The manager just said the app is wrong sometimes instead of telling me the truth that they are making a new one. So i have to wait Another 15 mins again in the store for the new pizza. The 2nd incident, i ordered 4 boxes of pizzas and when i came to pick it up, they dont know where my orders at. Nonody wants to talk to me. Apparently they give it to the wrong customer with the same name as I am. How could you give 4 boxes of pizza to the wrong customer? Dont you veiry their order before you give it to them? They didnt even offer to replace it. They just told me they will just refund my money. Absolutely ridiculous.

Beyond awful customer service. I arrived to get my pizza after I got a text that my order was ready and when I walk in they tell me they gave my order to someone else. After a few minutes of them acting confused and like they had no idea what to do the manager asked me if I wanted the lady to bring my order back or if I wanted them to remake my order. The fact that the manager of all people would suggest what I'm pretty sure is considered a health violation is disgusting. I told them I wanted them to remake my order so I sat and waited another 20 minutes. The manager ignored the whole thing and it was the employee who gave me my order and apologized. The employee offered to give us compensation but when we returned home with our order we realized that they did not and just put one of my items in 2 separate boxes so it looked like they did when they did not. Very deceiving. Im a very quiet college girl so when I told my dad what happened and how I was treated he was not happy. He called to talk to the manager and the manager refused to come to the phone because he was "busy." My dad decided to drive to the location in person and once again the manager refused to talk to him and after a few minutes of my dad explaining the situation across the building the manager finally walked over and acted like they did nothing wrong. Instead of offering a solution the manager stood there and argued with my dad in front of other customers. Absolutely ridiculous. Avoid going to this location if you can. The one over by Savannah Lakes is much better.

Almost a year later and the service is still bad. Ordered pizza over an hour ago. The store does not answer the phone after being on hold for 20 minutes twice. By the time it will get here it will be cold, way past dinner time, and no longer wanted.
